For months, all of us at some point or another have said we know exactly where Aces & Eights has headed. But honestly, TNA kept us guessing at every turn. We didn't know when someone would be unmasked, we didn't know that Aces & Eights would recruit Anderson (I think someone pegged him as an "obvious leader of Aces & Eights" once), and now the Taz thing. Congratulations, TNA. You've actually stumped somebody.

I loved it. It was to surprising to hate. Maybe cause Taz has been sitting on his duff for a while, and not really getting involved in anything.

People were surprised but people don't give a shit about Aces and 8s to begin with and they want them out of their television. So it was pointless.

I never really watch TNA, and I caught a brief few minutes of it last week. Is Aces and 8's supposed to be a Sons of Anarchy rip off?

Give TNA credit? But I thought it was the job of the IWC to bash anything and everything TNA because that's the cool thing to do?
I for one loved the angle this last week. It really surprised me and was really well executed.
On the subject, Aces and 8's is one of the most well thought out TNA angles of all time. It has been interesting and has injected some drama into the product, no problems with that.

I never really watch TNA, and I caught a brief few minutes of it last week. Is Aces and 8's supposed to be a Sons of Anarchy rip off? That tends to be said a lot. I don't think TNA knows. Give TNA credit? But I thought it was the job of the IWC to bash anything and everything TNA because that's the cool thing to do? To be fair, as members of the IWC go, Naim has a different opinion than most. #CUMTITS

Confuzzling people and making them actually care are two different things. TNA is still not a draw.

As much as I couldn't stand this group, I agree, its one of the best original ideas they have had in a long time. Sure the group is mostly ex-WWE/ECW guys but still.
Not a bad idea, I think it just needs to be sharpened up just a tad.

The Aces and Eights singlehandedly made me stop watching TNA on a weekly basis (I watch just enough to win in the prediction game), so I didn't see this segment and Taz being added to the group makes absolutely no difference in the amount I don't care.

Aces and 8's made you stop watching? Of all the angles and storylines that have been absolute crap over the years Ace's and 8's did it for you???
Not Orlando Jordan creaming himself every match....
Not Claire Lynch....
Not the ever changing Immortal...
Not Heel Don West....
Not the Rock n Rave Connection...
Yet the most coherent storyline on TNA in years has turned you off of the product?

Was kinda funny that they said they were attempting to create a positive bisexual role-model and did so by creating the most sickening character in the history of wrestling for all sexes.....
When I think role model, I think fake semen.....

I just don't see where Ace & 8's is going. It would make sense if they added a wrestler, but Tazz adds nothing but a mouth piece.
And what's their beef with TNA anyways?

It's an anti-hogan group which I believe in the end will probably be led by Bischoff which would suck but would be kinda interesting at the same time.

Not Claire Lynch.... Not the ever changing Immortal... Not Heel Don West.... Not the Rock n Rave Connection... Yet the most coherent storyline on TNA in years has turned you off of the product? I guess I should have mentioned I only got back into TNA in the first place near the end of Roode's title reign. The BFG series was great. Aries' rise to the top was great. Aries winning the title from Roode was the best moment in TNA history (at least that I'd ever seen). The only storyline I actually saw from your list was Claire Lynch, which, while bad, did not take up the entirety of the show every single week, so it was easy enough to ignore. Plus Daniels and Kazarian were awesome. Anyway I'm not sure coherent is an accurate way to describe the Aces and Eights story. None of it makes the least bit of sense to me because the A&8's themselves have yet to receive any reason for doing what they're doing, and it's been months. The TNA guys in response have consistently behaved like morons. Why don't you rip off their masks while fighting? Just go straight for the mask. It's been shown to come off easily on multiple occasions. Why not go to their bikes and take the air out of their tires? Now that they live in the Impact zone why did you build them their own little entrance? Why not send the entire roster there to beat them up? Why haven't you figured out Garrett and Brisco are part of them, when every single person in the audience has already figured it out? Remember that one week where the roster stood at ringside during matches to wait for Aces and Eights? Why did you give up on that? Why don't you call the police? They kidnapped a man and tortured him for weeks. They attack your roster randomly and without cause. AND YOU KNOW WHERE THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. Hogan called the police to stop a brawl between Roode and Storm I mean come on.And there's more. Why can we see their secret meetings? There was one week where they took a camera with them and said they'd film it themselves, right? Well, who brought back the footage? And what's been the explanation in subsequent weeks? Why do they even wear masks? So far about half have been unmasked and there have been no consequences whatsoever. Besides that there's also the issue of them losing. every. single. match. they. have. And every time they do it's like it doesn't even matter. They lose. They come back next week to beat up someone else. They lose again. Repeat times infinity. And all the matches suck. All of them.

That one made me sad as Jimmy Rave and Lance Hoyt were both decent workers with complimenting styles, and could've at least been an interesting piece of the tag division...but the whole guitar hero controller thing was just so stupid

If this was 15 years ago Taz being a member would matter. The only benefit I see is the possibility of not having to put up with his awful commentary anymore.

I watched on youtube the moment I heard Taz turned heel. It was so awesome hearing him talk like a badass again, Taz is great on the mic when he is all FTW about everything.
When he said "Is it me, or is it hot in here?" I laughed my ass off, as the whole audience laughed thinking Taz was just fucking wasted. Classic.

And he was the last guy you'd expect to join. It was a crazy swerve and I thought it was cool. And should I change my signature? I just laughed my ass off when Naich elbow dropped his jacket after he "gave" The Miz the figure four while he was applying his new move.
