Looking for a New Sig and Need Help

As I mentioned before I'm not the biggest photoshop wiz so maybe someone can help me out. I want to edit the first photo of VP nominee Paul Ryan to look like Joey Ryan.

Here is the Paul Ryan pic:



And here are two pics of Joey Ryan. Wish I could find some that were clearer/had better angles.





If these two aren't useful maybe someone can just get the essential elements from elsewhere (essential elements being the sunglasses, scarf, beard and chest hair).
