Hello, As a new member to the forums here, I was curious if anyone has ever run a wrestling draft here previously. If not, I'd love to run one. They're one hell of a lot of fun and they create some funny moments. Glad to be here as well.

How does a forum hold a draft? Do we trade between the Hole and The FAN? We would just set up a thread and begin selecting wrestlers. It can be anyone, active or retired, living or dead. The only rules that come with it would be as follows: The Three Faces Of Foley Rule: Once a wrestler is drafted, all personas he has portrayed are off the board as well. If Mankind is drafted, Cactus Jack is gone too. The Tag Team Rule: Every card must feature at least one tag team match. The teams featured don't necessarily have to have been famous together, but a tag match of some kind must be booked. The Stipulation Limitation: No more than three matches on a card can have stipulations. Stipulations would obviously include anything that incorporates a novelty into a match like a ladder match or a first blood match and would also include anything that deviates from a standard match like two out of three falls or iron man matches. Triple threat single fall matches are not considered stipulation matches for anyone wondering. Colusion Exclusion: Trading of picks and selections is allowed, however all trades are subject to review and can be voted on if deemed potentially unfair. Trades require a 70% veto to be overturned. Those are the rules that I run drafts with. I would say that we would need at least ten people to do a draft and after it's done, we would post up our cards for voting to determine which one is the best and which one is pure Wrestlecrap.
