Its pretty cool that some of them let you hang out with them and take pictures, though Id be reluctant to approach a wrestler off the clock myself. Yeah, I'd feel kinda shy and rude about bothering wrestlers if it's not an autograph signing or public appearance. That goes for celebs in general. They're cool people but I doubt I'd see them as particularly special in a normal setting. That's the fine line they accepted to walk when they went into a business that is born from people spending money on them personally. Though probably not going to get away with it lately, back in the Attitude Era, when the E guys came to town and the show was over, a good number of them would hit the strip clubs to get drinks and relax. When asked why, Dean Malenko said that in a strip club, wrestlers aren't the main attraction.

My brother worked security for an ECW event and told a story about how Angel from Da Baldies wanted to know which strip clubs in the area let you touch the girls. My friend used to work as a bouncer on Bourbon Street and told me Rey Mysertio and Chris Jericho came into the Hustler club. I kept picturing Rey getting a lapdance with his mask on and forgot to ask my friend if he indeed was masked or not.

That was during those deplorable No Limit days.

I heard a Slater interview on a podcast before and he seemed like a really cool guy. Really into talking about Zombies as a huge passion of his.
That's so cool you got to meet all these guys, I've heard a story or two about Alberto being stand offish at times but glad to hear he was nice here.

Glad it went well man. Heath is a really great guy, and from growing up with him since grade school, I can tell you he's living he's dream.
It probably doesn't hurt those are the folks he's hanging out with on the road.

That was during those deplorable No Limit days. This was around 2006 when they went to the Hustler club, so Rey was fully masked with WWE. Although the thought of the Filthy Animals keeping kayfabe by being wild is hilarious to me.

I don't see Sheamus and Cena as dicks for not wanting to take pics. They're there just to hang out and aren't "on the clock", per se. They could have just been tired that one day or wanted to do their own thing. Keep in mind they're on the road a lot and get hounded constantly. And considering the unbelieveable schedule Crena holds with Make-A-Wish, and media commitments, he doesn't get much time for himself, if any at all.

You should have spit in Cena's face. Then yell "rise above that, beyotch!!" Then you end up getting AA'd through a table or worse, the bar.

Nice. At least he keeps some kayfabe. This too. I imagine Cena is such a busy person he probably just wants one small hour or so to wind down. Probably also the reason for his divorce as well (no jk there, just an observation).
