It's 2012, why would Bischoff still brag about ratings? Besides, I don't know one person who actually watches the Ultimate Fighter. Comparing your flagship show to the UFC's least popular show doesn't mean that your product is better.

The Ultimate Fighter has been done to death and has been dropping for years. The draw is the actual UFC fights on FX, not watching a bunch of Tapout wearing douchebags poop in each other's beds as pranks.
When a reality show has been done to death, it can't be salvaged. See also New Tough Enough (or rather, don't).
I doubt the ratings on ReAction were much higher, though.

it's Bischoff, this is the same guy who gloated when ECW was going bankrupt then his deal to buy WCW fell through shutting him up

I love his gloating about his production company credits. You know, the company that as far as I know hasn't had a single series run for a second season.....

Wonder what he ment by new elements after lockdown? Garret pinning new World Champion James Storm in 3 seconds and having a 10 year long reign.

That's like the Edmonton Oilers saying they're been better this year than the Columbus Blue Jackets - you ARE slightly better, but at the end of the day you're not proving much.

Besides, it's not the end of the world for Dana White and the UFC; they have so many other things to cover themselves for their low, not the least of which is their PPVs obviously. What does Bitch-off's company have? Humph, don't make me laugh.

Jones vs. Evans next week is projected to get around 800,000 buys.
Lockdown under 10,000.
Advantage: umm, not TNA.
Success in business is gauged entirely on how much money you make, not how many people watch you for free. TV is an advertisement for PPV. That's it's point. And in that vein, TNA is an abysmal failure. They can't take a built in audience of around a million and a half people, and convince even one tenth of that audience to buy their ppvs.
Bischoff is a moron. It'd be like the producers of John Carter claiming that their movie did better than The Hunger Games because more people saw their trailer commercial.

I still think ratings are never an issue short of being embarrassing enough that networks will pull the show. And it's pretty hard to do that on cable. But if Bischoff really wants to gloat about ratings... how much has Impact viewership increased since he came on board?
