Forget it.
It will probably be a cheap jacket.

Unless that package comes with a lap dance and a blowjob by a hot Asian chick dressed as Ada Wong, nothing in the WORLD could convince me to spend that much on one video game.

True story
I actually saw somebody put up a whole bunch of NES, SNES, 360, PS, PS2, Genesis, Mega Drive, Xbox, Gamecube, Dreamcast, PS3, GB, GBC, GBA, and DS games.
He had it priced at $13,000 for everything.

What can't be justified is someone charging $15,000 for a mint in box Transformers G1 Fortress Maximus toy

LOL
I knew Bad Dudes would make its way into the topic sooner or later.
As far as the $1300 package is concern, what was Capcom thinking. Gamers barley got the RE4 Jacket for $300 and now they are ask to give up a thousand more? Come on. I will get the game, not the package.
BTW, I guess that they will degrade Chris into another roaring rampage of revenge character that we see too many times before. Can they think of some new ideas these days?

No, because Capcom lacks any creativity or imagination for the most part.

I'm just not into the series anymore though, honestly. I mean, I bought RE5. Played it and sold it back within a month.

Just sayin ;D As if that's some great feat.... Capcom makes successful games, but they aren't exactly all that intriguing, creative, and none of them ever seem "adult" enough even when they are trying to be. It's like kid versions of adult themes, with dumbed down everything... I realize that is what some people enjoy, dumbed down stuff, but it's not for me. And yes, "Says me"

Street Fighter was innovative, as was Bionic Commando. Kid versions of adult themes? They're one of the only game companies that still owns themselves. Namco-Bandai, Atlus and Snk, and so and and so on. You're going to have to explain before you make a bold statement. You're probably one of those people that own every installment of CoD..

If you don't understand what I meant, than I don't care to explain it to you in regards to the kids version of adult themes statement. It's pretty obvious just by looking at how they've handled their "adult" games story lines. And you bring up Street Fighter...a game with every stereotype in the book fighting each other in a tournament? Yeah, because we've never seen that movie a billion times before they made the games...

Spoilers ahead for Dead Rising 2: I'd like to know the names of said movies. The closest I can think of is Bloodsport. Their adult themes have more to do with presentation and gameplay as opposed to overall storyline. You have played Dead Rising 2 and it sounds like you liked it. You could easily say anything with zombies in it is unoriginal, or you can look at Dead Rising 2 and note the attachment one gets to the protagonist's daughter (giving her vaccination), the fact that the whole thing was a conspiracy because sales were low were for the vaccine and that's why there was another outbreak, or the absurdity of some of the weapons (jewels+flashlight=lightsaber)

What was the most innovative game Capcom made in the last 12 years? Devil May Cry?

Ace Attorney and though it falls outside of the 12 year range you wanted, Power Stone.
But again, it has to do moreso with the presentation and gameplay than anything else.
Marvel vs Capcom falls within this as well, its an innovative crossover nobody thought would work. Yet, here we are.

Do anyone got one of these bad boys yet?
I hope that it will keep someone warm like the RE4 Jacket.
Somebody, somewhere got to have one in their room right now.
