Why not just make one album with 3 discs?

Why not just make one album with 3 discs? What's the fun in that? I like the idea. I'm a Green Day fan so I'll be buying them. I like when bands do things like this. Hopefully the keep the price around 10 bucks.

you know, this idea worked out wonderfully for Kiss when they released 4 seperate solo albums simultaneously.

Maybe someone gave them those reels that got stolen a few years back.

Hopefully, Billie Joe has woken up to the fact that he isn't Pete Townsend, no matter how badly he wants to be. Cause 21st Century Breakdown was a piss-poor Who imitation.
Jed Shaffer ~I'd settle for a return to the Insomniac days.

People still like Green Day?
I loved Green Day, until Bullet.... and it's just been down hill ever since.

Jed Shaffer ~And why would you be stunned that people still like them? Would you be surprised that people still like The Supremes? Or The Rolling Stones? Or Yes?

Which ever one had the song about waking up in September. Shit I don't know, they just went from a punk pop to just pop pop and Billie Joe started taking himself way too seriously.

That was on American Idiot and that was a studio album.

As someone who has money sporadically, I would more than likely buy three $10-15 albums over the course of the winter rather than spend $25-30 at one time on an album. I would never pay $25-30 for something that would be on the internet before I tried to buy it.

I think Nimrod might have been the last real Green Day album. Well, I take that back because I liked Warning.
But yeah, their new stuff is just.....tell you what, search up "21 Guns and Full House." I almost threw out my Dookie LP after I heard that shit.

I do agree on making them reasonably priced.
I wonder, will the records be each a different approach or gimmick, or just regular albums?
