WWE NXT 11/23/2010 LIVE! From the home of Kelly Kelly-Jacksonville, Florida! by Your favorite NXT reviewer and mine, Emerson Witner Random Stupid Quote Of The Week: "I'm Cole, he's Josh. Welcome to the Resistance!" It is the 16th anniversary of my favorite almost forgotten WWF Title match ever when Mr. Backlund took the strap from Bret Hart and now we are down to the final three here on NXT! We kick things off with WWE Trivia. In the first round the questions are all NXT related and are worth 100 points. There is no immunity, so this contest is basically a way to fill the first 10 minutes of the show. 1.) Who won season 1 of NXT? Naomi got it right with Wade Barrett. 2.) Who were the first female NXT Pro's? AJ: Laycool 3.) What was the name of Aksana's immigration officer? AJ: Agent Dickapopolis 4.) Who was Daniel Bryan's Pro? AJ: The Miz After round 1, AJ has 300, Naomi has 100, Kaitlyn has 0 and Cole and Josh are playing games on their iPad. We now move on to the fast paced and incredibly exciting Round 2, where the answers are now worth....200 points. 5.) Where was the first WrestleMania held? After a long pause, AJ chimes in with Madison Square Garden. 6.) Who ended HBK's career? AJ: Undertaker 7.) What Hall Of Famer was Women's Champion for 27 years? Josh: Is Bruno in the Hall Of Fame? AJ: Moolah. 8.) What is WWE's annual show for the brave men and women for the military? AJ: Tribute To The Troops. 9.) What WWE Superstar is known as The Game? AJ: Triple H. Yes, AJ ran away with the contest scoring 1300 points to Naomi's 100 and Kaitlyn ended with the big 0. Striker told AJ she'd be wrestling Nikki Bella, which of course led to our first match... Nikki Bella vs Kaitlyn Yep. Kaitlyn is wearing a shirt professing a love for mustaches. The bell rang while Nikki was halfway down the aisle and doing her entrance. Kaitlyn scores the first big offensive maneuver of the match by hitting Nikki with her butt. Nikki does take over with a dropkick to the thigh and has control for most of the match. Nikki works on the leg of Kaitlyn as Cole promises a surprise competition for later tonight. Kaitlyn gets a brief comeback, but gets nailed with the X-Factor and Nikki picks up the win! Winner: Nikki Bella Time: 3:24 Brie celebrates by patting Nikki on the butt. Naomi vs AJ We are back from commercial and going back to the ring! This is more Total Nonstop Action then Impact! This is the best match in this entire season, without a doubt. They didn't appear to blow anything, the match was fast paced, the crowd was into it and Cole was even into it near the end. AJ with a spinning head scissors, but Naomi must've been watching the previous match as she nails AJ with the Jumping Butt To The Face. The producer tried giving Josh a line to ask Cole How long was he JR's understudy. The problem is he pressed the wrong button and told Cole to ask Cole that. Cole and Josh ripped him for that one. In the meantime, AJ was knocked to the outside and appears to have hurt her butt. What is tonight's obsession with butts? And what's my obsession with making these reports longer and longer despite taking a whole 3 pages of notes? Naomi hits a dropkick, bodyslam, followed by a jumping legdrop for a 2 count. Naomi picks up another 2 after a step up Inzigiri. Naomi slaps on the Surfboard. The problem is, just like a few weeks ago, her shoulders are on the mat, and just like a few weeks ago the ref doesn't care. AJ gets the fans and Cole to take notice after a Tilt A Whirl DDT for a 2 count Naomi hits a Spinning Heel Kick for a 2, but gets locked in That Submission Hold (which has been named The Octopus) for the submission! Winner: AJ Time: 5:55 That was at least an 8 1/2 star match. Up next the "surprise" competition: Last Sumo Standing. Matt: I know we've done some silly things before... Cole: We hired you. The wannabe's come out in their sumo suits. Kaitlyn rolls down the ramp and then couldn't get up. All three needed help getting into the ring. AJ gets a bye into the finals of this prestigious competition. Naomi vs Kaitlyn Kaitlyn goes for a test of strength and gets knocked down, but Naomi's momentum takes her out of the circle so Kaitlyn wins. AJ vs Kaitlyn Both end up on the ground immediately. Striker compares this to King Kong Bundy vs One Man Gang. They are doing nothing so the ref orders a stand up! The only MMA portion of WWE comes during NXT. Anyway, Kaitlyn knocks AJ out for the win! A Raw Rebound aired, going over all of last night's happenings, including a 2 second shot of Angry Evil Little Girl. We are back and in the surprise of the night AJ is the next one eliminated! Take that for having the best match on the show! AJ vows to be back and dagnabit I hope she is. We are down to two! Next week, it is the season finale of NXT! Either Kaitlyn or Naomi will be the next breakout WWE Diva. Voting begins Wednesday at Noon. Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone and I hope you have fun wherever you spend it and with whomever you spend it with. Any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send them my way to ewitner@yahoo.com

WWE NXT 11/30/2010 Live from the Scope in Norfolk, Virginia by Emerson Witner Michael Cole Quote Of The Week: "The reason we have 6 Diva's in this match is because what we can't make up for in quality we make up for in quantity." It is the episode 3 months in the making! It is the woman who dominated the challenges early on vs the woman who was called days before the show started and had never wrestled a match before! No pyro to start as we get Michael Cole at the announce table mentioning that he has no idea why he did what he did last night and is trying to contact Jerry Lawler. He will reserve comment until this coming Monday. Matt Striker is in the ring and, in a change, calls out Vickie Guerrero. Vickie intros Kaitlyn as "The girl who should thank God I am her pro...she's horrible. She's Kaitlyn!" Kelly Kelly is flying overseas so Striker intro's Naomi almost as an afterthought. A video of Kelly wishing Naomi luck airs. Vickie reminds us that she fired her original Rookie Aloisia and personally picked Kaitlyn as her rookie. Vickie and Kaitlyn argue for a bit over whether Kaitlyn was trying to steal Dolph Ziggler. Kaitlyn shoves Vickie on her butt and Vickie throws a tantrum as we are threatened with Kaitlyn vs Naomi in a singles match later. R-Truth is backstage and introduces us to his rookie in Season Four, which begins next week, "The hottest thing to jump out of the coffee pot" Johnny Curtis. Cole is exasperated that there is a season four. AJ & The Bella Twins vs Maxine, Aksana & Alicia Fox. We start the in ring action with 6-diva tag team action. I apologize in advance because I seriously have no idea which Bella is which and Cole and Josh couldn't care less what was going on. Cole and Josh argue over whether Goldust and Aksana are married as AJ with a headscissors takeover on AksanaDust. One of the Bella's refuses to tag in. I am not sure which one it is and it was never mentioned again, not even at the end of the match. The three heels get the heat on AJ and Alicia hits a Northern Lights Suplex with a bridge for a 2 count. Cole spends the match giving a blow by blow of all the things he has done this season. One of the Bella's tags in and nails Maxine with an X-Factor for a 2 count. All heck breaks loose, but AJ tags herself in and comes off the top with a flying crossbody block on Aksana for the win! Winners: AJ & The Bella Twins Time: 3:52 Cole screams that the win means nothing. Primo gets in the ring and hugs AJ before giving her a big kiss. AJ looked happy. NXT has more storylines then Superstars. Chris Masters, of all people, is a pro for Season 4. His rookie is former ECW Color Commentator Byron Saxton, who has had a privileged childhood. Ted DiBiase is backstage with Maryse. DiBiase will be the pro for The Mastodon Of Mayhem Brodus Clay. Brodus refers to himself as The Worlds Greatest Suplex Machine. Back on camera Cole starts laughing and points out that he knows someone who may get angry about that as a nod to Taz. Back in the ring Naomi and Kaitlyn are supposed to trash talk each other. Kaitlyn runs Naomi down by calling her athletic! That fiend! Kaitlyn mentions that she never wrestled a single match before NXT. Naomi says her time is now, which leads to Cole singing Cena's theme song. I had my fingers crossed at this point, and we were 27 minutes in before it happened....we got a commercial for Knucklehead on dvd. Kaitlyn vs Naomi They start the match by doing a wacky dance. Kaitlyn does a school girl for a 0 count. Kaitlyn then breaks out the Giant Swing and manages to make herself dizzy and can barely stand. Naomi hits the Jumping Butt To The Face for a 2 count. Kaitlyn gets the advantage and kicks Naomi in the shoulder. Naomi sold her ribs. Naomi gets thrown down and somehow falls right on the top of her head, but Kaitlyn only gets a one count. Cole apologizes to Harley Race for not mentioning him last night. Harley Race texted Michael Cole. That visual is amazing. Naomi with a Spinning Wheel Kick and an Inzigiri Kick for a 1 count. Cole yells to Chimel and then to the ref to hurry up as Kaitlyn slams Naomi to the mat. Kaitlyn climbs to the top and jumps off but gets a boot to the face. Instead of putting her hand in the way or something, Kaitlyn takes a boot right to the mouth. Kaitlyn with a small package and the referee actually does a 6-count as Naomi's shoulder comes up before 3, but since that's the finish, Naomi puts her shoulder back down and the ref counts to three. So Kaitlyn wins with a WCW Canadian Rule Book/King Kong Bundy 5 count Winner: Kaitlyn Time: 5:15 Vickie says no one cares and introduces Dolph Ziggler. Dolph is the pro for Jacob Novak. Novak sounded like Robert Roode talking about his financial prowess. Daniel Bryan, to Michael Cole's dismay, goes from Rookie to Pro as he will be the Pro for Derrick Bateman, who calls himself Mantastic. Jamie is back! Striker asks the 4 eliminated Diva's who they think should win. Maxine and Jamie go for Naomi, AJ picks her best friend Kaitlyn and Aksana flirted with Striker before saying Aksana should win. Alberto Del Rio is the pro for Connor O'Brian, who is out for himself. Back to the ring and the winner of NXT Season 3 and will get a title match on pay per view against the champion of her choice is....Kaitlyn! The crowd actually popped for it. Vickie looked disappointed that her rookie won. Naomi wishes it was her. Kaitlyn thanks everyone in the world. Kaitlyn gets an Epic Failure Award as she tries to get the crowd to chant "You Suck Aksana" and no one reacts at all and then asks on her live mic "Is this thing on?" Anyway that is it for the season! I am back next week for the beginning of season 4 and I will go out "on a limb" and pick Brodus Clay to win next season! As a reminder... R-Truth returns to coach Johnny Curtis Chris Masters is the Pro for Byron Saxton Dolph Ziggler is the Pro for Jacob Novak Daniel Bryan is the Pro for Derrick Bateman Ted DiBiase is the Pro for Brodus Clay Alberto Del Rio is the Pro for Connor O'Brian As always is you have any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send 'em to me at ewitner@yahoo.com

WWE NXT 12/7/2010 LIVE! From Dayton, Ohio Before I begin this week I would like to pass along my condolences to the family of a great man who I knew for just over 13 years. Pops, we'll miss ya. Now as awkward of a transition as it's gonna be, on to the show! We start with two changes to the show, the first is Todd Grisham has replaced Michael Cole behind the announce desk. I don't know if it's just to sell the RKO from last night but it seemed pretty permanent. The second is while the winner still receives a title match it no longer has to be on pay per view. Matt Striker is mid-ring and intro's each Pro who introduces his Rookie. R-Truth calls Johnny Curtis the hottest thing since Grits. Todd notes that Brodus Clay (whose pro is Ted DiBiase) has 2 Bachelors Degrees from the University of Nebraska and had body guarded for Snoop Dogg. Chris Masters comes out without a shirt or a reaction as he intro's Byron Saxton. The announcers acknowledge Byron as a former member of the ECW broadcast team. Jacob Novak is intro'd by Dolph Ziggler. Jacob is an outdoor sports enthusiast who likes South Park. Daniel Bryan introduces Derrick Bateman, who is very manly. Bateman's hair looks almost exactly like mine when I get out of the shower. Crazy and all over the place. Finally, what is gonna become my favorite part of the show, Ricardo Rodriguez introduces Alberto Del Rio, who comes out in a Benz convertible. Perfect for December weather in Ohio. Rodriguez also intro's Conor O'Brian. Todd mentions that Conor's #1 inspiration is Johnny Ace. Good way to suck up to you boss Conor. Each rookie gets 30 seconds to introduce themselves. Johnny Curtis says he will not beg for votes or suck up to the fans. So he gives a shout out to the WWE Universe and his 4th grade Gym Teacher Coach McIntyre (hopefully not Drew) before asking the fans to vote for him. Voting doesn't begin for a few weeks, by the way. Brodus Clay said something about bringing lemon juice and razor blades to NXT. Speaking of two things that don't go together very well. Byron Saxton did an insincere sincere promo saying how he wanted to build trust among the WWE Universe and building a bond of importance. This was seriously the best promo of the entire night and Saxton should win hands down, unless he is worse in the ring then Kaitlyn. Jacob Novak asked if the WWE Universe ever played Board Games. Novak said his favorite game was Monopoly because he got to own the competition and in NXT he was going to own the Board. How much do you think Bryan would sell it to him for? Derrick Bateman started his promo by saying "Before I say anything..." which always sounds ridiculous. But apparently he lives in Ohio and he is Mantastic. Conor mentions that he looks like a rat and rats survive the longest. Alberto told Conor that that promo was horrible. Daniel Bryan stood up for Conor and almost got into a brawl with Del Rio. Striker made the main event a tag team match between Alberto & Conor vs DB & DB (Bryan & Bateman-my name for them, not theirs.) A Byron Saxton video aired. Remember last week when I said Brodus Clay would win? No. No. No. Saxton is gonna run away with this contest. Jacob Novak (w/Dolph Ziggler) vs Johnny Curtis (w/R-Truth) Curtis has been pegged as the favorite by Josh and Todd. Well this match is gonna do him no favors. They both seemed hesitant and a little nervous in their first big match. It finally picked up with a Novak Back Suplex that got him a 2 count. No prolonged period of getting heat, although Novak appears to be a very natural heel. Curtis fights out of a rear chinlock and hits a Spinning Heel Kick and a legdrop from the top rope for a 3 count!
Winner: Johnny Curtis (1-0) Time: 3:22 A video for Brodus Clay aired. Clay noted his various jobs, including bodyguarding for Snoop Dogg, but likes WWE better because he not only will get paid, but will also get the glory. We go to our first Rookie Challenge. Each contestant started at the top of the ramp, run to ringside, take a ladder, push it into the ring, climb it, grab a flag, climb back down and run back up the ramp. The clock seemed to always stop a second late, which no one noticed until the end. Curtis started with 28.6 seconds. O'Brian got 28.2 seconds. Woulda been quicker but he struggled with the ladder. Brodus ran pretty fast for an almost 400 pounder, but did it in 33.5 seconds. Saxton didn't care and finished in 56.8. Jacob Novak's speed got him into first at 26.9 seconds. Derrick Bateman seemed to be the only person who cared, but finished at 27.3. When he crossed the clock was at 26, but didn't stop until 27.3. But like I noted everyone was a second faster. Ted DiBiase and Maryse are backstage arguing over who doesn't listen to the other. Brodus tells Ted he has a lot of questions and they walk off to discuss them. Byron Saxton is oiling himself up when Masters walks in. I can't believe Chris Masters is going to be the Pro for the winner. Masters tries giving Saxton workout tips, but Saxton doesn't want to hear them. DB & DB (Daniel Bryan & Derrick Bateman) vs Alberto Del Rio & Conor O'Brian The longest match on NXT since August. Del Rio doesn't get an entrance, as he is in the ring when we come back from commercial. It is noted that Bryan said he should be eliminated way back in Season one. Not noted is Bryan was 0-10 on the show. The match begins with Del Rio and O'Brian getting the heat on Bateman for the first three minutes of the match. Old school tag team action as Del Rio beats on Bateman as O'Brian distracts the referee. Bateman finally takes the offense as he does an Airplane Spin on Conor, making both men dizzy. Bryan finally tags in and does a prolonged Airplane Spin for a good 45 seconds. A Bryan dropkick sends Conor to the outside and Daniel knocks Del Rio off the apron. Bateman does the Daniel Bryan Suicide Dive to the outside as we go to commercial. Back from the commercial break and the babyfaces are working on O'Brian's arm. Alberto pushes Conor out of the way of a charging Bryan and the heels regain the heat. Del Rio works on the back with a backbreaker and several kicks to the lower back of Bryan. The US Champ fights out of a chinlock and makes a hot tag to Bateman. Bryan clotheslines both him and Conor to the outside, however back inside Del Rio slaps on the Rolling Armbreaker to get the tap out on Bateman! Winners: Alberto Del Rio & Conor O'Brian (1-0) Time: 10:10 So yes, this means Daniel Bryan is 0-11 on NXT. That's it for this week. Obviously, for the most part, the wrestling will be better on this season, but there was something about the car crash that was Season 3 that is going to make this one hard to be as interesting. And as always if you have any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send them my way at ewither@yahoo.com

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #16 October 16, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “You're not reading this until two days after I write it” Witner Thanks to my good friends at Comcast, I am writing this on Monday, only without internet access. By the time you read this, it will probably be either Wednesday night or Thursday afternoon. I do apologize for the delay. Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Ron Killings (since August 7, 2002) TNA X-Division: Syxx Pac (since October 9, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: America's Most Wanted (since September 18, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -For the second week in a row Scott Hall was not on the show, despite being advertised as such. Instead BG James and Syxx Pac enlisted Curt Hennig as their third man in a 6-man tag. -Curt won the 6-man by pinning the World Champion Ron Killings after Mr. Wrestling III attacked Killings. -X-Division Champion Jerry Lynn was attacked by Sonny Siaki and thrown off of the ramp, crashing into the metal barricade, causing him to be too injured to defend his title later on. -Chris Rock promoted Head of State, which he was there to film a scene for. -Ace Steel, the greenest guy on the roster, won a 4-way Iron Man Match and Mortimer Plumtree decided to manage him after they screwed up the timing on the finish. -Jeff Jarrett and Miss TNA Bruce beat down Hermie Sadler until BG James made the save. -Chris & Rick Michaels, the two greenest guys not officially on the roster, won a #1 Contenders Match against Ron Harris and Sonny Siaki. -After said match Don Harris helped his brother out. -A true main event cluster fuck occurred where first Lynn was stripped of the X Title, Low Ki and Ace Steel were going to wrestle for the right to face AJ Styles, but Ki got a fluke injury, so we had a 6-way ladder match for the vacant title, won by a person who didn't even come out until everyone else had been laid out, which was Syxx Pac, who is a baby face. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA... -After 6 minutes of recapping last weeks show, we go backstage to Goldylocks interviewing Jorge Estrada. Jorge announced that The King and Priscilla are back together and Jorge is looking for a new Elvis. While this interview is going on Syxx Pac walks out of a door behind Jorge and Goldy and sneaks off. Brian Lawler then comes up and demands to now where April (his girlfriend) is. After Lawler leaves, Goldy wraps the interview up and behind Goldy and Jorge the door opens again, where April looks out, sees the camera and closes the door again, without being caught. Match #1 David Young vs Brian Lawler (w/April) Can the win-less David Young pick up his first TNA victory against the distracted second generation superstar? April was late coming out and insinuated that she just arrived at the building. Brian sat her down on a chair to watch the match. For someone who just had sex with Syxx Pac, she sure looked like she was all in one piece, without as much as a hair out of place. Young gets the early advantage, using a clothesline to knock Brian out of the ring and Lawler conveniently placed his face in April's crotch. Brian then tripped over the top rope when getting into the ring, so he is now a comedy wrestler. Lawler rebounds and nails the move that 7 years later would become the Skull Crushing Finale, but did not make a cover and instead yelled at the crowd. David drops Brian with 3 DDT's for a 2 count. Remember when a DDT would be the end? Anyhoo David misses a Moonsault from the top rope and Lawler goes for the Tennessee Jam, but misses. Young climbs to the middle rope and April waved at him. Young was distracted, so Lawler finished off David with a Scorpion Death Drop from the middle rope. Winner: Brian Lawler Time: 5:52 -We go to footage of the Jerry Lynn-Sonny Siaki feud. Why did TNA have this fun habit of making the videos of their angles look more tragic than Holocaust footage? After that we go live to Jerry Lynn limping to the ring. Lynn gave Sonny Siaki the benefit of the doubt. Surely Sonny didn't mean to throw him off of the stage and hurt his knee! Lynn called him a punk ass bitch and will fight Siaki next week. Man has he got mood swings. Lynn said Siaki is exactly what's wrong with this business. Wasn't AJ Styles exactly what was wrong with this business like 2 months ago? This brought Sonny Siaki himself to the ramp. Sonny says he won't be a midcarder for the next 15 years. Well he does last 3 years in the midcard before leaving TNA and after spending a few months in WWE developmental, he left their as well. So he was right. Anyhoo Sonny charged the ring, they brawled for a bit before being pulled apart by Norman Smiley, several other midcard geeks and TNA security. Finally after fighting off all of the security, the brawl was stopped by big, bad Bullet Bob Armstrong. -Earlier today Mike Tenay interviewed Sean Waltman, whose name keeps changing every 20 minutes or so. Tenay talked about Waltman and Jerry Lynn wrestling in Global Wrestling 10 years earlier. Waltman puts over Lynn and the X-Division being the cream of the crop. Tenay asks if now, in the waning years of his career, can he have the same positive impact in TNA that he did in WWE and WCW. Waltman says that you cannot recreate DX or the nWo bur he is here in the NWA because that's where the best wrestlers are. Pac talks about being disrespectful to Low-Ki and wanted to apologize last week in front of everyone. He understands AJ Styles wanting respect and while he is not proud of how he won the X-Division Title, tonight he will prove that he deserves to be champion. 31 minutes into the show, 6 minutes of wrestling so far. Match #2 Grudge Match Sonny Siaki vs Jorge Estrada (w/Priscilla) So they dragged Sonny Siaki backstage long enough to send him back out for this match? They couldn't have done the Lynn angle later in the show, after this match? These two men used to be two-thirds of the Flying Elvis Impersonators. Priscilla is a random blonde woman in a black dress. Both men come out of the gate quickly, almost as if they just had time cut from their match, but wanted to get all their shit in. Siaki sent Estrada out of the ring with a belly to belly overhead suplex and then sent him down with a pump handle suplex. Seconds later Estrada is already back on his feet, punching away at Siaki. Estrada dives off of the middle rope and hits a Swinging DDT. Estrada then hits the Mr. Kennedy Rolling Fireman's Carry and a Lionsault for a 2 count. Estrada then hits the Side Effect for another 2 count. Estrada has now used moves from Kennedy, Jericho and Matt Hardy. Siaki rolls outside, so Estrada goes for a dive off the top rope, but Siaki pulled Priscilla into the way, so Estrada changed his projection and crashed into the barricade. Back in the ring Siaki finished him off with the Roll of the Dice. Winner: Sonny Siaki Time: 5:16 After the match Jerry Lynn ran down and attacked Siaki and the same exact people ran in to break it up. What the hell? We had the same exact pull apart that ended the same exact way, with Don Harris yanking Siaki away. Are we sure they didn't just air the prior pull apart with a new voice over? Match #3 Derek Wylde vs Ace Steel (w/Mortimer Plumtree) For what it's worth, Derek and Ace were just out here as two of the geeks pulling apart Lynn and Siaki. Why did they do that? There were 100 guys in black shirts out there, they couldn't have told the two guys in the next match to not bother? I am trying to think of nice things to write about this match, but I think Sharmell and Jenna blew fewer spots. Ace won with a fucked up Gory Special into a Neckbreaker. Please stop letting him wrestle. Winner: Ace Steel Time: 3:52 Match #4 Jeff Jarrett & Bruce vs Hermie Sadler & BG James Miss TNA now in a match with men. This is quite the step up, to go from wrestling women to being in a match with two of the top guys....which is probably something he enjoys. I will stop. This is the first time Bruce has wrestled men since July 3, when he teamed with Lenny Lane to lose to AJ Styles and Jerry Lynn. BG took the mic and insinuated Jarrett was gay because he is teaming with Bruce and that “Squirmy Hermie” will “run over the homo”. Jarrett congratulated Hermie for finishing last in the NWA: TNA car this past weekend. Why do they run down the guy nice enough to drive your race car? Jarrett and BG start the match, but no one really cares. Bruce tags in and gets into position for BG to have anal sex with him. I am very serious about this. Hermie tags in and gets dropped with a drop toe hold and slapped in the back of his head. Hermie hits a hip toss and tags in BG. BG held his legs for the nut/abdomen shot, but kept staring at Bruce's crotch. BG went for the Pump Handle Slam, but Bruce enjoyed the simulated sex too much, so BG threw him off. So it is okay for BG to simulate anal sex with his opponent as long as they don't enjoy it? But it is creepy and sick for someone to enjoy it? I am just going to avoid this subject for now. Anyhoo BG makes his own comeback, dropping a knee on Jarrett, but Bruce breaks it up. Hermie into the ring and delivers a suplex to Bruce. Jarrett and BG have had enough of this match and fight up to the ramp. Hermie works over Bruce as Brian Lawler appears and hits BG with a trashcan! Don Harris comes out and grabs Lawler in a rear choke to drag him off. In the ring Hermie reverses a sunset flip for the pin. Winners: BG James & Hermie Sadler Time: 6:51 After the match Jarrett argues with Miss TNA, pointing his finger at him. Bruce puts the tiara on and wants Jarrett to hug him, so Jarrett kicks him in the balls and drops him with The Stroke. Match #5 Norman Smiley vs Ron Harris So if Ron loses again this week, who will he blame? No partner this time. I guess after Brian Lee, Ashley Hudson and Sonny Siaki no one else would team with him. The last time we saw Norman Smiley was about 20 minutes ago when he broke up Lynn and Siaki. The last time before that was 7 minutes earlier when he broke up Lynn and Siaki. But the last time before that was Week 5, on July 17 when Ron Killings beat him and then choked him with a belt, simulating hanging him. Norman with a dropkick to the thigh and goes for the Big Wiggle, but Ron punched him in the mouth and then hit the big boot. Ron throws Norman outside the ring, rolls outside and rolls Norman back into the ring. What the hell was the point of that? Anyhoo back in the ring and Norman hit a series of body slams before giving the Big Wiggle. Ron wasn't happy, so he hit another boot and the series of corner to corner clotheslines, but only got a 2 count off of a side suplex. Ron finally got a victory after a Full Nelson Slam. Winner: Ron Harris Time: 4:48 After the match Ron attacked Norman, so Norman beat the fucking shit out of him, so Don Harris ran in for the save. Ron wasn't happy with this, so the twins squared off nose to nose. Match #6 NWA World Tag Team Championship America's Most Wanted vs Chris & Rick Michaels Hooray! More really green guys who shouldn't be in such an important spot! Hopefully Michaels & Michaels (who are not related) do better than Ace Steel. It is really pushed that Harris and Storm are the only undefeated wrestlers in TNA, which is a lie. While they are undefeated as a team, back on June 19 both men lost. Harris was in the Gauntlet Match, while Storm teamed with Psicosis and lost to The Johnson's. Harris and Storm get the early advantage on their foes. Rick and Chris are sent to the outside, Harris back drops Storm onto them and then when the challengers stood up, Harris dove over the top onto both of them. Back in the ring, the challengers get the heat on Storm. For what it's worth, they are better than Ace Steel, but I don't want them to win either. (Spoiler: They don't.) The announcers don't bother to tell us which Michaels is which. I thought one had the letter R on his tights, but it was just a wacky cross. Storm finally tags out to Harris, who goes wild on both men. Storm hits a Scorpion Death Drop on one of them, but the referee is distracted. The other Michaels came off the top rope with a legdrop on Storm for a hope spot, but alas Storm kicked out. Finally the champs retained their titles when Harris pinned one of them with a Catatonic. Winners: America's Most Wanted Time: 6:45 After the match AMW was attacked and beaten down by The Hot Shots. Michaels and Michaels joined in on the beating, making it 4-on-2. Six matches so far and four of them featured post match attacks and beat downs. Obviously this is not a Vince Russo thing. Obviously Jerry Jarrett must be the one booking post match angles in almost every match. Security took forever, but they finally ran in, only to be beaten down. Scott Armstrong ran in, pointed to his shirt and that was enough to make the 4 men leave. Match #7 TNA X-Division Championship Syxx Pac vs AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) Mortimer appears to have signed AJ as a client. In the last 4 seconds of last weeks show this was announced as being a ladder match. Thankfully that appears to have been forgotten and we actually have a regular match. Pac won this title last week when 6 guys all killed each other in a ladder match and he ran down and took the belt down. The first two minutes of the match were mostly shenanigans, with AJ refusing to shake Pac's hand, so Pac gave a crotch chop to AJ when Styles wanted a test of strength. We then settle into a lot of defense as both men reverse moves that the other is going for. Finally AJ slapped Pac and Pac went wild with chops and kicks. He went for the Bronco Buster, but Mortimer pulled AJ out of the ring. Back in the ring and AJ with a hip toss, sends AJ back outside. Styles gets a look that he is ready to pout on his face, before rolling in and Pac chopping him some more. Finally AJ tripped him up and dragged him crotch-first into the ring post. Mortimer choked Pac on the middle rope while AJ distracted the referee. I am not sure how long this alliance lasts, but Mortimer may be good for AJ, since fans just want to cheer AJ for doing cool stuff and Mortimer can get people to dislike him and by association, Mortimer. Speaking of cool stuff, AJ does a flip dive over the top rope onto Pac, who was on the floor. We may be closing in on a brand new X-Division Champion. Syxx fights out of a rear chin lock, but AJ hits a Fameasser and heads to the top, but Pac rolled out of the way of the Spiral Tap! Pac fires up, hitting a pair of spin kicks, the second one sending Pac ass over teakettle. Pac comes off the top, but AJ hits him with a dropkick for a 2 count. AJ went for his own Bronco Buster, but Pac managed to send him flying out of the ring. Pac, in the first move of the kind he has done in years, does a flip off the top rope and onto AJ on the arena floor. Back in the ring AJ went for the discus clothesline, but took out the referee. After they reversed each others move, Pac hit an X-Factor, but there was no referee. Mortimer ran in to break it up, but Pac backed him into the corner. The referee woke up and broke it up and Mortimer took a powder. Pac finally hit his Bronco Buster. The ref tried to pull him off, but Pac shoved him away and gets disqualified! Winner by DQ: AJ Styles Time: 13:50 After the match Pac decks the referee, so security runs in and holds back Pac from doing anything else. -Before the main event, Don West grabs the mic to give the hard sell for next week: Sonny Siaki vs Jerry Lynn BG James vs Brian Lawler Harris & Storm defend the titles Curt Hennig, The Truth, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles and Syxx Pac all to be there as well. -Another pre-show interview where Mike Tenay interviewed Curt Hennig. Hennig talked about being AWA Champion, AWA Tag Team Champion, WWF Intercontinental Champion and WCW United States Champion. Hennig also wants wrestling to be how he remembers it and not how it is now. Match #8 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Ron Killings vs Curt Hennig It is now time for the....MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN EVENT! One fall, 10 minute time limit. Before the match The Truth let us know that it is now time for the Moment of Truth, challenging TNA officials to grow a set of balls and not hide behind their office title. Killings was pissed because he was told he was allowed to give minorities World Title shots, but in the two months he has been champion he has defended against one minority. (Monty Brown) Ron insulted everyone's Momma and told Hennig to get his ass out here for the match. Curt came out with a mic, asking if Truth ever heard of the word “respectpunk”. I don't think that is a word. Anyhoo Curt showed no respect to Truth by telling him to shut up. Hennig took him down with a front face lock and Truth tapped about 12 times, but none of which were considered a submission, so the match continued. After that got broken up, the go over the guard rail temporarily for the Main Event Brawl. Curt hit Truth in the back with a chair a handful of times. No disqualification called. Back in the ring, ref Scott Armstrong warned Truth for using a thumb to the eye. As the match started to pick up several wrestlers appeared on the ramp and watched on. Truth pulled some sort of small object out of his pants to take the advantage on Hennig. That sounds so wrong, but it was an International Object. Hennig scooped Truth up and Scott Armstrong got kicked in the head. Hennig went for the Hennig Plex when he is attacked by Mr. Wrestling III! III ran in and attacked both Hennig and Truth. Syxx Pac and BG James ran in, III ran away and all hell broke loose with a shit load of wrestlers in the ring. The bell never rang, Bullet Bob, Bill Behrens and a plethora of security ran in and told everyone to leave and the match to continue. Syxx got disqualified for shoving the referee, but this match continues with all this shit. Well not for long, as Truth hip tosses the referee and punches both Jeremy Borash and Bullet Bob. Bob took the mic and told him to get back in the ring or forfeit the belt. While the ref counted Truth out, Jeff Jarrett ran down and delivered an uppercut to Hennig's balls! That was enough for Truth to shoot the half and get the win. Winner and STILL NWA Champion: Ron Killings Time: 8:56 Lou Thesz is rolling in his grave after that title match. That is it for this week. This week there was nonstop shenanigans in almost every match and they lumped all of the interviews and backstage stuff into the first 30 minutes instead of spreading it out over the show, which probably would have been better for the show itself. Until NXT later this week, take care.

WWE NXT August 30, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “I am not Curry Man or Mr. America” Witner In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -A whole bunch of actual stars who will never appear on this program talked about how important winning the NXT Championship was. -Tamina Snuka splashed Sofia Cortez so hard that she was wished well in her future endeavors. Raquel Diaz then called Tamina a loser. -The new United States Champion pinned Derrick Bateman -The Son They Call Jake Carter got knocked the smurf out by Kassius Ohno. Ohno then was run off by Richie Steamboat. -Finally Seth Rollins and Jinder Mahal had a face to face confrontation that ended with Jinder calling Seth a loser, Seth taking offense to this and beating the hell out of Jinder. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. It doesn't get any bigger or more exciting than this. Tonight, heroes will be made and events and lives shaped forever. Hello everyone and welcome to WWE NXT. It is Championship Thursday here in Orlando! After a month long tournament, tonight we will finally find out who will take one small step towards immortality. Whose moment is now and who is left going back to the drawing board? After tonight, one will be called winner and one will be called loser. One will be called champion, while the others hopes and dreams go up in smoke. If you can't get excited for Seth Rollins vs Jinder Mahal, what can you get excited for? Match #1 Jason Jordan & Mike Dalton vs Hunico & Camacho Four weeks ago Jordan and Dalton pulled off the Upset of the Week and defeated Hunico and Camacho, who later told us they were competing with a high fever and embarrassing Mexican diseases. Camacho starts the match with Dalton, but quickly the young baby faces take over on Haku Jr. What would your father say, Camacho? That's all I needed to say, as Camacho lays out Jordan with a spine buster. Fake Sin Cara tagged in and leaped over the ropes with a back splash to Jordan, before kicking him in the spine. Hunico went for a school boy, but Jordan tried fighting it, so Hunico picked his foe up in the air and dropped him with a power bomb. Camacho in and nails a double under hook suplex for a 2 count. Jordan makes the hot tag to Dalton after getting out of a suplex. Dalton and Hunico are in and Dalton hitting a nice series of moves, including a Hurricarana and a Missile Dropkick, but Camacho broke up the pinning attempt just in time. Camacho dropped Dalton throat-first on the top rope and Hunico picked up the win with the Angle Slam. Winners: Hunico & Camacho Time: 4:00 -During the commercial Daniel Bryan gave us the Don't Try This At Home speech. -Back from commercial, The Uso's get in the ring to address The Ascension. Two weeks ago The Ascension were disqualified for not allowing one of them to deliver the Superfly Splash. Jey challenged The Ascension to a fight, so the lights went out and we got the only spectacular entrance on NXT. Of course, Kenneth Cameron and Conor O'Brien ran in through the crowd and attacked Jimmy and Jey from behind! They hit both Uso's with a version of Total Elimination where Cameron gives a Spinning Heel Kick to the face, but O'Brien hits a leg sweep. -A video package for Alicia Fox aired. I am sure she will be on NXT soon, but they never said that. -This was followed by a Night of Champions commercial, which started out showing footage from the Paralympics. -Another video package, this time for Antonio Cesaro. -Anyhoo, during this break in action, I should let you know that while Jinder Mahal has his shot at the NXT Championship tonight, but man-oh-man, regardless of that he is going to Superstars this week to do battle with Alex Riley, who is actually on a winning streak. Can A-Ry continue his winning ways? Find out by reading Adam Barnowski's Superstars report on F4WOnline.com! -They edited the Raw Rebound in a way to make it seem like AJ announced the CM Punk-John Cena match after Punk won on Raw. Match #2 Big E. Langston vs Chase Donovan The love child of Bobby Lashley and Monty Brown has returned and this time he is clapping chalk in his hands, making a cloud of dust above his head. Chase is from Boston, which is where I am going to be in 3 weeks for Night of Champions! Big started the match by running Chase over and dropping the straps on his singlet. Chase didn't move, so Big picked him up and hit his move where he picks his foe up like in a Running Powerslam, but drops them with a cutter. Winner: Big E. Langston Time: 0:39 -Before the main event begins, I am going to plug myself. Check out my incredibly awesome report on the October 16, 2002 NWA: TNA pay per view, featuring Ron Killings vs Curt Hennig for the NWA Title at angrymarks.com/?ArticleID=20273-All of the NXT Superstars walk out onto the stage to watch the main event. -Backstage Briley Pierce asked the Stupidest Question This Week, asking Big E. Langston if he thought his winning streak would continue. Big just breathed heavy and Briley ran away. -We cut back to the front where HOWARD FINKEL introduces NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes. I thought he was the Interim General Manager? Dusty brought the title belt to the ring. Match #3 Gold Rush Tournament Finals NXT Championship Match Seth Rollins vs Jinder Mahal It is the moment we have been waiting for for 4 weeks. It is Jinder Mahal. It is Seth Rollins. One of these men will become champion. Seth is called “The Flag Bearer of Individualism”. The Fink handles the ring introductions. During the belt presentation ceremony, Jinder bowed to it. Before the match began Dusty Rhodes offered his hand to both men. Seth shook it, while Jinder told him to get the hell out of the ring. As the bell rings, my first thought is “I guess we won't be getting Richie Steamboat vs Kassius Ohno tonight.” Seth takes the advantage early on, but both men end up in the ropes, but Jinder does not allow the clean break. Seth rebounds back with a series of dropkicks and goes for his finishing move early, but Mahal blocked it. Jinder ended up outside the ring and Seth went for a dive. Jinder moved, so Seth landed on the apron. Jinder, however, tripped up his foe and hip tossed him from the ring apron to the ramp outside the ring! We take a brief commercial break, long enough for Kofi Kingston to tell us not to wrestle at home (Does anyone actually listen?) before we come back and Rollins is fighting out of a rear chin lock. Seth goes for a suplex, but Jinder grounds him with a forearm. Jinder with a series of moves designed to weaken the back of the former ROH Champion. Jinder is setting him up for the Camel Clutch and if he slaps that on, Seth may not be able to do anything but tap. Seth fights through the pain of an Abdominal Stretch, but runs face-first to a jumping knee from Mahal, who picked up a 2 count. Rollins jumped to his feet and hit a series of kicks to Mahal. Jinder tried to get back and went for a running knee to the corner, but Seth rolled out of the way and Mahal nailed the turnbuckle and fell to the floor! Seth climbs to the top rope and blocks out the pain in his lower back and goes for everything as he dives off onto Jinder Mahal! Back in the ring, Seth gets crotched on the top rope and Jinder comes off the top with a beautiful superplex as we go to the final commercial break. Commercial ends quickly and both men are back on their feet exchanging strikes. Seth comes off of the ropes, but Jinder hits a tilt-a-whirl power slam. How is Seth dealing with all the pain in his back? Not sure, but Seth hits a kick to the head and a flying knee to the head for a very close 2 count. Seth is amazed that Jinder kicked out. Seth with a Stinger Splash and an STO into the middle turnbuckle. Seth with a superkick...but Jinder kicks out again! Rollins goes for a Corkscrew Moonsault, but hits the canvas! Jinder with a Full Nelson Slam! Is that it? NO! Seth kicks out! Here we go! Jinder is going for the Camel Clutch! Seth is fighting it. Rollins with a roll up! Two count! Rollins with a power bomb into the corner and nails the Black Out for the win! Winner and NEW NXT Champion: Seth Rollins Time: 15:14 Seth Rollins risked everything by giving up a very successful Indy career and now his risk pays off as Seth Rollins has become the very first NXT Champion. The Seth Rollins Era begins! Baby faces hit the ring, including Percy Watson, Derrick Bateman, Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel to hold Seth in the air as the show comes to an end. Folks, that is it for this week. Until next Thursday, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send 'em my way at ewitner@yahoo.com, on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/krazy.e.man or by following me on Twitter @thereallyrealew!

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #17 October 23, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Mmmmm. Noodle soup” Witner Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Ron Killings (since August 7, 2002) TNA X-Division: Syxx Pac (since October 9, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: America's Most Wanted (since September 18, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -Syxx Pac and Brian Lawler's girlfriend April snuck out of a dressing room during a live Jorge Estrada interview. Despite it going on right in front of her, Goldylocks never noticed. -Twice in 9 minutes Jerry Lynn and Sonny Siaki had a giant pull apart brawl, broken up by the same inept security. -Ace Steel earned the title of “Greenest Wrestler In TNA” by having a shitty match with Derek Wylde, while Chris & Rick Michaels, the former co-holders of the title had an acceptable match with AMW. -After AMW beat Michaels & Michaels, they were beaten down by the Hot Shots and Michaels & Michaels. -BG James' homophobia ran rampant, saying he would “run over the homo” and then refuses to simulate anal sex with Bruce, who is gay, before simulating anal sex with Jeff Jarrett, who is not. -Ron Harris actually won a match. -Mortimer Plumtree hired AJ Styles as a client...and then AJ promptly won his match by disqualification. -Finally TNA did their weekly Main Event Clusterfuck and somehow Ron Killings retained the NWA Title against Curt Hennig. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA. -It is two days after the infamous Katie Vick video get aired on Monday Night Raw and we kick things off with in-ring action. Match #1 5-way Elimination Match Amazing Red vs Kid Kash vs Jose Maximo vs Joel Maximo vs Elix Skipper All five men literally ran to the ring and started the match. Mike Tenay explains that this is under Lucha Libre rules, so no tagging necessary and the winner gets a X-Division title match next week. While I typed that paragraph out, about 53 things happened, including Red doing a flip dive out of the ring onto everyone and then Kid Kash ran into the ring and did the same thing. A wacky move happened where everyone was caught in a submission hold. I cannot explain it and before I could try it was broken up. Kash no-sells a hurricarana from Joel Maximo. Joel tried a Springboard Move, but Kash drop kicked him to the outside and then hit a Springboard Hurricarana on the outside to Joel. Red got caught with a sit out spine buster by Jose, but Skipper broke up the three count for some reason. Skipper with a tight rope walk Hurricarana on Jose for a 2 count and a gut wrench suplex on Kash. Kash ran up the ropes and hit a hip toss on Red. Everyone keeps breaking up pinfalls for some reason. Skipper pins Jose with the Play of the Day. ELIMINATED: Jose Maximo (7:41) Everyone is just flying all over the place and Joel drops Elix on his head for a fall. ELIMINATED: Elix Skipper (8:50) Kash then hits the Money Maker to eliminate Joel. ELIMINATED: Joel Maximo (9:21) And then there were two. Kid Kash and Amazing Red. One of these men will face the X-Division Champion next week. Red hits what can best be described as a Twisting STO for a 2 count. Kash hits a Springboard Whisper In The Wind for a 2 count. Kash hits the Bank Roll for a 2 count and then a Double Springboard Cross Body for a 2 count. Finally Red hit the Infra-Red for the win. Winner: Amazing Red Time: 12:23 Upon further review in the submission from earlier. Jose simultaneously had a Boston Crab on Red and a Gory Special on Kash, while Joel had a Camel Clutch on Red and Skipper had a Camel Clutch on Joel. Got that? Jim Cornette would have ripped his hair out watching that segment. -Backstage Goldylocks is with Brian Lawler. Lawler is looking outside of a door and then yells at Goldy that he is wrestling. Brian asks if they can do this later and walks off. Match #2 NWA World Tag Team Championship America's Most Wanted vs The Hot Shots AMW runs to the ring to start the match as well. What the hell is going on today? Anyhoo, the match starts with all four men doing Main Event Brawling outside the ring and into the audience. I am not sure if this will be allowed, since it is second on the card. Chase Stevens went for a Springboard Something off of the guardrail, but Storm laid him out with a power bomb. Tiny The Time Keeper ran away as Harris and Riley fight near the announce table. A tag team match breaks out as AMW rolls Riley in and this fight degenerates into an actual match. Stevens grabs Harris' leg to get the heat and to finally cut off the near-4 minute beating they were getting. Stevens and Riley do a good job of keeping Harris from making the tag. Harris finally hits Stevens with a Spear and makes the hot tag to Storm. Storm runs wild on both men, including a drop toe hold, sending Riley's head into Stevens' crotch. Harris goes for the Catatonic on Riley, but Stevens with a super kick for a 2 count. Storm then pins Riley with the 8 Second Ride. Winners and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: America's Most Wanted Time: 7:23 -TNA's Holocaust Video Package Of The Week centers around Sonny Siaki vs Jerry Lynn. -Goldylocks, who is wearing a burlap sack, interviews Jerry Lynn. Lynn mentions that he is wrestling with a bum knee and how all the young guys want to use him as a stepping stone. As Lynn walks off, Brian Lawler wanders onto camera and then walks off, leaving Goldy disgusted. Match #3 Sonny Siaki vs Jerry Lynn Two weeks ago Siaki injured Lynn's knee and Lynn was forced to vacate the X-Division Title. Lynn speed walks to the ring, pulls Siaki out and we get MORE MAIN EVENT BRAWLING! The bell never rang though, so these two me are just fighting all over the arena for the hell of it. Finally the bell rings as both men get into the ring. Lynn went for the big body slam, but his knee gave way and Siaki fell on him for a 2 count. Siaki works over the knee, including slapping on a one-legged crab. Siaki pulled Lynn towards the ring post and slammed the veteran's knee into the post. Lynn gets some hope spots, with 2 roll ups, both netting him 2 counts. Siaki clips the knee and slaps on the worst looking Figure Four of all time. Tenay and West spend too much time talking about how Lynn doesn't have a chance, so you know what happened. Lynn rolled up Siaki for the win. Winner: Jerry Lynn Time: 5:49 After the match Siaki slapped on a one-legged crab on Lynn before the referees pulled him off. -Bullet Bob Armstrong will have a major announcement next week as it pertains to the shenanigans of last weeks title matches with The Truth vs Curt Hennig and Syxx Pac vs AJ Styles. -Curt Hennig and BG James came to the ring for a promo. Hennig says that ever since he became a wrestler, he has found wrestlers all around the world who want to be like him. He mentioned the mark who tried stealing his gimmick. I thought Shawn Stasiak, but no, he meant Diamond Dallas Page. Hennig mentioned how he kicked Jarrett's ass when Jeff was a rookie. Hennig did the West Texas Rednecks and then when he turned around Jarrett had a guitar in his hand, which proved he was a Curt Hennig wannabe. Yeah, whatever you have to tell yourself. Hennig mentions the incident that got him fired from the WWF, taking Brock Lesnar down on an airplane. Hennig wants Jarrett next week because he took down Brock Lesnar at 35,000 feet. Jeff Jarrett's music played, but Jarrett never went out. We go to the back where Jarrett was trying to get Lawler to come out and help him, but Brian Lawler said he wouldn't, because he is waiting for April. Back to the ring, BG mentions that he is wrestling Lawler tonight. And that's it. -BG and Curt go to the back and out comes Scott Hall. Hall who hasn't been seen in 3 weeks, despite being advertised each of the last two weeks. Hall says he is supposed to be out here later, but he isn't good at following rules and then stumbles over his words, saying he isn't a good boy. Despite not being a good boy, he wants Jarrett now. Match #4 Scott Hall vs Jeff Jarrett This rivalry goes back to Week 1 when Hall and Toby Keith eliminated Jarrett from the Gauntlet Battle Royal. Jarrett runs down to the ring to start the match, the bell rings and here we go. Hall takes the early advantage, but Jarrett lures him to the outside and takes over when they get back in the ring. In the ring Jarrett goes for a cross body, but Hall catches him and hits a Fallaway Slam. Jarrett goes to walk off, Hall follows and we have THE RETURN OF MAIN EVENT BRAWLING! Hall and Jarrett brawl in the crowd and up and down the bleachers. Back over the guardrail and Hall sets up for the Outsiders Edge, but Jarrett hits a back drop, sending Hall crashing over the top rope to the floor. Since there are no rules on the floor, Jarrett hit Hall in the rings with the ring steps and a chair. In the ring, Hall keeps trying to fight back, but Jarrett finds a way to continually ground Hall. Jarrett slaps on the sleeper. Can Hall recover from this? Hall fights up and hits a choke slam on Jarrett! Jarrett bumps the referee with a clothesline and grabs a steel chair. While Hall is slapping the referee, Jarrett parts his hair with a chair shot! In runs Curt Hennig, who attacks Jarrett. The lights go out for a second and when they come back on Ron Killings is backstage cutting a promo on Hennig. Back in the ring Brian Lawler attacks Hennig from behind. BG James then runs in and runs off Lawler. Hennig low blows Jarrett, so Hall hits the Outsiders Edge for the win Winner: Scott Hall Time: 11:37 Match #5 Brian Lawler vs BG James So Lawler runs away 30 seconds ago, only to come right back out. The match starts the same way every match has started, this time with BG running to the ring to start the match. BG and Brian fight into the crowd and, for the fourth time tonight, we have MAIN EVENT BRAWLING! Outside the ring Lawler goes for a pile driver, but BG back drops him on top of his head. BG beats on Brian around ringside, including hitting him with a chair. Back in the ring, Lawler fights out of the Gay Anal Sex Pump Handle Slam and hits a side kick, before going to the top for the Tennessee Jam. Before he could come off, April and Syxx Pac come out to the ramp and Syxx kisses April! Brian crotches himself and gets pinned. Winner: BG James Time: 4:32 BG holds back Brian, so he cannot go and stop Syxx and April from doing their thing. Match #6 No Disqualification Match TNA X-Division Championship Syxx-Pac vs AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) Prediction: Brian Lawler costs Pac the championship. Before the match, Pac grabs the mic says that it is a disgrace for an X-Title match to end in disqualification, saying that he will whip Mortimer's ass if he gets involved. Thankfully we haven't seen Ace Steel yet tonight. Mortimer joins the commentary table as Pac and AJ chain wrestle early on. Pac sends AJ out of the ring and then flies over the top with a flip dive onto Styles. AJ flips back into the ring, but runs right into a spin kick from Pac. Pac slaps on the Mexican Surfboard, but his shoulders were down, so AJ technically got a 2 count on the champ. Pac beats on AJ to the outside of the ring and goes to ram the steps into Styles, but AJ ducked and took the advantage. Seconds later AJ hit the Spiral Tap, but only got a 2 count! AJ hits his Back Flip Scorpion Death Drop for a 2 count. Syxx turned a Hurricarana attempt into a sit-out power bomb for a 2 count! Pac with the Bronco Buster, but celebrates on the middle ropes, so AJ hits a power bomb off the ropes for a 2 count! Pac fights back and hits the X-Factor, but Mortimer grabs the referee. Pac KO's Mortimer and goes for a top rope move, but AJ hits him in the gut and nails a German for a 2 count. Syxx reverses a cross body block off the top rope for a 2 count. AJ goes for a Styles Clash, but Pac gets to the ropes when Brian Lawler ran down and broke something over the head of Pac! AJ nails the Styles Clash and becomes a 2-time champion! Winner and NEW X-Division Champion: AJ Styles Time: 8:55 After the match Pac lifts AJ's hand. AJ hands Lawler the belt and Brian KO's Pac with it! Match #7 Ace Steel vs Jorge Estrada (w/Priscilla) I spoke too soon. Mortimer is backstage celebrating AJ Styles' X-Division Title win. 30 seconds into the match Ace taps out to a hammerlock. Well that wasn't the finish, so the referee didn't call it. Jorge with a big power slam to Ace for a 2 count. Ace nails a dropkick from the middle rope, which sent Jorge outside and then went flying out of the ring with a Suicide Dive. Priscilla got in Ace's face, so Ace threw her down. Remember when Honky Tonk Man did that to Elizabeth and it got super heat and replayed for years and years? Well no one, including Jorge, cared that Ace shoved down Priscilla. Back in the ring Ace hit a superplex for a 2 count. Ace then nails two consecutive Northern Lights Suplexes for a 2 count. Priscilla then trips Ace, letting Jorge pick up the win with a school boy. Winner: Jorge Estrada Time: 6:26 After the match Mortimer Plumtree runs down and argues with Priscilla. While Ace punches Jorge, Priscilla jumps on Mortimer's back, before being thrown off. -Syxx Pac is introduced to the ring, as the former X-Division champion has something to say. Pac says that there are a lot of reasons as to why he lost the title tonight. He lost to AJ because he is a world class wrestler and because he was too worried about screwing with Brian Lawler and his woman and that cost him. Pac says April is hot and a nice piece of ass, but he wants to settle this with Brian Lawler right now and whoever kicks the ass of the other gets April tonight. Lawler comes out and says the fight is over. April is used and a piece of trash and Syxx can have her. April came out and said Syxx forced her to do that and she still loved Brian. This caused Brian to charge the ring and attack Syxx. Security ran in and broke it up. Brian accidentally gave a headbutt to a security guy. -Before the main event, DW gives us the hard sell for next week.. Jorge Estrada & Priscilla vs Mortimer Plumtree & Ace Steel Amazing Red vs AJ Styles Jeff Jarrett vs Curt Hennig The Truth vs Scott Hall AMW defend their titles Match #8 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Ron Killings vs Curt Hennig Hennig jogged to the ring, threw his towel and Truth and this....MAAAAAAAAAIN EVENT! is on! Hennig throws Truth to the outside and drags him around each side of the ring, but the World Champ reverses an Irish Whip and sends Curt into the ring post. Truth beats on Curt around the ringside area, but Curt reverses it and throws Truth out of the ring. Before we could get any brawling over the railing, Hennig dragged Truth back over. Killings choked Hennig with the camera cable and stared right at the NWA Title while doing it. Hennig tries to fight back, but to no avail. Ron Killings finally rolls Hennig in and nails a leg drop from the middle rope for a 2 count. Ron nails the Scissors Kick to Curt, but doesn't go for the cover. Instead the World Champ drops a Jerry Lawler fist drop. Too bad he didn't have a strap to drop. Hennig fights back with some knife edge chops, but gets poked in the eye. Curt with a single-leg take down and an Ankle Lock, but Killings was on the ropes. Back to their feet, they exchange chops before Hennig intentionally kicked him in the balls. Nothing called by the referee. Killings goes head-first off of the ring post. Suddenly Mr. Wrestling III runs into the ring, but Hennig with a running knee lift to III. Curt tried to take the mask off, but Truth hit Hennig with an International Object and picked up the win! Winner and STILL NWA World Champion: Ron Killings Time: 8:30 -Before the show goes off the air, a promo for evil returning on October 30. And that is it for this week. Take care and I'll talk to you again Thursday for NXT.

WWE NXT September 7, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “Pippa Middleton's ass is in New York City” Witner CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -Hunico & Camacho rebounded from their 108-degree temperature and wacky Mexican diseases to avenge their loss to an over matched Jason Jordan & Mike Dalton. -The Uso's finally let us know that they were offended that The Ascension beat the crap out of them two weeks ago. So The Ascension did it again. -Briley Pierce asked Big E. Langston if he thought he could keep winning. Big just breathed at him and Briley ran away. -Howard Finkel returned to television, this time to do the ring introductions for the main event, where Seth Rollins pinned Jinder Mahal to become the first NXT Champion. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT... -The show begins this week with a recap of last week, including pre-match thoughts from Seth Rollins where he talked about how important it would be if he became the first NXT Champion. Match #1 Richie Steamboat vs Kassius Ohno This match was supposed to happen last week...but they forgot about it. Actually I have learned that any angle shot on this show usually doesn't get paid off for 2 weeks. One of these men have been in the ring in a robe at WrestleMania. Of course he was like 8 months old, but still. The funny thing is I bet Richie was too young to remember his father as NWA Champion. Hell he was only 4 when his father and Dustin Rhodes were WCW Tag Team Champs and 7 when his dad retired. Anyhoo, while I typed that out, Ohno used shenanigans to take the advantage on Richie. The referee questioned him about this, but Kassius claimed innocence. After going to the eyes several times, the referee actually disqualified Kassius. Huh. That's a new one. Winner by DQ: Richie Steamboat Time: 2:41 Of course Kassius didn't just walk away after being intentionally disqualified. Ohno attacked after the bell and dropped Steamboat throat-first across the guard rail! Grab the ring bell and drop it across his larynx! Well he didn't do that, instead he did his Tornado Elbow to the back of the head. Daddy Dragon ran to the ring after wards to check on his son and yell at the referees for not getting involved quick enough. -During this commercial break, I would like to inquire as to whom I will see challenge for the Tag Team Titles live in Boston next Sunday at Night of Champions? Maybe it will be Primo and Epico? I am not sure, but the brothers Colon face Kofi Kingston & R-Truth in a non-title match this week on Superstars, which you can read about later today in Adam Barnowski's informative and drunk Superstars review on F4WOnline.com. -And speaking of matches we have seen before and speaking of R-Truth, I go back in time to the October 23, 2002 NWA: TNA pay per view where Ron Killings defends the NWA Title against Curt Hennig one more time. You can read that right now at angrymarks.com/index.php?ArticleID=20366Back to the show! Match #2 Audrey Marie vs Paige Paige gets an unusually good reaction coming out. Looking at Paige and thinking of Katie Lea Birchall/Winter, all I can think is “Do women in England not tan?” The crowd chants for Paige as she fights out of a headlock takeover. After a minute of actual wrestling, we get a cat fight spot. Where is Joey Styles when you need him? Audrey with a rolling body scissors for a 2 count. Paige nearly turns Audrey inside out with a clothesline before finishing off her for with a wacky DDT. Winner: Paige Time: 2:43 Yes, this match was two seconds longer than the grudge match. Remember three weeks ago when Raquel Diaz started a feud with Paige and then never mentioned again? -Backstage Ricky Steamboat is stomping around and runs into Kassius Ohno, who is wearing giant oversized glasses. Ohno mockingly marked out for Steamboat. Dragon got pissed and shoved Ohno and as referees broke them up, Ohno yelled “What are you going to do? Arm drag me?” Match #3 Percy Watson vs Leo Kruger Showtime is back on NXT! Kruger, who hasn't been seen since losing a first round NXT Championship tournament match, comes out in khaki pants with a creepy smile on his face, almost like the smile Big Show had a few months ago when he said he didn't need to smile anymore. Watson gets hit with a snap suplex and one of the breakout performers on NXT Season 2 is having trouble getting out of the blocks, as Kruger hits him with hard double ax handles to the back. Percy tries to build momentum and even hits a high leaping dropkick and his Showtime Splash, but it is to no avail as Kruger polishes him off with a Stun Gun and a twisting neck breaker. Winner: Leo Kruger Time: 2:55 So this is the night of sub-3 minute matches. Is Vince Russo booking again? Match #4 Brodus Clay vs Ryan Collins Brodus returns to NXT for the first time since being the runner up on NXT Season 4, while Naomi returns for the first time since being the runner up on NXT Season 3. This was days away from Cameron driving drunk and pretending to not work for WWE. JR joins the broadcast table for this bout. Clay just dismantles poor Ryan Collins before winning quickly with a big splash. Winner: Brodus Clay Time: 0:48 Children run into the ring to dance along as for some reason I am reminded that Brodus has 2 Bachelor Degrees and used to be a bodyguard for Snoop Dogg. Match #5 The Ascension vs The Uso's Three weeks ago The Ascension were disqualified for not allowing Jimmy Uso to hit a Superfly Splash. After that match and again last week, The Ascension brutally beat down Jimmy and Jey, leaving them lying. The greatest entrance in NXT precedes our super villains. The Uso's were so angry that they still did the Siva Tau before the match. We will be joined tonight by NXT Champion Seth Rollins, but technically this is the last match, so it is the....MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIINNNNNNN EVENT! The match very quickly degenerates into a 4-way brawl, with Jimmy and Jey getting the best of it, sending Kenneth Cameron and Conor O'Brien to the outside. Cameron tries sneaking back in, but gets hip tossed over the top rope onto Conor. We go to a quick commercial break and come back to the Uso's very aggressively attacking Cameron. Conor blind tags himself in and knocks Jimmy ass over teakettle with a clothesline. Now with the advantage The Ascension do that annoying thing where they tag each other constantly and stomp on their opponent. Cameron slaps on an interesting rear chin lock where he bent his own body back. I would thing that would hurt him just as much. Anyhoo he slapped on an arm bar with a body scissors, but Jimmy was able to fight out of it. Conor debuts the rolling side headlock take over. I'll say I’ve never seen that before, then I will see it on old TNA and ROH tapes, like the STO into the middle turnbuckle. Jimmy finally gets the hot tag to Jey after he got his foot up as Conor ran into the corner. Both men make tags and Jey Uso goes road wild on Kenneth Cameron, hitting the Running Hip Attack and a super kick. Jey went up top for a Superfly Splash, but O'Brien interrupted him. Jey kicked him off the apron and Jimmy flew over the top rope to take out Conor. This was enough for Cameron to knock Jey off the apron and hit a Twisting Jaw Breaker for the win! Winners: The Ascension Time: 8:54 -After the commercial Jim Ross is in the ring and introduces us to NXT Champion Seth Rollins. Seth twirls the belt around his head while William Regal asks how Seth feels about not having any friends anymore. Seth carries a t-shirt to the ring and puts it on when he got in the ring. JR asked about the back injury he suffered during last weeks match. Seth mentions that there are always obstacles on your way to the top. He compared Jinder Mahal calling him a loser to 10 years ago when people called him that, so when Jinder called him that, he knew he had to win. JR asked if he is fully prepared for being champion. Seth says he is a fighting champion, it doesn't matter who you are and where you are from, but if you earn a title shot, he will give it to you and sooner or later everyone gets Blacked Out. The interview ends at this point and Seth holds his belt high in the air as the show goes off the air. No angle, no beating. Nothing. That is it, so until next week, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send em my way at ewitner@yahoo.com, on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.Man or by following me on Twitter @thereallyrealew!

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #18 October 30, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Congratulations to Brian and Nicole on the birth of Lili” Witner Before I begin, I am writing this half an hour after Raw went off the air. As I write this Jerry Lawler is scheduled for an emergency CatScan after his collapse during the show tonight. All I can hope is that he pulls through. Drop the strap, Jerry and drop a fist on this. Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Ron Killings (since August 7, 2002) TNA X-Division: AJ Styles (since October 23, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: America's Most Wanted (since September 18, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -Five X-Division geeks literally ran to the ring at the start of the show and began doing an insane number of spots as fast as they possibly could. -Seemingly every match had the TNA-copyrighted brawl through the stands. -Curt Hennig did an inside promo, calling DDP a mark and how he took Brock Lesnar down while on a trans-Atlantic flight. -Scott Hall, after no-showing two weeks in a row, showed up and defeated Jeff Jarrett. -Brian Lawler's girlfriend April makes out with Syxx Pac in front of Brian. Later April told Brian that Syxx forced himself on her. -Brian then costs Syxx the X-Division Title, as AJ Styles became the first two-time champion. -Jorge Estrada pinned Ace Steel. After the match Ace's manager Mortimer Plumtree threw down Jorge's valet Priscilla. -Thanks to interference from Mr. Wrestling III, The Truth successfully retained the NWA Title against Curt Hennig. -Finally the show went off the air with a promo advertising the return of Jim Mitchell. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA. -The show starts with some ugly fans being shown at ringside, including one guy with pit stains and one guy in a dress and tiara. Match #1 Kid Kash vs Tony Mamaluke They were in the ring when the show began and the bell rang 20 seconds into the show. This happened once in WCW. I believe Psicosis was involved. Fast paced match by the former ECW champions. Kash dove over the top rope with a cross body as Mike Tenay announces the start of an 8-man tournament that will start tonight and the winner will be the next #1 Contender for the NWA Title. Back in the ring Tony with a drop toe hold to the middle turnbuckle to Kash as the match begins to slow down. Kash with a pump handle back breaker, but doesn't go for the cover. Will that come back to haunt him? Tony throws Kash to the outside and hits a baseball slide dropkick to the former ECW TV and future WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Kash with a beautiful springboard Moonsault for a 2 count. Tony trips Kash up and slaps on an Ankle Lock, but Kash makes it to the ropes. A double springboard cross body block gets Kash another 2 count. Mamaluke drops Kash on his head with a suplex. Mamaluke gives concussions as much as he receives them I guess. Tony went for a backslide, but Kash turned it into the Money Maker for the win. Winner: Kid Kash Time: 8:35 -Earlier today Mike Tenay spoke to Scott Hall about his World Title match against Ron Killings tonight. Hall seemed very humble and put over the prestige and honor of being NWA Champion. Match #2 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Ron “The Truth” Killings vs Scott Hall Before the match Truth told the fans if he sucks than they swallow. Killings talks to Team Derelict (BG, Syxx, Hennig and Hall) saying Jeff Jarrett is not Mr. Wrestling III. Well I could have told you that. Jarrett was in the ring when III attacked several times. Killings: “Like the great Scott Hall says 'Don't bring it. Don't sing it, just bring it!'” Tenay: “That's exactly what he says!” I have never heard him say that before. Hall takes the mic and tells him not to trust Jeff Jarrett and not to be worried about Mr. Wrestling III, but to be worried about Hall. Can Scott Hall finally win his first World Title? The bell rings and this one is officially underway as the announcers discuss who Mr. Wrestling III could possibly be. Hall shockingly out-grapples The Truth early, but the World Champion knocks down Hall with a series of punches, a splitting side kick and a power slam for a 2 count. Killings nails an Axe Kick for a 2 count, as Mike and Don mention that Killings has faced several X-Division and otherwise smaller wrestlers during this title reign, with Hall being the biggest challenger. Hall battles back and nails his backdrop suplex from the middle rope, when Mr. Wrestling III ran down to interfere. Hall knocked him down and ripped his mask off! Who is it? We don't know, as III covered his face and rolled out of the ring, putting on a second mask. Meanwhile Truth hit a sit-out suplex for the win! Winner and STILL NWA World Champion: Ron Killings Time: 7:00 -We try to show a video package of the Jarrett-Hennig feud, but the video package wasn't working, so we are joined in the ring by the Chosen One himself. Jarrett had two points to make. The first was that six weeks ago he promised to stop ranting and raving about his World Title shot and now thanked the NWA for putting him in a #1 Contender's Tournament. Second, to the rumors of him being Mr. Wrestling III, he is placing a bounty on III's head and anyone who can tell Jarrett who III is, he will pay him an undisclosed amount of money. Curt Hennig wanders out and calls Jarrett a dumb guy. Hennig runs down DDP again before asking why Jarrett and III are never in the same place at the same time. Actually they were... Hennig reiterates that Jarrett is III and promises to kick Jarrett's ass. Instead of going to the ring and doing it now, he calmly walked to the back. Match #3 3-Way Dance NWA World Tag Team Championship America's Most Wanted vs The Hot Shots vs Chris & Rick Michaels AMW defeated both of these teams the past two weeks and two weeks ago were beaten down by both teams. Harris and Storm charge the ring and get beaten down by all 4 men. Despite being a 3-way dance, this is Triple Threat rules, meaning the first fall wins. While Rick Michaels and Cassidy Reilly works over Storm outside, Chris Michaels and Chase Stevens with a double team to Harris. The referee is letting all this go, as the mats are pulled up outside the ring, unveiling the cold, hard concrete floor. No one crashes onto it yet, as after 3 minutes, we finally end up in the ring. Harris fires up as the match breaks down again into a 6-way brawl. The alliance of the challengers actually breaks down as Rick Michaels makes the cover on Harris, but Cassidy broke it up. The challengers begin fighting one another, much to AMW's desire. Rick dumps the Hot Shots and the Michaels' hit a combo neck breaker/diving elbow drop for a 2 count on Harris as Storm breaks it up. Finally the champs hold onto the belts with the move that would become known as the Death Sentence. Winners and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: America's Most Wanted Time: 6:20 Just as the three count is made, the lights go out and when they come back on Slash and Brian Lee are beating down AMW! Jim Mitchell stands at the top of the ramp as Lee and Slash viciously beat down both men. Finally Lee hits a choke slam to Storm off the ramp through a table! Lee places Harris on a table underneath a balcony and Slash does his best New Jack impersonation by coming off the balcony with a dive onto Harris and through the table! Mitchell talks about how the Disciples of the New Church will do what they want, when they want, to whom they want for as long as they want until he tells them to stop because they follow him like rats behind the pied piper, regardless of what NWA tells them what to do. They do not care about NWA's rules and about good and evil, only Mitchell can tell them about good and evil, for he is the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. -Earlier today Bullet Bob told Mike Tenay of a new rule change in TNA. From now on a champion cannot save his title on a count out or disqualification and if a champion does either, they will lose their title. Shouldn't they have announced that before the first two title matches? For the #1 Contender's Tournament, Don Harris will be the special guest referee, so no shenanigans will occur. Match #4 #1 Contender's Tournament: First Round Match Special Guest Referee: Don Harris Ron Harris vs BG James Hmmmm, will the twin brother show favoritism towards Ron, helping him in his quest to become World Champion? Only three first round matches will be tonight, as Syxx Pac vs Brian Lawler will be postponed until next week due to a hip injury he suffered last week. We get our question answered quickly, as Don forced a break as Ron backed BG to the corner and wouldn't let him out. Don then stopped BG from using a closed fist. While this match is going on, backstage Jeff Jarrett has bloodied Curt Hennig! Jarrett is not going to wait for later tonight. Told ya, Curt should have taken out Jarrett when he had the chance. BG with the shake, rattle and roll for a 2 count. BG calls shenanigans and Don tells him off. Backstage Hennig is wearing the crimson mask as Goldylocks is frustrated by the lack of medical personnel to help out. Back to the ring we have missed nothing as BG starts to fight out of a rear chin lock. BG goes for the 10 Punches of DOOM~! and Don pulls him off. 4 minutes into the tournament and Bullet Bob comes out to fire Don for being a horrible referee. That job lasted a long time, huh? While this is going on, we get a split screen where Hennig has recovered and him and Jarrett continue to brawl! Don tells him off and tells Ron to come outside the ring, before telling Ron to get back in the ring. Don and Bullet Bob shove each other a bit, before Don KO's Bullet Bob. BG rolls up Ron on this distraction for the win! Winner: BG James Time: 5:37 BG runs up the ramp to help his Daddy to the back. Match #5 Mixed Tag Team Match Jorge Estrada & Priscilla vs Ace Steel & Mortimer Plumtree In case you aren't sure, Priscilla is a woman and Mortimer Plumtree is a man. Before the match Mortimer takes the mic and says that a Plumtree does not roll around a wrestling ring with a man and that he is a man. He has found someone who is more woman than Priscilla can ever be. I know where this is going... NEW Match #5 Mixed Tag Team Match Jorge Estrada & Priscilla vs Ace Steel & Bruce (w/Mortimer Plumtree) So Miss TNA, who is still a man mind you, is substituted into this mixed tag team match. As the match starts, Bruce walks around the ring to get all up in Priscilla's face, which distracts Jorge. Bruce chases Priscilla around the ring and suddenly Jorge flies into view with a suicide dive to the outside! Back in the ring, Jorge takes Ace over with a head scissors take over and then gives Bruce a hip toss. A unique double team where Ace picked Jorge up in a power bomb position and Bruce came off the top rope with a one-legged drop kick to Estrada. I should point out that Bruce is not wrestling in a gown this week. Instead he is in wrestling tights and a halter top. Ace went up top for a Diving Headbutt, but Jorge rolled out of the way and went for the hot tag, but Mortimer pulled Priscilla off the ring apron. Jorge double teamed on both men, including getting a pair of 2 counts off of a cross body. Bruce got knocked to the outside and Jorge almost won with an Asai Moonsault. Estrada went to the top, but Bruce shook the ropes, sending the Elvis crashing and burning to the mat. Ace hit the Twist of Kane and let Bruce make a very gay cover for the win. Winners: Bruce & Ace Steel Time: 5:50 After the match the heels put Priscilla over Mortimer's knee and Plumtree spanked her. Match #6 #1 Contender's Tournament: First Round Match Curt Hennig vs Jeff Jarrett As Hennig stumbled out, Jarrett ran out and beat Curt down with a chair before the match actually began. After a lot of stalling Jarrett rolled Hennig in, hit The Stroke and picked up the win. Winner: Jeff Jarrett Time: 1:11 So one of the two most pushed matches ended in 71 seconds. Okay then. After the match Jarrett beat up security with a chair and chased Jeremy Borash with the chair. Clock him! Anyhoo, brackets were never shown, so I am unsure as to whether Jarrett will face BG James next or not. -Backstage Goldylocks interviews Jerry Lynn about his upcoming #1 Contender's Tournament First Round Match with Sonny Siaki. Lynn talks about wanting to put aside his animosity with Siaki and concentrate on becoming NWA World Champion. -After a video package Sonny Siaki is smelling Goldylocks and says he is tireless and has stamina and will keep going all night long. Match #7 #1 Contender's Tournament First Round Match Sonny Siaki vs Jerry Lynn One of these two men will face either Jeff Jarrett or BG James or the winner of next weeks Syxx-Pac vs Brian Lawler match. Lynn began the match by jumping around and dancing, to show Sonny that his injured knee is better. Fast paced action early, in addition to a middle rope bulldog by Lynn giving him a 2 count. Sonny rolled to the outside, so Lynn ran down the apron and hit a flip dive to Siaki, knocking the former Flying Elvis down. Lynn's momentum was cut off in the ring as Siaki dropped Lynn throat-first on the top rope. Sonny began working on Lynn's neck, dropping a series of elbows straight down. This was Lynn's spinach, as he fired up, hitting a series of clotheslines, but Sonny knocked him right back down. Siaki tripped Lynn into the ropes and put all of his weight onto the neck of the former X-Division Champion. Sonny drops Lynn with a brain buster for a 2 count, which frustrates Siaki. Siaki to the top, but Lynn follows him up, hooks him and hits a huge superplex! But when they landed Lynn couldn't make the cover due to the work on his neck. Lynn spiked Siaki with a DDT and a TKO, but only got 2 counts each time. Siaki back drops out of a Cradle Piledriver attempt and goes for the Siakalypse, but Lynn pushes him off and he crashes into the referee! Lynn goes for a German Suplex, but Sonny back kicked him in the balls, before grabbing a steel chair. Lynn ducked the chair swing and dropkicked it back into Siaki's face! No referee, so Lynn set up the chair mid ring, but it backfired as Siaki dropped Lynn with a DDT onto the chair! The referee got up, crawled over.....1..........................2...................AND JERRY LYNN KICKS OUT! Seconds later Siaki with a drop toe hold, sending Lynn into the middle turnbuckle and then Siaki picked up the win with a roll up with his feet on the ropes! Winner: Sonny Siaki Time: 15:07 After the match Lynn was on his quest for revenge, beating Siaki around the ringside area and up the ramp. In memories of what happened a month ago when Siaki did it to him, Lynn launched Siaki off of the ramp, crashing into the barricade! -A video package detailing the Brian Lawler-Syxx Pac deal from last week aired with corny music, sounding like an old episode of I Love Lucy, set in black and white. -Backstage Goldylocks interviews Brian Lawler about the status of his relationship with April. He says their has never been a relationship with as much love as those two. Not Romeo and Juliet, no one. He talks about how he has an anger problem and the idea of the love of his life being with a slime ball and a scumbag like Syxx Pac makes him sick. It ends with Brian kissing April while she rolled her eyes. -Seeing them backstage wasn't enough, as now Brian Lawler and April come down to ringside. Mike Tenay mentions how Syxx-Pac's dislocated hip prevents him from wrestling this week and as soon as he is better then he will have his first round tournament match with Lawler. What if he isn't ready for 6 months? Anyhoo, Lawler gets into jawing with a fan wearing a Nashville Predators jersey, pulls him over the barricade and beats the snot out of him, busting open his nose. Lawler says that it's because of assholes like that fan that Brian won't let the fans listen to him speak. Match #8 TNA X-Division Championship AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) vs Amazing Red It is now time for....the MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENT! Yes, Amazing Red is in a one-on-one pay per view main event and this time has his chance at the X Title. AJ is growing his hair out a little, so he no longer looks 14 years old. Now he looks closer to 17. A lot of defense on display early on as both men are reversing various holds and moves. Red gets an early kick to the head of AJ, which surprises the champ. AJ goes for a springboard something, but Red kicks him to the outside. An interesting series of reversals of high flying moves leads to Red doing a somersault flip to the outside to the champion. A gut wrench suplex gives AJ a 2 count, as the champion starts to slow things down and taking the advantage. AJ drops Red with a brain buster for a two count. AJ goes for a second brain buster, but Red somehow flips AJ into a pinning position for a 2 count, much to Don West's amazement. Red turns a gut wrench into a tilt a whirl DDT for a 2 count. Red is getting a lot of hope spots in this one. AJ goes for the Styles Clash again, but Red fights it off, so AJ hits a sit out power bomb for a 2 count. Red fights out of a rear chin lock and punches the champ in the face. Red with a leg sweep, almost wins the title with a Standing Shooting Star Press. The Asylum is ready to crown Red as the new champion! Styles goes for the Clash a third time and again Red reverses it, this time into a Hurricarana for a 2 count! AJ with a Dominator cuts off Red. Mortimer trips up Red, thankfully for AJ the referee was not watching, or he would have lost the title by DQ. AJ to the top for the Spiral Tap, but Red stops him and nails a Hurricarana...but AJ rolls through for the victory! Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: AJ Styles Time: 13:08 What a match! The show ends with Don West giving the big hype for next week, including an X-Division Tables Match, Jorge Estrada vs Bruce, AJ Styles vs Jerry Lynn, Curt Hennig vs Jeff Jarrett and BG James vs Sonny Siaki. That is it, so I will see you later this week for NXT!

WWE NXT September 14, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “My niece is 6 days old” Witner CONTACT ME: e-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -Kassius Ohno was disqualified for going after Richie Steamboat's eyes. A post match attack on the younger Steamboat caused his daddy to come running in to his aid -Backstage Ohno mockingly marked out for The Dragon, before Ricky told him off. Kassius felt so threatened he asked Ricky “What are you going to do? Arm drag me?” -A smiling Leo Kruger destroyed Percy Watson. -Cameron made her on-screen return to WWE, accompanying Brodus Clay in a 3-week old match. -A wild brawl of a main event occurred, which had The Ascension defeat The Uso's in a tag team grudge match. -Finally Seth Rollins said he would be a fighting champion, but sooner or later everyone gets Blacked Out. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. Match #1 Kenneth Cameron (w/Conor O'Brien) vs Jey Uso (w/Jimmy Uso) The show opens with the awesome entrance of The Ascension. This is the singles debut on NXT here for Kenneth Cameron. Conor, of course, was a rookie on both NXT Season 4 and NXT: Redemption. They lock up in the center of the ring and both men use their right hand to punch their foe. Quickly Jey gets the best of it, tossing Kenneth to the outside and clotheslining him down when Cameron re-entered the ring. Kenneth takes over when Jey runs head-first into the bottom of Kenneth's extended boot in the corner. Jey fights out of a rear chin lock and they exchange uppercuts, before Cameron hip tosses Jey into the corner turnbuckle! He then missed a knee drop, but promptly threw Jey down. Jey rolls out of the way of an elbow drop and starts to build momentum until Conor O'Brien trips him from the outside. Jimmy ran over and nailed Conor, but Cameron nailed a reverse suplex for a 2 count. Jey rebounds and finishes off Kenneth with a super kick! Winner: Jey Uso Time: 5:25 -Backstage Dusty Rhodes is talking to....someone when Rick Victor storms in and says he wants a title shot with Seth Rollins. Dusty said he doesn't give away title matches, so Rick has to prove himself. Match #2 Big E. Langston vs Chad Baxter It is the weekly appearance by the love child of Monty Brown and Bobby Lashley. This week Chad Baxter gets the job to do the job. Big beats down Chad. Chad gets the closest thing to a hope spot as he goes for a sunset flip, but Big blocks it, lifts Chad into the air and throws him across the ring. After a series of back breakers, Big hit a full body attack before finishing the Jobber of the Week off with the Cutter after he lifts Chad into a Running Powerslam position. Winner: Big E. Langston Time: 1:57 After the match Big gave his finisher to Chad a second time and counted him down for a 5-count. Big turns to walk away, but instead grabs the mic and says that Big E. Langston is not normal and from now on his opponents will feel the pain and the agony of not getting up from a 5 count. King Kong Bundy he is not....unless he beats SD Jones in 9 seconds at WrestleMania. After his promo, Big gets back in the ring and gives poor Chad Baxter his finisher for the third time and delivering a 5 count. Why isn't the referee reversing the decision? -Backstage Kassius Ohno says that he warned everyone that he is a dangerous man, but no one seems to get it, so next week we will have the First Ever Kassius Ohno Training Session. -We get a video package for the missing Trent Barretta. The last time we saw him on NXT was February when he agreed to be Tyson Kidd's tag team partner and then was never seen again. The mystery of Where Is Trent? finally culminates as Briley Pierce found him eating chips in a storage closet and asked if he wanted to wrestle on NXT next week. -Remember when Alicia Fox gave JTG a make over that one week on NXT and was never seen again? You ever wonder what happened to her? What do you mean “no”? Well too bad, this week she goes one on one with Natalya on WWE Superstars and unless you are actually going to watch it, the only way to find out what happens is by reading Adam Barnowski's smart, funny, witty and, of course, drunken review of the show on F4WOnline.com. -Plus, while you are at it, Scott Hall has returned to the TNA Asylum! Have no idea what I am talking about? That's alright, because I go back in time to October 30, 2002 and review Ron Killings vs Scott Hall for the NWA Title and the rest of that particular TNA weekly pay per view, which you can read at angrymarks.com/?ArticleID=20515Back to the show! Match #3 Damien Sandow vs Garrett Dylan Damien's first NXT appearance in 3 months since he walked out on his first match here on NXT. Before the match Damien took the mic and let us know that he is here to help all of us and is here to help his crusade to enlighten us. Damien says he is giving Garrett the option to sit ringside and listen to a lecture he prepared. Garrett, who was raised on pig's feet and protein shakes, says no and we have a match. Garrett is the son of Kris Kristofferson, but Damien just beats on him on all four sides of the ring. Garrett explodes off the ropes with a flying shoulder tackle for a 2 count. However Damien quickly takes back over with a side Russian leg sweep and yells “You're welcome” before polishing off Garrett with a neck breaker. Winner: Damien Sandow Time: 2:27 The fans, who really like Damien for some odd, unknown reason, chanted “one more time” at him. -Briley Pierce was backstage interviewing NXT Champion Seth Rollins. Seth says friend or foe he will fight anyone for the NXT Title. Rick Victor stormed in and said it's easy to say such things when you are protected. Rick then slapped Seth across the face and walked away. -A Raw Rebound of the main event angle airs. I want to take this minute of my day and send get well wishes to Jerry Lawler and hope he can one day return to work. -Backstage Seth Rollins stormed into Dusty Rhodes office demanding a match with Rick Victor next week. Dusty makes the match for next week. Match #4 #1 Contender's Match Tyson Kidd vs Michael McGillicutty The winner of this match will receive the first shot at Seth Rollins' NXT Championship. Of course this match is the.....MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAINNNNNNNNNN EVENT! These two men feuded for months on end during NXT: Redemption and were the main event of the first episode of the new NXT, so these two men know each other well. Tyson takes Michael over with a headlock take over. Michael reverses it into a head scissors, but Tyson turns it into a Fujiwara Armbar, but MMG makes the ropes. Tyson keeps slapping moves on Michael early on, causing McGillicutty to keep reaching for the ropes. JR and Mr. Regal continually put over Michael as a future star. I don't see it, I’m sorry. I think he is okay in the ring, but he has no personality. Someone told him to show him more personality, so he yells. We randomly cut away to commercial where we are told that WWE is going to EGYPT! EGYPT! EGYPT! Back from subliminal messaging and Michael is slapping a rear chin lock on Tyson as the announcers continually ignore the fact that we were just at commercial. Tyson ducks a clothesline, so Michael hits a clothesline to the back of the head. That should be a one point deduction. Tyson blocks a suplex and kicks Michael in the face, followed by a series of leg kicks and a low dropkick for a 2 count. Michael rolled to the outside for a breather, but Tyson follows him out, delivering a hard kick to the sternum of MMG. Rolling him back in the ring and Kidd goes for the Springboard Elbow Drop, but Michael got his knees up! McGillicutty then hit the Average Joe Plex, but Kidd got his shoulder up at 2! Michael to the top, but Tyson crotches him and nails a top rope Hurricarana! He goes for the cover...but Michael gets out at the nick of time. Tyson misses a step up inzigiri and Michael nails his running swinging neck breaker for the win! Winner: Michael McGillicutty Time: 10:30 And Michael McGillicutty is now the #1 Contender for the NXT Title. Seth Rollins now has Michael to look forward to, in addition to Rick Victor. That is all for this week's edition, see you next week on NXT!

WWE NXT September 20, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “I am drawing a blank as to what to put here” Witner -In case you are wondering why there was not a review of an NWA: TNA pay per view from 2002 on AngryMarks.com this week, my computer completely crashed on Tuesday morning and I spent all day on the phone with tech support getting it to work. Obviously if you are reading this then everything turned out a-ok. CONTACT ME: e-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -Continuing the feuds between the two teams, Jey Uso countered attempted interference by Conor O'Brian and pinned Ascension member Kenneth Cameron. -Seth Rollins was confronted by Rick Victor, who slapped him and thus got a match for this week. -Big E. Langston won a squash match and then attacked his poor foe after the bell, despite being a baby face. Langston then demanded that every one of his matches end in a 5 count. -Kassius Ohno announced that next week would feature the First Ever Kassius Ohno Training Session. -Trent Baretta was found eating chips in a utility closet, thus ending the 7 month quest to find out where he was. -Finally Michael McGillicutty pinned Tyson Kidd to become the top contender to the NXT Championship. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. Before I begin, I have a very important question to ask....why wasn't there an NXT Championship match at Night of Champions?!?!?! Match #1 Trent Baretta vs Johnny Curtis #ThereIsTrent The last time we saw Trent he had agreed to form a tag team with Tyson Kidd and then he tore his triceps days later. Tyson Kidd then teamed with Justin Gabriel...who injured himself in their first match. Tyson then teamed with Percy Watson who was accused of attacking people backstage on NXT. The winner of NXT Season 4 does some athletic moves to avoid being given offensive moves, but runs into a dropkick by Trent. Trent goes to the top rope, but the Dudebuster got pulled off the top rope. Curtis with an overhead wrist lock, Trent tries to fight out of it, so Curtis gives him a ba-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ack body drop for a 2 count and sets him up on the top rope. Trent fights back and nails a sunset flip power bomb off the top rope for a 2 count! Too bad the fans didn't pop, but I sure as hell did. Trent with a half-assed springboard elbow and then a Whisper In The Wind for a near fall. Trent went for a Tornado DDT, but Curtis threw him into the turnbuckles for a pair of 2 counts. To the top and Curtis misses his Top Rope Legdrop so Trent finishes him off with a Running Knee To The Jaw! Winner: Trent Baretta Time: 5:37 -Last Sunday night at Night of Champions it was almost a reunion of NXT: Redemption competitors in the pre-show battle royal. One man there was Jimmy The Gimmick himself. Well JTG is on the internet twice this week, as he battles the returning Ted DiBiase on WWE Superstars this week. Man-o-man, you can read all about it in Adam Barnowski's drunken review of the show on F4WOnline.com. Match #2 Alicia Fox vs Paige Paige looks especially white tonight. I guess that is better than when Eve looks extra orange. Alicia actually got a jobber entrance tonight, much to my shock. Alicia with a go-behind, which Paige reverses. I wouldn't mind doing a go-behind with either of them. A series of roll-ups and two counts by both ladies. Alicia cuts off Paige's momentum and hits a tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a 2 count. Alicia then hits a Northern Lights Suplex as the fans begin to chant for Paige. Remember when Alicia gave JTG a make-over and then the two of them were never seen together again? Yeah, I know I am the only one. Paige fights back to her feet, screams and delivers a series of kicks and clotheslines. Remember when she started a feud with Raquel Diaz and was then never mentioned again? Anyway Paige finishes off Alicia with a Wacky Package DDT. Winner: Paige Time: 4:46 Match #3 Conor O'Brian (w/Kenneth Cameron) vs Jimmy Uso (w/Jey Uso) Can the brothers Uso pick up singles wins over both Ascension members? It does not look good for Jimmy as he gets a jobber entrance. This is far from the first time I have reviewed a Conor singles match, as he finished 4th in NXT Season 4 and again in NXT: Redemption. Conor, who I guess no longer wants to bring in the Ratitude Era, gets the early advantage on Jimmy, grounding Uso and dropping hard punches to the skull of the Samoan. I guess Jimmy isn't a real Samoan, as that hurts Jimmy. Conor with “a unique strategy” which consists of headlocks. That is quite unique. Jimmy is tired of headlocks, so he fights back and nails both a Samoan Drop and a Running Hip Attack. Jimmy goes up top, but Cameron distracts him. Jey runs over to help, so the referee ran over to get Jey away. Cameron knocked Jimmy off of the top rope and Conor scored the win with a running dropkick. Winner: Conor O'Brien Time: 3:50 After the match The Ascension double teamed Jey Uso, beating him down to the mat. -Backstage Briley Pierce is interviewing Bo Dallas, who hasn't been seen much in 2 months. Before Bo can say anything, in walks #1 Contender Michael McGillicutty. Michael told him to leave and turned to the camera to do a promo, so Bo attacked him. Referees all ran in to break it up. NXT Sparring Session #1 Kassius Ohno vs Oliver Grey Two weeks ago Kassius beat the shit out of Richie Steamboat. Not sure what the difference is between this and an actual match. Before I could finish that sentence, Byron Saxton asked the same thing. Anyhoo, Kassius grounded Oliver and slapped on a torquing headlock for the submission. Winner: Kassius Ohno Time: 0:59 After the match...I mean NXT Sparring Session, Ohno took the mic and said out of the goodness of his heart, he is going to give Oliver another shot, since Oliver wasn't ready. NXT Sparring Session #2 Kassius Ohno vs Oliver Grey Kassius hit his Tornado Forearm to Oliver and slapped back on the torquing headlock for another submission. Winner: Kassius Ohno Time: 0:25 After NXT Sparring Session #2, Richie Steamboat made his long-awaited return and ran off Kassius. -A video package for the disturbingly happy version of Leo Kruger aired. Match #4 Seth Rollins vs Rick Victor This is the first match for Rollins since winning the NXT Championship and he is here in a non title match here in the.....MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIINNNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENT! Rick is from Calgary (dramatic pause) Alberta, Canada and has jobbed a few times on the show already. Rick has joined Chris Jericho and Tyson Kidd as the “Last Graduate of the Hart Dungeon”. That was a hell of a graduating class, huh? One fall with an 8-minute time limit. Victor got this match by slapping Seth last week. After cleverly avoiding Seth's offense, Rick took him over with a headlock take over. I wonder if it is as unique as it was 10 minutes ago when Conor O'Brian did it. Seth fights out of the side headlock. Victor ducks two clotheslines and ducks out of the ring when Seth went for a Mafia Kick. Seth went for his Suicide Dive, but Rick met him with a forearm as the champ tried flying out of the ring! Back in the ring, Rick chopped away at Seth, before taking him back down and slapping on a rear chin lock. Seth gets out of it, but runs into a High Knee from Victor, but again Rick only gets a 2 count. Victor begins biting himself and goes for a running back splash in the corner, but Seth gets his knees up and Victor crashes into them. Seth fights out of the corner and dares Rick to slap him again. Rick obliges, so Seth fires up with a series of punches and a step-up inzigiri to the back of the head. Rollins with the Stinger Splash Forearm and a running boot to the face before finishing off Victor with the Black Out. Winner: Seth Rollins Time: 6:50 So that is it for tonight. We will see you again next week and until then if you have any questions, comments, concerns or emotional outbursts, send them my way.

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #19 November 6, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Hey! I'm back!” Witner In case you did not read my incredibly exciting and very important NXT report from last week, first of all why not? Secondly, my computer decided to crap out on me last Tuesday and thus I was unable to do a new TNA report. Well, that's a lie. I guess I was able to do it, but I just did not have the energy after spending all day online with HP Customer Support getting my computer working again. -Jeff Jarrett is continually being blamed for being Mr. Wrestling III, despite being one of the people III attacked several weeks ago. -III interfered in the Ron Killings-Scott Hall World Title Match, leading to Killings retaining. Hall pulled the mask off, but III hid his face, put a new mask on and ran away. -A tournament was started to determine the next #1 Contender to the NWA Championship. BG James, Jeff Jarrett and Sonny Siaki all advanced. -Bullet Bob Armstrong announced a rule change where if a champion is disqualified or counted out, he will lose his championship. -Don Harris was named Special Referee for the afore-mentioned tournament. That role lasted about 5 minutes before he was fired for showing favoritism towards his twin brother Ron. -After AMW successfully defended the NWA Tag Team Titles, they were violently attacked by Jim Mitchell's Disciples of the New Church, in the form of Brian Lee and Slash. -Brian Lawler talked about how much he loved his girlfriend, April. April, meanwhile, rolled her eyes, probably dreaming of kissing Syxx Pac some more. -Finally AJ Styles defeated Amazing Red to retain the X Title And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA. -The show starts with a video about the recent NWA 54th Anniversary Convention in Corpus Christi, Texas. A funny thing to mention is Ron Killings defended his title against future LAX/Mexican America member Hernandez. -Backstage Goldylocks interviews The Rainbow Express, Miss TNA Bruce and the returning Lenny. Goldy compliments Bruce's boots and then calls him a bitch. Bruce mentions that him and Lenny had a lover's spat, but they made up. Bruce said Lenny is the runner up to Miss TNA and if Bruce can't wrestle, then Lenny will fill his shoes. Match #1 Miss TNA title on the line Bruce (w/Lenny) vs Jorge Estrada (w/Priscilla) Lenny is eating a banana on the way to the ring. That was a very subtle reference that I am sure no one gets. Mike and Don make fun of what the responsibilities of Miss TNA are. Remember when that was supposed to be a serious title? Better yet, why is Jorge Estrada trying to win the Miss TNA Title for Priscilla? Yes, in case you are wondering, if Jorge wins then Priscilla becomes Miss TNA. A fast paced first few minutes with Jorge making the cover, but Bruce getting his foot on the ropes. Priscilla disagreed with this, so she jumped on the apron. While the referee was distracted Bruce picked Jorge up for a power bomb and Lenny came off the top rope with a dropkick! The ref turned around, but Bruce only got a 2 count. Jorge rebounds and rolls up Bruce, but Lenny runs in to interfere. Jorge manages to hit a belly to belly overhead suplex on Lenny while pinning Bruce, but Miss TNA kicks out at 2. Bruce goes for a sunset flip power bomb to the floor, while Jorge was on the apron, but Jorge reversed it into a Hurricarana! Jorge with a go-behind on Bruce. Bruce always came off as the top to me. Anyway, Bruce gets a springboard sunset flip for a 2 count. Jorge hits the rolling fireman's carry and goes for a Lionsault, but Bruce got his knees up. Priscilla rolled into the ring and kissed Bruce! Bruce was quite besmirched by this and Lenny stalked Priscilla on the outside, eventually grabbing her by the hair. Bruce came over as well, so Jorge dove out of the ring onto the Express. Bruce shoved Lenny and went running after Priscilla, but he literally slipped on a banana peel and smacked his head off of the ground. 10 seconds later Bruce has been counted out! Priscilla wins the title! Winner by count out: Jorge Estrada NEW MISS TNA: Priscilla Time: 8:49 Borash gets on the mic and says that since Miss TNA is not a sanctioned championship, then it does not change hands by count out. Bull! Priscilla won the title fair and square! -To the back where Priscilla interviews Sonny Siaki, who faces BG James in a semi-final match tonight. Sonny says he is the reason why the young ladies watch TNA and is the past, present and future of the company. -Tournament brackets... Jeff Jarrett beat Curt Hennig Syxx-Pac vs Brian Lawler is tonight BG James beat Ron Harris Sonny Siaki beat Jerry Lynn Match #2 NWA Championship #1 Contender's Tournament: Semi Final Match Sonny Siaki vs BG James So, yes, a second round match is being held before one of the first round matches. Pac-Lawler didn't happen last week because Pac had a dislocated hip. Apparently it was re-located this week. BG made various inside references, saying he could make Siaki look like a hero and he could make him look like a zero. Siaki attacked at the bell, but then ran into BG's outstretched boot and the former 6-time WWF Tag Team Champion took over. Sonny ducked a short-arm clothesline, took James down with a single leg take down and began dropping all of his weight on the knee of BG. The winner of this match will move into the finals of the tournament to determine the next challenger for Ron Killings. BG gets a 2 count off of a surprise small package, but Sonny sends him back down with a low dropkick. Sonny has the advantage as they fight in and out of the ring. Siaki hits a running neck breaker and goes up top for a move, but Jerry Lynn wanders to ringside to distract his long time foe! BG hits the Shake, Rattle & Roll knee drop before finishing off Siaki with the Gay Butt Sex Pump Handle Slam. Winner: BG James Time: 7:09 -Backstage Goldylocks interviews America's Most Wanted, who are pissed after last weeks beat down by the New Church. Harris hasn't been able to sleep all week and has gone a little bit insane. Tonight he plans to run a little bit of evil all over their burning carcass. Storm dropped the hokey Cowboy gimmick, saying he is the biggest, baddest son of a bitch here. Storm debuted his “Sorry about your damn luck” catch phrase. Match #3 NWA World Tag Team Championship America's Most Wanted vs The Disciples of the New Church (w/James Mitchell) Before the match, Mitchell took the mic and told Harris and Storm not to yell too much. The New Church will not listen to any rules, except those he gives them. AMW make a mad dash to the ring and the match is in! They fight in the ring for roughly 12 seconds before the brawl spills to the floor. Harris and Lee pair off on one side while Storm sends Slash crashing into a steel chair with a drop toe hold. Storm goes over to help out Harris and they team to drop Lee throat-first on the metal guard rail. Slash is already wearing the crimson mask, as Harris and Storm double team him in the ring. Harris nails a top rope elbow drop and they team up to nail the Death Sentence, but don't go for the cover. Lee pulls Storm out of the ring and throws him into the metal barricade. Lee then attacks Harris on the other side of the ring as Jim Mitchell takes a spike to the head of Storm! Storm is now also wearing the crimson mask and is in the ring being beaten down by Prime Time. AMW are undefeated since being made a team back on June 26. They now are facing adversity. Can they pull it out? Slash misses a flipping leg drop off the top rope and Storm makes the hot tag to Harris! Harris is on fire, beating on both men, nailing the Catatonic to Lee! Mitchell jumps on the apron and distracts the referee and Slash has a chair! Slash takes off Harris' head with the chair. Is this the end? NO! Harris kicks out at 2! Slash claws at Harris' forehead, trying to bust him open, but Harris explodes off the ropes with a double clothesline to his foes, before tagging out to Storm. A 4-way brawl has broken out, but Mitchell has handed Brian Lee something. Lee has the spike of Mitchell and he uses it on both Harris and Storm and get disqualified! Winners and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: America's Most Wanted Time: 7:45 After the match the New Church continued their beat down on AMW until security finally get them to leave. Match #4 NWA Championship #1 Contender's Tournament: First Round Match Brian Lawler (w/April) vs Syxx-Pac The winner of this will face Jeff Jarrett and then the winner of that will face BG James and the winner of that, of course, will face Ron Killings. So the tournament has pretty much become a gauntlet match. Lawler is a lot nicer to April this week. Three weeks ago April and Syxx kissed up on the stage. April later claimed that Syxx forced himself on her. Lawler came out first and then jumped the guard rail and ran all the way around to the front of the arena and when Syxx came out, he jumped the former X Champion. Lawler tried getting April to interfere and cheap shot Syxx, but she wouldn't, so Lawler ordered her to slap him. The referee was looking right at them, so it was a good thing she didn't, or else it would have been a disqualification. Pac comes back with his edumacated feet and they fight to the outside. Lawler blocks a kick and picks Pac up and sent him crotch-first into the ring post. Ouch. Lawler slapped a fat fan at ringside...so the fan started cheering. Different strokes for different folks I guess. Syxx sent back into the ring and Lawler went for the Tennessee Jam, but Syxx rolled out of the way. Pac took over, including making the Bronco Buster even gayer as he pulled Brian's face into his crotch. Pac rolled outside and kissed April. Lawler was pissed, so he went out, kicked Syxx and literally wiped April's face with his hand. Brian went for the 10 Punches of Doom and called April onto the apron, calling her a “bitch” and a “cunt”. Pac low blowed him and hit an X-Factor for the win. Winner: Syxx-Pac Time: 4:59 After the match Pac walked off with April, while Lawler, who just called April a bitch and a cunt, threw a hissy fit about it. ...Wow this is bad timing considering when I am watching this....but Brian Lawler pretended to have a heart attack in the middle of the ring. April ran down to console him. -Earlier this week Ron Killings was interviewed by Mike Tenay. Ron said that Mike was the only person he can trust in TNA, so he gave Tenay a contract for an NWA Title Match with Mr. Wrestling III. When III wants a title match, just go to Tenay and sign the contract. Killings was suspicious of Bullet Bob Armstrong for putting his stamp of approval on it right away, saying he normally has to fight Bob about anything. -Jeff Jarrett kicked off hour number two of this show by entering the ring and telling Tenay to enter the ring with the contract. Jarrett says Killings, who is at home, is as dumb as Scott Hall and Curt Hennig. Jarrett goes to sign the contract, which confirms that he is Mr. Wrestling III, but also gives him a World Title shot. Instead of signing it, he rips the contract up and says he will be damned if III is going to sneak in the back door and take the World Title match. Jarrett says next week he will in the tournament and in 2 weeks he will win the NWA World Title. Tenay claims he has another copy of the contract, which just made that last segment completely pointless. Match #5 5-way X-Division Tables Elimination Match Kid Kash vs Jose Maximo vs Joel Maximo vs Tony Mamaluke vs Ace Steel (w/Mortimer Plumtree) The match started before Ace's music even played. Well the match would have been better without him. The winner of this match will face the X Champion next week. Two weeks ago Kash, Mamaluke and The SAT were involved in a 5-way match, only with Red as the 5th man. The token X-Division Dive Spot highlighted the first two minutes, as Kash with a double springboard flip dive onto the other 4 men. In the ring Ace hit a DVD on Kash, but to his knee. So much shit was happening all at the same time, you couldn't quite catch it on camera. Kash went for a Hurricarana on the outside, but one of the Maximo's blocked it and sent Kash crashing back first into the ring apron. Ace and Mortimer teamed up to set up a few of the tables in the ring, including one perched on the top turnbuckle. Ace and Mamaluke fight to the top of the table on the turnbuckle and Ace gave Tony a spine buster off of the top rope. Tony rebounded with a Tornado DDT to Ace through a table! ELIMINATED: Ace Steel (6:18) Mortimer, who just put the table back on the turnbuckles (it had fallen off) freaked out about his man being the first gone. Two tables are set up outside the ring and Joel Maximo hits a Moonsault to Tony through the table. ELIMINATED: Tony Mamaluke (8:16) So it is Kid Kash vs The SAT in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match. Kash dropped Jose with a Brain Buster on his knee. Kash is trying to destroy his knee tonight. Joel ran in and was hit with the same move. Seriously dude, stop that. Kash set up a table outside the ring, which gave the Maximo's time to recover. The SAT hit a version of the 3D on Kash. All three tumble out of the ring when Kash hit a clothesline to both men. Kash threw a chair at Joel Maximo and placed Joel on the table. Jose and Kash then fought on the top rope until Kash hit a Hurricarana to Jose off the top rope, through Joel and through the table, eliminating both men! Winner: Kid Kash Time: 12:54 Match #6 Jeff Jarrett vs Curt Hennig Jarrett comes down to the ring first and said that Hennig hasn't been seen in the building all day. Jarrett says that when he was 19 he was inches away from Hennig losing his AWA Title, Jarrett was a 7-time Intercontinental Champion and a 4-time WCW Champion, neither thing Hennig ever did. Hennig ran in, not dressed to compete, and attacked Jarrett to start the match. Over the guard rail we go and we get some MAIN EVENT BRAWLING! Hennig smacks the referee as Hennig beats on Jarrett throughout the crowd. Hennig choked him with a belt up and down the bleachers. It is impressive that Jarrett can go for so long without being able to breathe. The referee apparently has slipped into a coma, as both men fight in the audience for an incredibly long time. Finally a new referee comes down. One that will only allow Hennig to hit Jarrett with a chair twice. The new ref grabbed the chair, so Hennig smacked the ref with it. Over the guardrail and to the ring (to Grandmother's house we go) Hennig hits three Hennig Plexes, with no referee around to count. A third referee runs in, but Hennig wouldn't let him in the ring, so Hennig disqualified him. Winner: Jeff Jarrett Time: 4:44 Jarrett ran off as Hennig is restrained by security. Next week: -Jeff Jarrett vs Syxx-Pac -Winner of Jarrett-Pac vs BG James -Kid Kash vs X-Division Champion -Brian Lawler & April vs Jorge Estrada & Priscilla (why the hell are they teaming?) -4-team match for the NWA Tag Team Titles -Amazing Red vs Jimmy Yang vs Tony Mamaluke Match #7 TNA X-Division Championship AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) vs Jerry Lynn It is the renewal of the rivalry that gained TNA it's highest accolades so far. The video package hyping the match is interspersed with quotes from Dave Meltzer and Alex Marvez, talking about this being the most consistently good wrestling all year. It is time for the.....MAAAAAAAAAAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENT! One fall with a 22-minute time limit. Lynn was never defeated for the title that he lost on October 2 when Sonny Siaki injured his knee. These two men have combined to hold the X Title for all but 5 weeks in the title's history and actually teamed up and won the NWA Tag Team Titles, holding them for 6 weeks. Prediction: Sonny Siaki interferes and costs Lynn the match. While Styles and Lynn exchange holds in the ring, Mike and Don continue the hard sell for next week, which includes Jimmy Yang returning from Japan and the debut of EZ Money, who was in ECW and was getting over in WCW the last 5 weeks of their existence, before the company was bought. Both men get a series of no and 1-counts off of leg trips and clotheslines. Lynn hits an Airplane Spin into a back breaker for a 2 count and for Don West to almost jump out of his skin. Lynn has the advantage on AJ. The champ is reeling, as he goes to the apron and Lynn hits a springboard dropkick to send Styles to the floor. AJ tries to reverse moves by Lynn, but Jerry trips him up on the ring apron! This might be Lynn's night to become a 2-time X-Division Champion. Lynn with an Irish Whip, but AJ jumps over the guardrail! Lynn goes to go after him, but Styles nails him with a Super Kick! Styles uses the guardrail to go for a Springboard Something, but Lynn super kicks him! AJ drops him and rolls back in. As the ref checks on AJ, Mortimer runs over the kicks Lynn twice! Before rolling him back in, AJ dives over the top rope into the waiting arms of Lynn. Back in the ring AJ went for a power bomb, but Lynn turns it into a Hurricarana. Styles back drops out of a Cradle Piledriver attempt and knocks Lynn down with a clothesline for a 2 count. Lynn blocks the Styles Clash, so AJ turns it into a Boston Crab! For some odd, unknown reason AJ lets Lynn go and walks around the ring, catching his breath. AJ goes for a Hurricarana, but Lynn turns it into a face buster. Mortimer jumps on the apron as AJ back kicks Lynn's balls and does the Moonsault Inverted DDT spot. Styles went for another move, but Lynn blocked it and nailed a running sit out power bomb for a 2 count. Lynn then blocked a Tornado DDT and hit a Northern Lights Suplex into the corner for another 2 count. Mortimer jumped on the apron again, so Jerry butted AJ's head off of Mortimer's and hit a Cradle Piledriver for a 2 count! Sonny Siaki wandered to ringside as Lynn hit a TKO. Siaki pulled the referee out. As the ref dealt with him, Plumtree wedged a chair in between the turnbuckles. AJ sent Lynn head-first into the chair and hit a Styles Clash...but Lynn kicked out! AJ to the top, but Lynn crotches him and hits a huge superplex...but only gets 2! A series on reversals and Lynn hit a Cradle Tombstone Piledriver to win the championship! Winner and NEW X-Division Champion: Jerry Lynn Time: 21:02 Mortimer is beside himself, but as the show goes off the air, we have a new champion and Plumtree is 0-2 tonight! And that is it for this week, so until Thursday for NXT, take care.

Current note: This is a review I did of the $1 Rodman Down Under DVD "way back" in 2007. From December 6, 2007 Last week I finally bought one of the hottest selling DVD's in the world-the $1 Rodman Down Under DVD that is being sold at Wal Mart. Well I just watched it now and decided to torture all of you with my thoughts.
Vince Mancini and Ted DiBiase called the action from a studio, some unknown time after the actual event took place. This was proved during the opening match as two guys who are not Ted or Vince, were sitting behind a table talking into a microphone. Vince's explanation? It was the time keeper's table.
A video detailing the history (or at least the last 2 days) of the Curt Hennig-Dennis Rodman feud was shown, which included Rodman attacking Hennig at the pre-match press conference.
A video of the Road Warriors at the same press conference was then shown. Animal spoke of winning the "Australlian World Tag Team Championship", before being attacked by the champs, Public Enemy, who had a kitchen sink. I would have hated to be an innocent bystander at that press conference.
Road Warriors vs Public Enemy for the Australlian World Tag Titles
-Before the match began, Johnny Grunge took two steps and said "Let me tell you something..." The fans at ringside were shown, followed by a replay of Johnny Grunge taking two steps and saying "Let me tell you something..."
-About 2 seconds before the bell rang, we were informed this was a tables match.
-About 5 minutes in, Ted DiBiase finally comprehended the rules of the match.
-Unfortunately neither the referee nor the participants did, as PE and LOD traded several near falls.
-Vince informed us that LOD were "Bad boys from Chicago."...five times.
-I'm convinced Johnny Grunge screwed the company over on something, because Vince and Ted were merciless towards him on commentary.
-In case you care Animal speared Rocco Rock into Johnny Grunge and through a table to win the belts.
In between each match 3 sets of anorexic twins would dance. The crowd politely applauded...as they were leaving.
Hardcore Match "The Hardcore Legend" The Barbarian vs Brute Force
-Screw every other bad name Ed Leslie has ever had. Brute Force may be the icing on the cake!
-Force's hair is white, silver, brown and blonde, with a bald spot thrown in.
-As Force went to the middle rope to receive adulation from the crowd, Ted told us that you never turn your back on a veteran like The Barbarian. As he said that Barbarian did exactly the same thing.
-Barbarian hit Brute in the groin three times, which led to this exchange:
Ted: He has a hard head. Vince: I sure hope he does!
I have yet to figure out who they were talking about.
-More commentary gems, as Brute Hulked Up, Vince informed us that it looked like he was shocked with an electrical current.
-Not wanting to be outdone, Ted's analysis on almost every move was either "It's over!" or "That's why I have two herniated discs!"
-Oh yeah, Barbarian won with a boot to the face.
Brandi Wine vs Sweet Destiny
-Brandi Wine came out with a 300 pound man named Sugar Daddy, who I could have sworn was sitting in the first row at the beginning of the show.
-Sweet Destiny was accompanied to the ring by the Special Guest Outside Referee, Aussie Joe. Joe's claim to fame is going 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali and having one more sign in the crowd for him then the women did (0).
-Vince told us, and I quote "Aussie Joe is out there to make sure Sugar Daddy interferes." Okay, if you say so. I don't believe you.
-I might just use all announcing quotes for this one, as within a minute the announcers went from calling this match "an athletic encounter" to "a cat fight" to "We don't degrade women." to "This will be a hair pulling fest." No the announcers were not arguing.
-Brandi Wine joined Sirelda as the only women to ever sell a low blow.
-Vince: "The referee making sure it's a legal choke hold."
-Vince: "This gives us a chance to watch wrestling."
-Me (on both occasions): What?
-Sugar Daddy tripped up Sweet Destiny, and Aussie Joe...did nothing. I guess Vince was right on that one.
-Aussie Joe eventually got into the ring...and took his shirt off. Why? I am still scratching my head on that one. Two minutes later Sugar Daddy got into the ring, only to eventually sell a right hand by Aussie Joe.
-Ted: A SUPLEX! WILL THAT BE ALL?
-Destiny won with a superplex.
-To further cement this promotion's position as Australian WCW, Brandi kicked the ring on her way out and hurt her leg.
One Man Gang vs Tatanka for the International Championship
Sign of the night: Where is Akeem?
-One Man Gang wore a T-shirt that looked to say "One Man Bass" on the front and "Join the Chain Gang" on the back. Upon seeing this, the crowd began chanting "Cena Sucks!" (Just kidding)
-During the Anorexic Twins Dance, the turnbuckles went from red to powder blue.
-One Man Gang told the women in the audience to clean their underwear in the stands before throwing them at him, and to use a bar of soap to brush their teeth.
-(As Tatanka delivered knife edged chops) Vince: He's chopping him like George Washington chopped down the cherry tree!
-The greatest moment of the entire show took place next. No, not an advertisement that Vince will personally refund my money. Gang was walking to the back pretending to walk out on the match, when he got hit in the head with a bottle. Then another bottle, and another bottle. Soon about 50 bottles were flying in his general direction. Gang rolled into the safety of the ring...and got pelted with more garbage.
-After a choppy edit, Gang took the advantage. However when he came off the ropes he missed a move. What was this high impact move that Tatanka moved out of the way of? I have no clue because the director decided to show two girls wearing nWo Wolfpack T-shirts in the front row instead.
-Late in the match Tatanka reversed an Irish Whip and sent Gang into the referee. This went unnoticed by Tatanka, as a minute later when he made a pinfall attempt he screamed at the referee to wake up. The announcers asked "What happened to the referee." And the cameraman decided to get his arm in the shot, as he pointed to the lateral press.
-Gang won the Belt after hitting Tatanka with brass knux.
World Title Match Australian Outback Rules Curt Hennig vs Dennis Rodman
-Australian Outback Rules means it's a Hardcore Match.
-There wasn't much, if anything. to make fun of in this match, as Hennig made Rodman look like a million bucks for 7 minutes, before pinning him to retain the title.
-Post Match Brawl saw Aussie Joe (who never put his shirt back on) and Brute Force (who was now dressed like a zebra) run in to break it up.
-Curt Hennig did an interview putting Rodman over, but saying that he could be anyone from any sport.
-With 17 minutes of DVD space left, the company decided "What the hell." And edited the show down to 17 minutes and replayed it at the end. I swear this was the best 17 minutes of the entire DVD, minus the OMG garbage incident.

WWE NXT September 27, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Oliver “Inside jokes between me and one person who probably isn't reading this rules!” Witner CONTACT ME: e-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -I made a lot of references to previous seasons of NXT again -The Ascension beat down both Uso's again -Kassius Ohno defeated Oliver Grey in the first ever Kassius Ohno NXT Sparring Session... -And then defeated Oliver Grey in the second ever Kassius Ohno NXT Sparring Session before being run off by a returning Richie Steamboat. -Finally Seth Rollins pinned Rick Victor in his first match since becoming NXT Champion. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. -The show starts with a video package on the Kassius Ohno-Richie Steamboat rivalry. They will face off in tonight's main event. -Raquel Diaz is already edited out of the NXT opening video package. That was quick. Match #1 Michael McGillicutty vs Bo Dallas We start this week with the #1 Contender to the NXT Championship. When will he get his title shot? Damned if I know. His opponent is the brother of Michael's former NXT comrade Husky Harris/Bray Wyatt. The referee, Bao Nguyen, has trouble separating them long enough to get the bout started. William Regal and Byron Saxton talk about how each man's grandfather hated the other, so the loser would have to directly answer to Grand Pappy. Bo with the advantage early on, beating on Joe Average in and out of the ring. Michael tries to take a walk and get a breather, but Bo runs him down with a clothesline. Back in the ring Bo hits a series of elbows to the jaw, but Michael ducks one and sends Bo shoulder-first into the ring post! We are in and out of a commercial break and Michael slaps on a hammer lock, working over the injured shoulder of Bo. The fans begin chanting “You tapped out”. Not quite sure who they are chanting that at and why they are chanting that. Bo battles back with a sunset flip, but Michael drops him with a DDT for a 2 count. Bo is backed into the corner, but fights out of it with a fiery one-armed comeback. Bo set Michael up for a big move, but MMG rolled to the ropes and clutched onto it like grim death. The referee pulled Bo away and Michael used that to polish off his opponent with his running neck breaker. Winner: Michael McGillicutty Time: 8:11 After the match William states that Michael will be the man to take the title from Seth Rollins. -A video package for Paige airs. I guess we will never get the follow up to her angle with Raquel Diaz. -While we are on a break, now is as good a time as any to mention that over on AngryMarks.com I take the way back machine to November 6, 2002 for AJ Styles defending the TNA X-Division Championship against Jerry Lynn as I review the original TNA weekly pay per views. -Also the glass ceiling explodes on WWE.com this week! Dolph Ziggler, Mr. Money In The Bank, goes one on one with Kofi Kingston this week on Superstars, which you can find out about by reading Adam Barnowski's always entertaining and drunken review of Superstars on F4WOnline.com. Match #2 Jake Carter vs Leo Kruger The Son They Call Jake Carter here to take on the man with the creepy smile, Leo Kruger. This is Leo's second match since changing his gimmick. Leo takes his time getting up from squatting in the corner to start the match, but once he got started he stomped a mud hole into Jake and walked it dry. Leo threw Jake out of the ring...only to go outside and roll him back in. After each move Leo takes time out to give a big smile to the camera. Leo got a 2 count off of a middle rope shoulder block. Jake tried to avoid the squash defeat by throwing Leo face-first to the mat, but it was all for naught as Leo scores the win with a twisting Rude Awakening after punching himself in the side of the head to psych him up. Winner: Leo Kruger Time: 3:56 Match #3 2-on-1 Handicap Match Ryback vs Aiden English & Francis InsertLastNameHere Who is the #1 Contender to the WWE Championship at Hell In A Cell? IT'S RED HERRING! I mean, we are supposed to think it will be Ryback, but I sincerely doubt that will happen. Ryback throttled both men and then pinned them with the Double Samoan Drop. I wonder if he still eats as much as Al Snow described on the $1 Million Tough Enough DVD? Winner: Ryback Time: 2:25 Yes this match, which consisted of Ryback just beating on both men, was almost as long as Leo Kruger vs Jake Carter. Match #4 Kassius Ohno vs Richie Steamboat Hey, it is already time for..........the MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIINNNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENT! Three weeks ago Kassius Ohno went after Richie's eye. Two weeks ago Richie's father was mocked by Ohno. Last week Richie returned from injury and Richie was so angry about what Ohno did....that he patiently waited an entire week and then when the bell rang he did a lock up. Richie out wrestles Kassius early, which of course in this heated rivalry will get Richie appropriate revenge. Remind me if anyone goes after my eye that my revenge will be to try to beat them in a wrestling match. Steamboat tried to walk the ropes, but Ohno pushed him off the ropes and then ran him down the apron and slammed The Baby Dragon off of the ring post. JR makes two sorta-ROH references in 30 seconds, talking about Richie needing to Man Up and that he may have reached his Boiling Point. What a way to call out two of the only ppv's ROH got off without a hitch. Richie Man's Up and hits a Missile Dropkick from the top rope before chopping away at the bare chest of Ohno, but Kassius almost picks up the win with the Italian-American Heritage Kick. Ohno backs Richie into the corner and constantly gets pulled off by the referee until running into a super kick! Richie only picks up a 2 and Ohno gets a 2 off of a school boy. Ohno goes for a Tornado Forearm, but Richie ducks and pins Ohno with a small package! Winner: Richie Steamboat Time: 8:41 After the match, as Richie celebrated, Ohno knocked him out with a Tornado Forearm to the back of the head before slapping on the Cranking Rear Head Lock. As referees pulled Ohno away, he is accosted by a fan in a rooster mask. I figured it would be Ricky Steamboat, but it turned out to just be a fan. And that is it for this week! Until next week, take care

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #20 November 13, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “I almost forgot to give myself a new nickname” Witner Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Ron Killings (since August 7, 2002) TNA X-Division: Jerry Lynn (since November 6, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: America's Most Wanted (since September 18, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -Lenny Lane returned to TNA and sucked on a lollipop before costing his partner Bruce to lose to Jorge Estrada via countout. -BG James advanced to the finals of the NWA Championship #1 Contender's Tournament, where he awaits either Jeff Jarrett or Syxx Pac. -All Jarrett needed to do to get a title match was to sign a contract, stating that he was Mr. Wrestling III. Instead Jarrett, who since June 19 has been demanding a World Title shot, ripped up the contract. -It was all for naught as Mike Tenay revealed that he had several copies of the contract. -James Storm debuted his Sorry About Your Damn Luck catch phrase minutes before AMW retained the Tag Titles when the Disciples of the New Church were disqualified. -Brian Lawler talked about how much he loved April and then called her both a bitch and a cunt, leading to April costing him a match with Pac. -In the Bad Timing Department, Brian Lawler then faked a heart attack on live television. -Finally Jerry Lynn overcame interference by Mortimer Plumtree and pinned AJ Styles to become a 2-time X-Division Champion. And that's what you missed on NWA TNA. -The show started with Goldylocks singing the national anthem, in respect to Veteran's Day being the day before. -After that is taken care of, we are joined by AJ Styles and Mortimer Plumtree. AJ says he knows everyone is excited for Jerry Lynn vs Kid Kash for the X Title, but it's not going to happen. Mortimer pointed out that every match contract AJ signs has an automatic rematch clause put in, so AJ will have the match vs Lynn tonight and not Kash. This brings out Jerry Lynn who called Motimer a nerd. Lynn also said that since Kash busted his ass last week and earned a title shot, he will get it this week. Lynn said that since he knew AJ would be out here crying like a bitch, he got permission to make tonight's match a 3-way match. Match #1 Tony Mamaluke (w/4 days growth on his face) vs EZ Money EZ Money had the worst luck of anyone in early-2001. He was on the verge of breaking out in ECW as a member of Hot Commodity with Julio Dinero. They went out of business so he signed with WCW in February, changed his name to Jason Jett and had a string of really good matches (including a win over Kwee Wee on the last WCW ppv, Greed) and seemed poised to break out as the next great cruiserweight....and then WCW was bought out by WWF. He spent some time in developmental, but was never called up and got released. Money won a good opener with The Cha Ching, where he picks up his opponent for a suplex, but instead of dropping back, he just throws them away. Winner: EZ Money Time: 4:50 Match #2 Sonny Siaki vs Chris Vaughn Vaughn gets the jobber entrance and the jobber treatment as Siaki wins a quickie, hitting Vaughn with 3 Rolls Of The Dice. Winner: Sonny Siaki Time: 2:06 -Earlier today Goldylocks interviews Brian Lawler who insinuates that he and April have been having sex. During the interview you can hear April moaning in the shower. Brian stormed in and April, all soaped up, pushed him out of the bathroom. The camera pans down to Bruce peeking his head out of the shower.... -Out front the lights go out and we are joined by Father James Mitchell. Mitchell talks about the merits of the tradition of professional wrestling vs sports entertainment. James says that the New Church represents neither, they represent evil. Evil in constant, doesn't change, has many forms and many faces. So with that he introduced us to the newest Disciple of the New Church: Belladonna. Out walked a skinny goth girl with black and red hair and torn clothing. After Belladonna got done gyrating, Mitchell re-introduced Malice to the world, who stomped to the ring to begin a match. Match #3 Malice (w/James Mitchell and Belladonna) vs Chaos Malice destroyed the job boy, who was referred to as Chaos, including hitting him with a chair. The referee didn't both to disqualify him. While this squash went on I tried to find out more about Belladonna to no avail. Malice won with a choke slam and a knee drop from the top rope. Winner: Malice Time: 2:57 Match #4 Jorge Estrada (w/Priscilla) vs Brian Lawler (w/April) In case you have good memory, last week this match was announced as a mixed tag. No idea why it was changed and no mention was made of it. Before the match started Brian went off on some fans at ringside and took this to mean that April was hiding something earlier. No idea how he came to that conclusion. It's true. I just don't know how he figured it out. Brian, who looks good for someone who had a heart attack last week, and Jorge have only the second competitive match of the night, but it was too short. April hooked Jorge's leg, which led to Priscilla tackling April. Brian low blowed Jorge and picked up the win with a roll up and a handful of tights. Winner: Brian Lawler Time: 3:20 -To the back where Jeff Jarrett is interviewed about his semi-final match with Syxx Pac tonight. Jeff said everyone in NWA has gotten a World Title shot but him and now is his time. It turns out Syxx Pac is not here tonight, so Jarrett receives a bye into the finals. Next week he will face BG James in the finals. Jarrett wished BG luck next week and walked off. So Syxx has no-showed twice in three weeks. Match #5 #1 Contender's Match Jimmy Yang vs Amazing Red Yang, who has now left The Flying Elvis Impersonators, is now the third person to use Abyss' music (after Monty Brown and Abyss). So the Elvis' are now...Jorge Estrada. The match starts at the 39 minute mark of the show, so yes we have already had four matches and one more was canceled. Yang is returning from a month long tour of New Japan and he made up for lost time by having a match of nonstop offense with Red. Remember when he was in WCW in 2000 and usually got a lot of grief for botching a lot of moves? Well he has really improved in 2 years. A series of cool looking moves included Yang going for a Springboard Cross Body and crashing into a perfectly timed dropkick from Red and Red using his foot to block a punch from Yang. To the top Red brings the crowd to their feet by hitting an Infra-Red from the top rope! Yang turned a Twisting Moonsault into a gut buster, but missed Yang Time, so Red hit his second twisting moonsault from the top rope for the win! Winner: Amazing Red Time: 9:42 -Backstage BG James is interviewed to build next weeks match with Jarrett. Jeff walked in, wished him the best of luck and stuck his hand out. BG finally shook his hand, so of course Jeff attacked James. Match #6 #1 Contender's Tournament Semi-final Match The Spanish Announce Team vs The Rainbow Express Apparently there is now a tournament to determine the #1 contender's to the tag team championship. Next week the winner of this match will face the winners of a match between The Hot Shots and The Harris Twins. TNA: We Are Tournaments. In case you are wondering, we are still not at the one hour mark of the show. Lenny mustn't watch the show either (hell they were only getting 5,000-10,000 buys a week. So much has changed, huh?) as Bruce was showering with April earlier. I guess they could say it was two girlfriends showering together. Nothing sexual about that. A lot of miss-communication early between the Express, but Lenny does hit the Skull Crushing Finale on Joel Maximo. Lenny goes for the cover on Joel and Bruce is nice enough to give Lenny some...stimulation before Joel kicks out. Later on Lenny runs up the ropes to hit a hurricarana on Jose, who was standing on the top rope. It was an awesome looking move, but no one bothered to sell it. Announcers, fans, the wrestlers themselves. Jose puts Bruce in the Tree of Woe and does a drop toe hold to Lenny, sending Lenny head-first into Bruce's crotch. Lenny accidentally-on purpose pulled down the top rope, sending Bruce crashing out of the ring and The SAT finished off Lenny with the Spanish Fly. Winners: The SAT Time: 7:19 -Backstage Goldy interviews Bullet Bob Armstrong. Bob says that he fired Don Harris “last week” from being head of security. Well it was two weeks ago....he also says that he has fined Don, but did hire him as a wrestler. Match #7 #1 Contender's Tournament Semi-Final Match The Hot Shots vs The Harris Brothers Winners face The SAT next week for the next tag team title shot after tonight's match. For the sake of actually having a good match, I hope the Hot Shots win. Actually I want The Harris Twins vs The SAT. I will never figure out who the hell is doing what the hell to who. Remember in WCW when one of the Harris' was told that since he had a broken neck that his doctor told him his head could suddenly fall off at any point? Of course that was made better by Scott Hudson acting like it was normal and something that always happened. The brothers Harris won another quickie with an H-Bomb. Winners: The Harris Twins Time: 3:49 I can't wait for the two sets of twin brothers to face each other next week. After the match Ron and Don beat the shit out of the Hot Shots some more. -We were going to have the tag title match next, but instead BG James came out and pulled a George W. Bush. “Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me...500 times and I am just a fricking idiot!” BG says if Jeff Jarrett has any ball hair he will come down and they will have their final match now. Jarrett, who may or may not have any ball hair, came out and said they will not have a match tonight. Where has The Truth been the last two weeks anyway? BG James called Jarrett a pussy and comes from a long line of pussies. BG decides he doesn't want his job anymore and says both Jeff and Jerry Jarrett are pussies. BG is about to call Jeff's Momma a pussy, but Jeff runs down and begins fighting. While BG beats the fuck out of Jeff, Bullet Bob comes out and starts the match. Match #8 #1 Contender to the NWA World Championship Tournament Finals Jeff Jarrett vs BG James Jarrett has technically already won one match tonight and now is getting his ass kicked all over the arena with some MAIN EVENT BRAWLING! Up the concrete steps and into the balcony they go. James gets the best of Jarrett the whole time. Borash follows them for some reason. Someone deck him. They fight down the concrete steps and up a different set of stairs. Jarrett hits BG with a chair and he falls off of the third step and through a table. Jarrett rolls back into the ring, after 5 minutes and demands the referee count BG out. Oh come on...well thankfully for BG, referee Andrew Thomas counts really slow, including counting 7 twice and spending 30 seconds going from 7 to 8. I am not making that up. BG fights back and goes for the Gay Anal Sex Pump Handle Slam, but Jeff blocks it, hits the Stroke and wins the tournament! Winner: Jeff Jarrett Time: 7:15 Jarrett vs The Truth next week. Match #8 NWA World Tag Team Championship America's Most Wanted vs The Disciples of the New Church (w/James Mitchell and Belladonna) This is a rematch from the blood bath of a week ago. The New Church is Brian Lee and Slash, who is not a real person. I am sorry to be the one to break it to you, but Slash is actually a make believe character based on a Dutch legend named "Wunter Slaush". So while I ripped off South Park the match started and, like last week, quickly degenerated into a bloody 4-way brawl all over the building. Lee dropped Storm with a chair shot and threatened Tenay with a chair shot, but Tenay gave him a stern look and held his finger up, which stopped Lee. Harris hit Lee with a Catatonic and went to hit Slash with it, but he turned it into a Tornado DDT. Harris, Storm and Slash are all busted wide open within 4 minutes. Slash gives Harris James Storm's Eye of the Storm move, but no one notices. The finish almost came when Belladonna and Mitchell distracted the referee long enough for Slash to knock Storm out with the tag team title belt. Instead they had more wackiness, including a ref bump, AMW hitting the Death Sentence and Lee hitting both Harris and Storm with a spike for the win! They couldn't just do the belt shot finish. Winners and NEW NWA World Tag Team Champions: The New Church Time: 9:06 So AMW not only lose their first match as a team, but also lose the tag team titles. Afterwards Belladonna wiped some of Slash's blood all over her body. -Before the main event, again I ask...where the hell has The Truth been? Match #9 TNA X-Division Championship Jerry Lynn vs Kid Kash vs AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) For the third straight week TNA main events with the X Title Match and for at least the 9th time in 20 shows AJ and Lynn will wrestle one another. Can AJ become a 3-time X-Division Champion? Can Kash become the fifth different X Champion? Or can Jerry Lynn come through with the belt? A handicap match broke out early on as both Kash and Lynn teamed up on a mutual foe. Kash and Lynn respectfully exchanged holds. Not sure how much respect Kash had when he went for a Springboard Moonsault and his friend tripped him and sent him nose-first into the ring apron. A lot of chopping ensued in the middle of the match. Wouldn't that only help AJ, whose two finishers lead to a foes chest being injured? I know it's pointless and chops, in general are pointless, but still. Mortimer Plumtree stands at ringside emotionless, even when his man is a split second away from winning the match. All of your favorite X-Division sports are rolled into this match. Dive sequence? Check. Don West screaming every 5 seconds? Check. Everyone hitting their finishers on everyone? Check. Kash goes for a rolling Hurricarana, but AJ reverses it into a Styles Clash, but Kash tried reversing that into a sunset flip, but AJ reversed that into an Emerald Frosion, but only got a 2 count. The finish saw Mortimer jump on the apron, but Kash was accidentally sent into him by AJ. Kash the back dropped AJ over the top rope onto Mortimer and Lynn hit Kash with a Cradle Piledriver for the win! Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: Jerry Lynn Time: 10:49 -After the match JB joins Tenay and DW at the broadcast table. They have a few minutes to kill, so the announcers kill some time before West is handed the sheet for next week and starts the hard sell. The only matches he actually mentions are Killings vs Jarrett and Lynn vs Red. -Jeff Jarrett walks out on the ramp to cut a promo directly to Ron Killings. Jarrett says he has been screwed for 20 weeks and the NWA has been trying to hold him down and keeping him from the belt, but next week his time has come. He doesn't look at next week as another match. As a child he watched Ric Flair, Jack Brisco, Terry Funk and Harley Race as NWA Champion and his dream as a child was to be the NWA Champion. Next week, he promises to fulfill his dream. Is it still a money promo if it airs on pay per view? That's it for this week, see ya later this week for NXT!

WWE NXT October 4, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “There's no such thing as Scotch-tober Fest!” Witner Ya used me, Skinner! Ya used me! Before I begin, I want to give a shout out to Adam Barnowski, who you may recognize as the fella I am continually plugging every week. Sadly Adam is now unable to watch WWE Superstars, but don't worry folks, he is still drinking! Man-o-man, is he still drinking. Any questions, comments concerns of emotional outbursts? Contact me: e-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -Raquel Diaz quit the company one day and the next day was completely removed from the NXT video package. They work quick. -William Regal predicted that #1 Contender Michael McGillicutty would be the one to unseat Seth Rollins as NXT Champion. -Seth Rollins didn't even appear on the show. Neither did The Uso's or The Ascension, who have been feuding for 6 weeks. -Leo Kruger beat a jobber, Ryback beat 2 jobbers and Richie Steamboat got a small package out of nowhere to beat Kassius Ohno, but was laid out by Ohno for his troubles. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. -Earlier today Briley Pierce ran up to Kassius Ohno to ask about what he did to Richie Steamboat last week. Kassius said that he is teaching Richie a lesson that his father should have taught him. Richie ran in from out of nowhere and beat Ohno down, telling him his father taught him enough. -The biggest news of the show happened next. There was a fan in the front row dressed like Curt Hawkins. It may have been Curt Hawkins for all I know. Match #1 Drew McIntyre vs Richie Steamboat This is Drew's first match on NXT since a few months ago when he lost in the first round of the Gold Rush Tournament. He actually sprained his wrist in his match. This is already Richie's second appearance on the show and we are only 5 minutes in. This was the usual NXT opener. The highlight early on was Richie being sent in the corner, but jumped up to let Drew run underneath him, but instead Drew kicked him. They screwed up one move as Drew lifted Richie up for a power bomb, but had too much momentum and Richie landed on his face. Kassius Ohno ran down as Richie built momentum. While the referee got rid of Ohno, Drew hit Richie with his soft cast and finished off the younger fake-third generation superstar with the Future Shock. Winner: Drew McIntyre Time: 4:25 -Tonight's main event is the return of The Ascension as they face Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd. -Speaking of Kidd, if you love him as much as I do and didn't watch The Main Event, just like I didn't do, then you may want to check out Matthew O'Donnell's review of it on F4WOnline.com right now. Kidd and Gabriel have their quarter final tournament match against Santino Marella and Zack Ryder, I knew a Matt O'Donnell at one of my previous jobs. I can guarantee with 100% certainty, that this is not the same Matt. Match #2 Big E. Langston vs Aiden English NXT's Resident Jobber, Aiden English takes on the love child of Monty Brown and Bobby Lashley. This was the bi-weekly Big E squash. Langston won with his TKO and a 5 count ala King Kong Bundy. Winner: Big E. Langston Time: 1:14 The fans chanted “one more time” so the baby face laid out his foe with another TKO. The fans continued to chant “one more time”, so again Big E gave his TKO to Aiden English. -Well Adam Barnowski may not be doing the Superstars report, but Blackjack Parsons is. Apparently he is a real person. Well this week former tag team champions collide as David Otunga battles Michael McGillicutty and you can read all about it later this weekend on F4WOnline.com. -Backstage Richie Steamboat is running around looking for Kassius Ohno. You know he does have a match coming up. -Next week we will be joined on NXT by none other than the WWE Champion C.M. Punk! Hells yeah. -After the commercial break we are joined by #1 Contender Michael McGillicutty. It is announced that right here next week Seth Rollins will defend the NXT Championship against MMG. Michael takes the mic and delivers a very dull promo that he will make Seth Rollins first title defense his last title defense. He then calls Seth to the ring. Seth comes out and cuts a promo as he walks to the ring. He says Michael makes it very easy for us to forget how good Michael is since he runs his mouth nonstop. Well I forget how good he is because I don't think he is that good. Michael says he has no respect for Seth and calls him a Paper Champion. Seth holds up his belt and says that the title belt is his respect. Seth says that he didn't have a famous daddy to pave the way and make things easier for him. Seth took off his shirt and said he is ready for the match now. Michael just turned and walked away. -Earlier today Briley Pierce interviewed Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel about their main event match. Tyson said that the key thing of being a team is trust. Tyson mentions that they are former tag team champions. Well that is true, just with different people. Before Justin could say 7 words The Ascension's music played and they were found standing behind a wall staring at them. And that's it. Match #3 Percy Watson vs Kassius Ohno Why do I think Richie Steamboat is just going to cost Ohno the match? ...Well I am wrong. Richie attacks Ohno as he walks out of the tunnel and beats him down the aisle and around ringside. Three referees are all used to pull Richie away. The announcers wonder how Kassius can be expected to wrestle now. Well Ohno, the valiant baby face, got in the ring to wrestle. Oh wait. He's not a baby face? And Big E. Langston is not a heel? Well this seems a tad backwards. Percy briefly worked over Ohno, who, mind you, was beaten down before the match, but Ohno rebounded and made quick work out of Showtime, finishing him off with the Tornado Elbow Strike. Winner: Kassius Ohno Time: 3:18 Match #4 The Ascension vs Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd The greatest entrance in WWE precedes this the.......MAAAAAAAAAAAAIIINNNNNNNNNN EVENT! Gabriel and Kidd have the early advantage on Kenneth Cameron until Gabriel goes for a go-behind and a roll up, which Cameron uses his elbow to get out of. We come back from commercial just in time for Gabriel to make a big tag to Kidd. Kidd immediately hit a springboard missile dropkick to Conor O'Brien, sending Conor rolling to the outside. Kidd went for some big move, but Conor cut him off and threw him to the mats on the floor and the ramp. Ascension did the quick tag thing, which still makes no sense to me. William revealed that he once asked Kenneth what The Ascension was all about and Kenneth told him they come from “The Church of the Poisoned Mind”. Both members of Ascension picked up a series of near falls on Tyson Kidd, while Gabriel let the fans in an effort to spirit Tyson on to make the tag. Kidd side steps a potential double team and makes the hot tag. Gabriel goes to work on Kenneth as Kidd and O'Brien fight outside. Gabriel goes for the 450 Splash and gets nothing. Conor sends Tyson into the steps outside and Ascension polishes off Gabriel with the High-Low. Winners: The Ascension Time: 8:19 And that is it for this week. Next week my Straight Edge Savior and the Best In The World, CM Punk, will be on NXT and Seth Rollins will defend the NXT Title against Michael McGillicutty!

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #21 November 20, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Happy Columbo Day” Witner Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Ron Killings (since August 7, 2002) TNA X-Division: Jerry Lynn (since November 6, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: The New Church (since November 13, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -AJ Styles demanded his rematch for the X-Division Title, so he was added to the Jerry Lynn-Kid Kash match. -EZ Money, Sonny Siaki and a returning Malice all won squash matches. -Miss TNA Bruce was found showering with April, Brian Lawler's girlfriend. -Syxx Pac no-showed again so Jeff Jarrett was awarded a bye in the #1 Contender's Tournament. Jarrett then beat BG James in the finals to get a World Title shot tonight. -The Jarrett-James match was 5 minutes of crowd brawling and then the referee spent almost 3 minutes trying to count James out, before BG finally crawled across the fairgrounds and got back in the ring. -Jimmy Yang ditched the Flying Elvis gear, but still lost to Amazing Red in a top contender's match. -The SAT and the Harris twins both won matches, so now they will face each other this week and the winners will get a Tag Team Title shot. -The New Church used Jim Mitchell, Belladonna, a title belt and a spike to end the undefeated streak and the NWA Tag Title reign of AMW. -Jerry Lynn successfully defended the X Title. -Finally Ron Killings continued to be awol. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA. -Earlier today Mike Tenay spoke to the World Champion himself. Tenay said Jeff Jarrett was also offered interview time, but he turned it down. Mr. Wrestling III also had not contacted Tenay as of yet. Truth says he doesn't care about III anymore and all his focus is on Jeff Jarrett tonight. Jarrett has a passion for the NWA Title, but Killings also has a passion for it. Tonight we will find out who has the bigger passion, who is willing to do anything for it and who will pay the bigger price. Match #1 Divine Storm (w/Trinity) vs EZ Money & Sonny Siaki Why does Sonny Siaki keep teaming with people? It was only a few months ago when he made it clear that he wasn't a member of a team anymore and that he is all about Sonny Siaki. Everyone does a dive onto everyone, including Trinity doing a moonsault onto all four men. During Divine's dive, we were too busy watching a replay of another dive. This is the debut of Trinity, but am fairly certain both Chris Divine and Quiet Storm (Divine Storm) have appeared before. The match revolves around spots with Trinity, as she gets involved a second time, giving Siaki a Hurricarana, so Money hits her with a clothesline. The match was fine for the first 5 minutes, but kind of fell apart in the last minute as Siaki and Quiet Storm seemed to be on separate pages, but Siaki eventually finished him off with the Siakalypse. Winners: EZ Money and Sonny Siaki Time: 5:47 -After that match ended Father Jim Mitchell walked to the ramp with Belladonna and said that tonight the entire wrestling world was paying attention to the Ron Killings-Jeff Jarrett title match. But he is here to tell the world that being the manager of the Tag Team Titles is not enough to quench his thirst. His thirst can only be quenched by blood and more gold. The winner tonight will have to deal with him and that his disciples will take control of the NWA Title. Match #2 Malice (w/James Mitchell and Belladonna) vs Cory Williams Cory Williams is a jobber with the letter K on his ass. Malice beat him quickly with a choke slam. The highlight of the match was Malice going for a top rope WhatAManeuver, but tripped and fell face first on the mat. Winner: Malice Time: 1:59 Match #3 #1 Contender's Tournament Finals The SAT vs The Harris Twins Perfect. A battle between two sets of twins that I cannot tell apart. This match was exactly what you expected. To their credit, Ron and Don actually sold briefly for the Maximo's various moves. However the match was the much larger twin brothers beat down the much smaller twin brothers. The highlight was Don doing a dive over the top rope onto the Maximo's. Yes. Don Harris. He did a dive. Over the top rope. Onto the SAT. Ron or Don then pinned Jose or Joel to win the tournament. Winners: Ron & Don Harris Time: 6:06 -Goldylocks interviewed April about being in the shower with Bruce. April said that never happened. Someone in the production superimposed Bruce's head in the shower. April started crying so Bruce walked in and said he was gay and hugged April. Lenny Lane walked in and called Bruce a “wanna be gay guy” and named himself the new Miss TNA. Before they could fight Brian Lawler ran in and attacked Bruce. Oh boy. Match #4 BG James vs Lenny Lane (w/Disco Inferno's TNA Theme) BG played to the anti-gay sentiment in the crowd and said he was “about to beat a fag”. That coming from the guy who has butt sex with his opponent before he gives them his finish. Lenny hit an Asai Moonsault and Bruce ran in to attack Lenny. Bruce dropped him with a piledriver. The referee, despite watching, did not see this happening. Brian Lawler came down and attacked Bruce. BG then pinned Lenny for the win. Winner: BG James Time: 2:54 After the match Goldylocks walked down, took April hand in hand and walked away with her, implying that they are lesbians. I am ready to change the channel. Match #5 3-Way #1 Contender's Match Jorge Estrada (w/Priscilla) vs Crimson Dragon vs AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) Mike Tenay wonders who the hell Dragon is. Don't worry, we all do as well. Everyone is missing moves on everyone. This happened once in WCW. Disco Inferno was under a mask during some random 8-Luchadore Tag. Everyone missed dives and then Disco hit everyone with a stunner. Dragon is very green. Hell, I would think Disco, but this guy is too lanky. I immediately think of a cross between EZ Money and....sigh....Vince Russo. This is the worst X-Division match in TNA so far, which is amazing since AJ Styles is in it and Jorge Estrada is no slouch, but whoever the hell Dragon is is bringing this match down. Jesus Christ...AJ and Estrada are trying to do spots and make the match something, but Dragon keeps finding himself in the wrong spot at the wrong time, forcing both men to run around him. Dragon goes for an Asai Moonsault, AJ trips him up and Dragon nearly breaks his neck landing on his head. Well it is not Vince Russo. Vinny Ru isn't athletic enough to do a leg drop three quarters of the way across the ring. Dragon does a Super Frankensteiner off of the top rope. The move that nearly killed Chris Jericho is WCW and Dragon pulls it off with no problems. I guess life is not fair. They at least had an exciting finish where Dragon then went for the Super Frankensteiner on Dragon, but AJ blocked it and hit a Styles Clash off of the middle rope onto Jorge for the win. Winner: AJ Styles Time: 11:00 -Backstage Goldylocks, who is now wearing a fur coat, asks Harris and Storm about their plan on taking the belts back tonight. Their plan is to beat the hell out of Jim Mitchell and then take the tag titles back. -After some research Crimson Dragon was former ECW guy Chris Hamrick. Why was he under a mask? Somehow putting on the mask took away all of his talent. Match #6 NWA World Tag Team Championship New Church (w/James Mitchell & Belladonna) vs America's Most Wanted After months of listing AMW as champions, it is weird listing them as the challengers for a change. This was the usual insane and bloody four-way brawl that these two teams do. By the time they got into the ring Harris had been clocked with a chair. Storm gets the hot tag and beats the unholy hell out of both Slash and Brian Lee. Storm almost won the tag titles with the Scorpion Death Drop from the middle rope. AMW went for the Death Sentence, but Harris was tripped up. We got a stacked up superplex where Storm assisted the beating of his own tag team partner. Jim Mitchell jumped onto the ring apron to distract the referee from seeing Storm his his own man with a chair. The finish saw Storm pick up Brian Lee's spike and use it on him, getting disqualified. Winners and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: New Church Time: 10:46 After the match Storm gave Belladonna the 8 Second Ride. The referee told them to knock it off, so Harris gave the referee the Catatonic. Security ran to to tell them to knock it off, so AMW hit them with chairs. Local indy guys ran in and told them to stop it, so they did. -Before the next match Mike Tenay did a sit down interview with Amazing Red, which made you realize that Amazing Red should never be allowed to talk again. Tenay tried to walk him through and carry him to a good interview...but he failed. -We then got a Lynn interview, which was a shit load better and keep in mind Jerry Lynn is not a great talker. Match #7 X-Division Championship Jerry Lynn vs Amazing Red The winner of this gets to defend next week against AJ Styles. Can Red become the fifth man to win the belt, after Lynn, AJ, Low Ki and Syxx Pac? This will be a shock, but I bet that match will be world's better than New Church vs Harris Brothers. Red goes for a flip dive early on, but Lynn catches him and runs him upside down and chest first into the ring apron. That looks like it sucked. Minutes later Red did a fantastic dive over the ring post to the outside, so that move didn't suck for long. Red actually hit the 619, which he conveniently calls the 718, which is the area code for Brooklyn. Lynn goes to the middle rope, but Red hits a Trouble In Paradise and goes for a Hurricarana, but Lynn rolls through and almost scores the win. Lynn reversed Red's flipping piledriver and managed to drop him on his head. Red connected with a Tornado DDT and went up top, but Lynn grabbed him for a power bomb, but Red reversed that for a Hurricarana and a 2 count. Lynn finished him off seconds later with a Cradle Piledriver from the middle rope. Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: Jerry Lynn Time: 10:01 After the match Lynn pulled Red to his feet and shook his hand. -Before the main event Don takes the house mic to give the hard sell for next week... -New Church vs Curt Hennig & Syxx Pac for the tag titles. Um....what about the Harris Brothers? -Jerry Lynn vs AJ Styles for the X Title for the 27th time. -Brian Lawler vs Bruce -We get separate video packages for both Ron Killings and Jeff Jarrett, which was a nice touch. Match #8 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Ron Killings vs Jeff Jarrett Since June 26, 2002 Jarrett has been demanding one on one matches for the NWA World Title and due to his own belligerence he was not allowed title matches and was forced to earn it by winning the tournament. Of course in the first round he won after beating down Curt Hennig with a chair for 5 minutes. He got a bye in the second round and then won the tournament by using a chair as well. For the first time Jeremy Borash did the “Michael Buffer” ring introductions. They actually managed to kill 15 minutes before the bell rang for this match, as we had over half an hour left after the last match, but only had about 18 minutes left when the bell rang. Can the first black NWA Champion retain the gold or will Jeff Jarrett finally achieve his goal? These two men actually were forced to team up back in August to challenge AJ Styles and Jerry Lynn for the tag team titles. Jarrett rolled out of the ring as the champ had the early advantage. When Jarrett finally crawled back in, Killings shoved him and poked him, trying to get him to fight, so Jarrett fought back, hitting a high dropkick and his strut, much to the fans delight. Ron's entire offense seems to be designed to piss off Jarrett as Truth slaps Jarrett a lot, which frustrates the challenger and leads to him making mistakes. To punctuate this, Killings slaps on the Figure Four Leglock, which Jarrett later reverses. Jarrett goes for the 10 Punches of Doom and accidentally pokes the ref in the eyes. While Jarrett checks on the ref, Killings goes out and grabs a chair! But Jarrett grabs it back and after making sure the ref wasn't watching it, he clocked the champ with it! Is this it? NO! Killings kicks out at two! Jarrett leads the fans chants and nails the Stroke, but again Killings kicks out! Can Jarrett put The Truth away? They fight outside, but Ron sends Jeff head-first into the ring post, busting the challenger open! Jarrett is wearing the crimson mask and Killings with some hard right hands opens him up more. We get some main event brawling, which completely negates the idea of countouts and disqualifications as the referee doesn't care that they are fighting out the back of the building and hitting each other with chairs. Ron does his best New Jack impersonation and does the second balcony dive in TNA history (after Slash) and puts Jarrett through a table. They manage to crawl back to the ring, where they find Scott Armstrong counting them out. Despite fighting around the arena for 4 minutes, the referee had reached....the count of 2. Jarrett does a fiery babyface comeback but Killings knocks out the referee with a forearm. Champion and challenger collide mid ring, which brings out Mr. Wrestling III! III has a guitar! Who will he hit with it? He clocks the champion! Jarrett makes the cover, Scott Armstrong makes the count...AND WE HAVE A NEW WORLD CHAMPION! MR. WRESTLING III HAS MADE JEFF JARRETT NWA CHAMPION! Winner and NEW NWA Champion: Jeff Jarrett Time: 17:36 III crawls back in the ring, applauds Jarrett and unmasks revealing....sigh....Vince fucking Russo! Russo was not the Crimson Dragon, but he was Mr. Wrestling III! Why did Russo just hand Jarrett the World Title? Will we find out next week? See ya then.

WWE NXT October 4, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “W-i-T as in Thomas-N as in Nicholas-e-r” Witner Any questions, comments concerns of emotional outbursts? Contact me: e-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew CURRENT CHAMPIONS: NXT Champion: Seth Rollins (since August 30, 2012) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on WWE NXT... -Kassius Ohno and Richie Steamboat fought all over the arena about 5 times. -Michael McGillicutty was announced as getting his title shot this week. -My Straight Edge Savior and the Best In The World, CM Punk was promoted for this week. -A bunch of people won a bunch of matches, none that really meant a whole lot of anything. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. -The show begins with a backstage promo by the WWE Champion CM Punk talking about respect and how he should be treated with reverence, but he is not. Tonight he is here to watch the NXT Champion Seth Rollins to make his first title defense and he hopes Seth and all the NXT Superstars realize what a privilege it is for him to be here. Tonight we will get a lesson in....respect. Match #1 Bo Dallas vs Johnny Curtis Whatever happened to the storyline where Derrick Bateman was jealous of Bo being in the NXT Title Tournament instead of him? For the first 34 seconds of the match we had a clean battle between two fine, upstanding superstars. Then Dirty Curty didn't allow a clean break in the corner, which caused Bo to snap. This was your typical opener where Curtis spend most of it working over the kidney area of Bo (he had kidney injury last year), but Bo battled back, rolling out of the way of a knee drop from the middle rope and picking up the win with a spear. Winner: Bo Dallas Time: 4:04 Match #2 Paige & Audrey Marie vs Kaitlyn & Alicia Fox The former #1 contender to the Diva's Title does not have her boot taped this week. It's almost as if this was taped before Night of Champions or something. A unique battle between 4 babyfaces. The WWE Diva Duo were the by-default heels as the fans love Paige and not necessarily anyone else. This match was actually a lot better than most Diva's matches, maybe because it went longer than 2 minutes. After being beaten down for most of the match, Audrey made the hot tag to Paige, who after a minute of working over Alicia, pinned her with a roll up, much to the delight of the fans. Winners: Paige and Audrey Marie Time: 6:11 The fans chanted “Happy Birthday” at Paige. -To the back where....somebody was hitting on some diva in a blue dress. Diva left and in walked Trent Barretta. The two agreed to wrestle next week. -On the other side of the arena where Briley Pierce interviewed Seth Rollins about his first title defense tonight. Seth said he is not nervous, but psyched. Last week Michael McGillicutty disrespected him. With that magic word “respect” in walked CM Punk, who told Seth that he has been champion for almost a year and is the best in the world, but still doesn't have the respect of the fans. He earned the WWE Title, Seth earned the NXT Title. Punk told Seth to beat the respect out of Michael McGillicutty tonight. Match #3 Leo Kruger vs Dante Dash This is Leo's third match under his new “creepily smiling” gimmick and it is his third squash match victory, picking up the win with the twisting Rude Awakening. Winner: Leo Kruger Time: 2:22 After the match Leo took the mic and spoke in a foreign language I did not understand, but then translated it into “My prey does not need to suffer long, as I will extinguish them quickly. Who will be my next trophy?” -Michael McGillicutty was backstage with Briley Pierce. Briley asked if tonight's match was more about the championship or about respect. Michael said that tonight when he wins the title, Seth can have all the respect he wants and after he wins the NXT Title he is coming after the WWE Title. Match #4 NXT Championship Seth Rollins vs Michael McGillicutty The announce team for this match is the very interesting combination of Jim Ross, William Regal and CM Punk. On his way to the table, JR called him the best in the world. If only Jim would have said that two weeks ago. Punk did a promo saying he was looking forward to this match and wished both men luck. I thought luck was for losers McGillicutty became the number 1 contender back on September 6 when he defeated Tyson Kidd. So Seth didn't defend the title for 42 days and MMG didn't get his shot for 35 days. Rollins almost hit the Black Out seconds into the match but Michael rolled out of the way and we went to a brief commercial break. We come back just in time to see MMG kicking Seth in the face. Rollins making quick comebacks to any advantage McGillicutty takes. That ends when Michael heaved Seth out of the ring and crashing into the pretty black mats at ringside. Back in the ring Seth got tied up in the Tree of Woe. Do trees regularly get placed upside down next to turnbuckles? After being released, Seth started to pick up the momentum, hitting a one-foot dropkick before clotheslining Curt Jr to the outside. Before McGillicutty could think, Seth came crashing through the ropes with a suicide dive. After rolling his foe back in, Seth went for a Springboard WhatAManeuver, but MMG hit a perfectly times dropkick to the balls of Seth. He didn't sell it for long, as he nailed an Inzigiri and went for the Black Out, but McGillicutty ducked and nailed a side suplex for a 2 count. The challenger hooked the champ for the Average Joe Plex, but Seth with a small package for 2. McGillicutty began getting frustrated and went for his running neck breaker, but Seth dodged, ducked, dipped, dived and dodged around it and picked up the win with the Sliced Bread #2. Winner and STILL NXT Champion: Seth Rollins Time: 11:20 -After the match CM Punk stood and clapped for Seth as the show went off the air with Rollins holding the title belt high while Punk stood in the background clapping.

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #22 November 27, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Just watched Bound For Glory and all I have to say is....De-fucking-von? Really?” Witner Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Jeff Jarrett (since November 20, 2002) TNA X-Division: Jerry Lynn (since November 6, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: The New Church (since November 13, 2002) Miss TNA: Bruce (since July 31, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -April claimed that the TNA production team used cheap editing tricks to make it look like she was bathing with Bruce -Lenny called Bruce a “wanna be gay guy” and demanded his Miss TNA crown. -Brian Lawler attacked Bruce. -BG James continued to show he hates gay people by threatening to “beat a fag”. -The referee did not see Bruce give Lenny a piledriver during Lenny's match with BG...despite looking right at it. -After that match Goldylocks and April walked away hand in hand and made us believe that they are gay lovers. -Oh and AJ Styles won the Worst. Match. Ever., AMW got disqualified against the New Church, Malice won, Jerry Lynn beat Red and Jeff Jarrett won the NWA World Title after Mr. Wrestling III interfered. III turned out to be Vince fucking Russo. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA.... -Jeremy Borash started the show by having Goldylocks sing God Bless America here on Thanksgiving Eve. Match #1 The Briscoe's vs Divine Storm (w/Trinity) Dem Boys return to TNA to do battle with two more trainees of Mikey Whipreck. This was the usual TNA X-Division opener with a whole lot of dives in and out of the ring, designed entirely to get the crowd going. A big screw up occurred when Mark Briscoe went for a dive onto Chris Divine, but he hadn't gotten up from a previous dive yet, so Mark did a flip dive over the top rope and landed on his feet before going on with the match. Trinity did her spots, including a hurricarana and led her boys to victory as one of them drops Jay Briscoe on his head with a wacky piledriver for the win. Winners: Divine Storm Time: 6:06 -Mike Tenay jumped on the soapbox after this match, first saying that being with TNA has been one of the highlights of his career and he loves the emphasis on athleticism and tradition. What he hates being associated with is garbage like Vince Russo. He does not like what Russo stands for. He sat aside for two years while WCW crumbled under Vince Russo and refuses to stand aside and watch Russo do the same here. DW said he didn't know Tenay felt this way, as he didn't know Russo. Tenay mentioned that he would feel that way if he lost his job and was unemployed for over a year because of Russo's booking. -A night of rematches tonight, as scheduled is the 39th AJ Styles-Jerry Lynn match and a World Title rematch between Jarrett and Truth. -After a video package, Mike Tenay was mid-ring and introduced Jeff Jarrett. The lights went out and the music came on, but Vince Russo's voice came booming out, cutting the music and the lights came up and who was in the ring? None other than Vince Russo With Uni-brow! Russo first told Tenay to not let the door hit him in the ass on the way out. He told Tenay to go home and pout with Sean Waltman and next week he will have a chimpanzee do his job. Russo called himself the anti-Christ, saying he kept a low profile for the last two years and before this business gets deeper in the shitter, he better come back. He is here to talk about our new World Champion and has a lot of things to say. Russo threatened to smack the shit out of “the old man” if he tries to cut his mic. Despite WWF giving him a shitty gimmick, Russo became friends with Jeff Jarrett. When Jarrett left the WWF in 1995 Jarrett left the WWF and Russo got heat for it...for some reason. Once Russo got his power in the WWF Jarrett begged Russo to bring him back. Then Jarrett begged Russo to not let the WWF bury him, so Russo had him smack 75-year old women in the head with a guitar. Russo jumps to WCW, so Jarrett jumped to WCW too and Russo made him the WCW Champion. Finally WCW got sold, so Russo was out of that hell hole and out of wrestling. A year later Jeff begged him to come to TNA. Russo claimed to come up with the TNA name. What happened was Jeff was dragged by his nose by a lying, conniving, old piece of shit he refuses to name. Russo was told to go home and be called when needed. Since he was never called, Russo decided to show up. WWE sucks, TNA sucks and Russo is here to save the day once again. Vince is giving Jeff one opportunity to join him because starting next week there will be a drastic change and he is begging someone to stop here. Russo vows to help Jarrett win again this week and after that he wants his answer. With that, Vinny dropped the mic, climbed the guard rail and bailed out of the arena through the back door. -Tenay reiterates that Russo is the worst thing to ever happen to wrestling, that he killed WCW and continues to kill wrestling. -To the back where Mortimer Plumtree mentions the two people who lead the silent auctions to manage AJ Styles and an opponent on a future ppv and told them to pay more. Match #2 America's Most Wanted vs The Hot Shots So far I have already watched James Storm win one match today. Can he go to 2-0? Tenay, paying full attention to this match, says he will not leave until the day Russo is signing his paychecks. West says he hopes Tenay never leaves because no one wants to hear him do play by play. AMW thoroughly destroy The Hot Shots, but get counted out because James Mitchell and Belladonna were standing on the ramp. After the match AMW went to give the Death Sentence to Belladonna, but The New Church missed their cue, so James Storm had to stand quite a while on the top rope before Slash and Brian Lee ran down to break it up. Winners by countout: The Hot Shots Time: 5:17 -Goldylocks asked JB how much is he worth. Apparently the silent auction to announce with JB is up to $1,250 and to have a date with Goldy is $750. Goldy vows to give away a fruit basket if the sum gets up to $1,750 or $2,000. -In another part of backstage, Goldylocks, wearing a different outfit and using some mad voodoo shit, asks Dory Funk, Jr if she can speak to Jeff Jarrett. Dory says no, but he has a vested interest in tonight's main event. Match #3 NWA World Tag Team Championship The New Church (w/James Mitchell and Belladonna) vs Curt Hennig & BG James Last week it was announced Hennig and Sean Waltman would team. Waltman has refused to come back while Vince Russo is around. Yes that really was the given reason. Also last week Ron and Don Harris won a #1 contender's tournament, so why are they not getting a title shot? Before the match Mitchell says he doesn't care about wrestling or sports entertainment, he cares about evil. The highlight early on in this match is BG going for his punches to Lee and Lee just barking at him. This was not the usual quadruple juice brawl that we have seen with Lee and Slash and AMW the past month, probably because Hennig and James aren't going to do a quadruple juice brawl on the third match on the card. The baby faces took the majority of the match, since they were losing at the end. That never made sense to me anyway. Finish saw Hennig hit the Hennig Plex on Slash, but Lee broke it up. BG went for the Gay Butt Sex Slam, but Lee booted James' head off. Slash made the pinfall, but AMW ran in for the DQ, attacking the New Church. The problem was AMW missed their cue (damn these two teams keep missing cues) so Slash had to lift himself up before three. After the match we got a big three team brawl. Winners by DQ and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: The New Church Time: 10:32 -Tenay and West did a hard sell for their silent auction, which is up to $2,300. Match #4 EZ Money vs Alex Winters Money is a baby face this week, after being a heel last week and a baby face the week before. These guys did as many moves as they possibly could in three minutes, I couldn't have written them all down if I tried. Money won with his suplex where he throws his opponent instead of dropping him. Winner: EZ Money Time: 3:18 -Backstage Goldylocks is with Bruce. Bruce said since he is now showering with April, he is no longer Bruce, but is now Alan Funk. Alan said he was being a good friend to April, who is a very sensual woman. Goldy mockingly says he isn't gay anymore and asks about Alan's Miss TNA crown. Alan says he may just give it to April. Match #5 Crimson Dragon vs Sonny Siaki Last week Chris Hamrick put on a mask and became the Crimson Dragon and with it lost all of his talent. A three way match with him, AJ and Jorge Estrada was pure crap. Can he improve? I'd ask how he couldn't, but he had a shit match with AJ fucking Styles. This match was actually loads better, probably because he kept it simple, stupid. He did go flying through the ropes backwards and nearly drop kicked the announce table while almost falling head-first on the concrete floor. Siaki with a blatant low blow, while the referee warned him not to kick him low. If Dragon was Chieck Kongo, Siaki would immediately be kicked in the balls. Siaki won with the Siakalypse after hitting a belly to belly suplex off of the top rope. Winner: Sonny Siaki Time: 5:16 After the match Sonny took the mic and said he was tired of facing people who are joke opponents, saying he should be in title matches and main events only. -I should have mentioned this earlier when Russo referenced Moolah, but the next night on the Thanksgiving episode of SmackDown, Fabulous Moolah wrestled in the main event against a champion! Too bad it was against WWE Champion The Big Show. From what I remember Stephanie McMahon was being a heel for like 3 weeks and made the match. Brock Lesnar ran down and gave Show an F-5 through the announce table. -Backstage lovers are together as Goldylocks talks to April. Brian Lawler is in his pick up truck watching April shower with Bruce. Goldy told her to knock it off. April said Goldy sounded jealous and Goldy walked off. -To the front where JB introduces Brian Lawler With Long Face. Wasn't he just in his truck watching tape from two weeks ago? Anyway, Brian was crying and said he gave everything he had to April. He asked a kid to please shut up. At least he said please. Brian mentions her having sex with Syxx-Pac, showering with Bruce and having an affair with Goldylocks. That is quite the progression. Brian decided to quit the wrestling business altogether, much to the fans delight. -To the back where Priscilla comes upon Brian Lawler and they leave the building together while Brian rubs her ass. Where is Jorge Estrada when you need him? Match #6 TNA X-Division Championship Jerry Lynn vs AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) This was a much more aggressive version of their normal match. The match began with both men headbutting the other and featured a lot of punching by Lynn. Plumtree tried to hook Lynn's ankle, but was taken down with a dropkick through the ropes by the champion. AJ went for a piledrver on the concrete, but Lynn back dropped AJ and waved his finger at Mortimer, which gave AJ time to recover and DDT Lynn on the cold, hard concrete floor. The match turned into a lot of two on one, as AJ would hit some big WhatAManeuver and distract the referee so Mortimer could punch and kick Lynn. Lynn got busted open due to an International Object Mortimer was using and the match degenerated into an excellent display of technical wrestling. I know we are all surprised. The referee begins to get suspicious of Mortimer, but cannot prove it. AJ with a tilt a whirl Scorpion Death Drop for a 2 count. Mortimer screams that he needs the belt. Lynn almost wins with a running sit out power bomb. The finish saw Mortimer jump on the apron and throw a pair of knux into the ring while he distracted the referee. Lynn got them instead and knocked out AJ, before making the cover and retaining the gold! Winner and STILL X-Division Champion: Jerry Lynn Time: 12:34 -To the back where Curt Hennig and BG James talk about their respective silent auctions, one for dinner with BG and the other for golf with Curt. -Before the show Dory Funk did an interview with Mike Tenay about a number of subjects, including the NWA Title, Gene Kiniski, Jack Brisco, Harley Race, Giant Baba, Vince Russo and The Truth vs Jeff Jarrett. EDIT: When Dory talking about Brisco it said on the screen “Dory Funk on....Jack Briscoe”. I shared the screen shot on the Official WrestleCrap Message Board, which led to poster Trent Valentine posting “Worst. Porno. Ever.” which had me falling over in laughter, so I had to share it with you. Match #7 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Jeff Jarrett vs Ron Killings Can The Truth reclaim the gold or will Vince Russo's prediction come true and the Jeff Jarrett title reign go past 7 days? I still have no fucking clue what Jeff Jarrett's theme says after 10 years. “I like pie, along with cake. Welcome to the Who's Insane!” This match was a condensed version of last week's battle, as they didn't have nearly the time they did then. Jarrett slapped on the figure four two minutes into the match, Truth immediately reversed it, causing Jarrett to break it and roll to the floor. Jarrett turned around to take a breath and screamed “NO!” as Truth went diving through the ropes and into the waiting arms of the World Champion. Truth hit the nicest frog splash I have seen since Art Barr for a two count. I wonder why you have never seen him do that elsewhere. It was better than Eddie's, Christian's, D-Lo's and was a shit load better than Chavo's. Jesus Christ they are strapped for time. Jarrett goes for a dropkick, which Truth reverses into a sit out power bomb and before Jarrett's shoulders are even down ref Scott Armstrong has already counted one. Jarrett blatantly low blows Truth in front of the referee. That should have been a disqualification and the title should change hands, but the ref was too busy placing an order for a seeing eye dog. Jarrett, who seems destined to lose the belt on a disqualification, brings a chair in the ring and sets it up in the corner, but fate isn't with him as Truth sends him head first into it. Truth goes up top again, but this time misses a moonsault. The champ picks up the challenger...Stroke! 1.......................2..........................Truth kicks out! Jarrett rips off the turnbuckle pad and....takes Truth outside the ring where they fight all around the building. Scott Armstrong still hasn't learned how to count people out, but Jarrett and Killings fight onto a lighting stand and both fall off and go crashing through a table. Scott decides now is the best time to count people out and....counts both men out? Decision: Double Countout Time: 11:08 Bullet Bob comes out and orders the match to continue, even though both men may not be able to stand. So a countout is okay in the second match, but not okay in the main event? Okay, as long as we got that settled. Of course before the bell even rings both men are already in the ring doing fast spots. Truth dropped Jarrett face first on the exposed turnbuckle, but only got a 2 count. Killings picks up Jeff for a suplex, but Jarrett's feet strike the referee. Vince Russo has appeared at ringside and gives Jarrett a guitar! But Jarrett instead smashes the guitar on the ring post! Jeff Jarrett has not aligned with Vince Russo, plus he retains the title, pinning Truth with three consecutive Stroke's. Winner and STILL NWA Champion: Jeff Jarrett Time: 13:45 (2:37 on the restart) -After the match Russo takes the mic from Borash and says the games end tonight and wants to know Jarrett's decision now. I figured he just found out. Jarrett walked back into the ring....and the show faded to black with the end credits playing. You know, that was a bullshit ending on Nitro and it's even more bullshit when you are making people pay 10 dollars a week to watch the show. So that is it from TNA On Speed (the drug not the channel). See you next week!

WWE NXT October 18, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “If you don't know how to cook: DON'T!” Witner -Welcome to my two year anniversary of doing this review! Yes, that is right, it was just two years ago tonight that I was sitting in front of my computer with a notebook ready to take notes on Kaitlyn vs Maxine and AJ being so short that she could walk under the limbo stick that was being used for a limbo contest. The time flew when I was having fun. However now I get to review this... -CM Punk was there -Richie Steamboat and Kassius Ohno weren't nor were even mentioned. -A random guy agreed to wrestle Trent Baretta -Seth Rollins successfully defended his NXT Title for the first time against Michael McGillicutty. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT. So, in other words, nothing. You missed nothing. Yeah this NXT is soooo much better. Welcome to NXT, also known as the breeding ground for WWE Superstars (the internet show) and the second match on WWE Main Event. This is the show that people mark out for because Chris Hero and Tyler Black are on it, despite the fact that you see matches as good and better every week on Raw. Hell there has not been a single match in 4 months that comes close to being as good as any of the Tyson Kidd-Yoshi Tatsu matches from last year. Match #1 Alex Riley vs Jinder Mahal (w/out the 3MB) Jinder is not dressed like a tool tonight and makes his first appearance on NXT since losing the NXT Championship Finals against Seth Rollins. Riley has been out the last few months with an injury. Alex finished third in NXT Season 2 and accompanied The Miz to the main event of WrestleMania XXVII in Atlanta. I am sure the pay day for that was pretty damn close to his entire salary in 2012 so far. Alex is the king of sound effects as he grunts after each of his 10 punches of DOOM! Jinder lost the advantage briefly before taking it back. Byron Saxton wonders if Jinder regrets losing the NXT Title Tournament. Makes you wonder if being stuck on this show is better or worse than dressing like a tool and dancing with Heath Slater on national television. As I write that Jinder makes a mental mistake and Riley rolls him up for the surprise pin. IT'S A-WIN FOR A-RY! Winner: Alex Riley Time: 3:49 After the match Jinder channeled The Booty Man and gave Alex the Heiny (High Knee) before slapping on the Camel Clutch. Alex sure looks like a winner here. Match #2 Jake Carter vs Trent Baretta Jake is the answer to the trivia question as to who was the mystery guy hitting on the girl last week and got into a confrontation with Trent. Jake Carter is the son of Vader. Remember when Vader was on Boy Meets World and Frankie The Enforcer was his son on the show? Yeah I think Frankie looked more like Vader's Son than Jake. Oh yay...my video is now two seconds slower than the audio. Trent is doing a poor job trying to bust this dude as Jake works him over. The audio of Trent fighting back comes seconds before he actually chops Jake and nails a big Inzigirl before a springboard elbow in the corner. Unfortunately for Trent, Jake exploded out of the corner with a clothesline. I wonder if Jake Carter will ever wrestle the son of Harley Race. Trent pays tribute to the new TNA World Champion by hitting a Whisper in the Wind to Jake for a 2 count and then picked up the win with a running clothesline. Winner: Trent Baretta Time: 6:23 -A video package airs for WWE's tour of Egypt, claiming Sheamus will team with Rey Mysterio on October 18. yeah, I doubt he will do such a thing. Match #3 Damien Sandow vs Brandon Traven Before the match Damien calls the fans idiots. Brandon looks like the long lost brother of Husky Harris/Bray Wyatt. Yes he looks more like Husky then Bo Dallas. Brandon has been trained by Harley Race. Maybe we could claim he is Harley's son and fight Jake Carter? This match is not your typical job match that most were expecting, as it actually lasts longer than the opener, but the result is exactly what you expect. Damien with the You're Welcome Neck Breaker. Winner: Damien Sandow Time: 6:07 Mr. Regal calls Damien a “dandy” and we don't see enough of them in WWE anymore. Damien manages to turn the fans against him by refusing to do the cartwheel. Match #4 6-Man Tag The Ascension & Kassius Ohno vs The Uso's & Richie Steamboat I guess WWE was tired of me complaining that weeks go by without them mentioning various feuds by mixing up the only two feuds in NXT. I don't think Ascension has been on tv in two weeks and the Uso's in a month, while Ohno and Steamboat are in a vicious feud...and then stopped doing anything last week. JR joins the announce table for this....the MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIINNNNNNNNN EVENT! Everyone gets an entrance except for Richie who blows past Jimmy and Jey, running to the ring and attacking Ohno and the match is underway. We go to a quick commercial break which features a video package on Jimmy and Jey with them saying they will not accept failure. They have only been in the damn company 2 ½ years. The story early on is Ohno would not be in the ring with Richie, unless the younger Dragon is grounded. Conor grounds Jey Uso, slaps on a body scissors and drags Jey to their corner. All three team members take turns working over the man with the shortest name, by far, in the match. Jey begins to fight back on Cameron, but O'Brien with a cheap shot from behind to cut off the momentum. Jey drops Conor on his head with a DVD for a 2 count, but O'Brien uses a rolling headlock take over to take back the advantage. Jimmy finally got tired of watching his brother get beaten on for eight minutes and distracted Ohno long enough for Jey to recover and make the hot tag to Richie Steamboat. Steamboat takes out the aggression of not being on the show for 2 weeks on his hated rival. A Pier-6 brawl breaks out with a dive sequence, but before Richie could do his dive, Ohno knocked him the smurf out with a Tornado Elbow to the back off the head. Winners: Kassius Ohno & The Ascension Time: 10:14 And that is it for NXT. Don't remember anything that has happened? Don't worry, nothing mattered.

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #23 December 4, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “For Halloween I am going dressed as you” Witner Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Jeff Jarrett (since November 20, 2002) TNA X-Division: Jerry Lynn (since November 6, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: The New Church (since November 13, 2002) Miss TNA: Vacated by Bruce (on November 27, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -Mike Tenay hates Vince Russo -Vince Russo hates Mike Tenay, Jerry Jarrett and Jeff Jarrett -In spite of that Russo wants Jeff to join him in his evil quest to take over professional wrestling. -Sean Waltman no-showed and left the company saying he will not work with Vince Russo. -New Church caused AMW to be counted out, so AMW caused Curt Hennig & BG James to be disqualified against the New Church. -Miss TNA Bruce says he is no longer gay and no longer Bruce, he is now Angry Alan. -Sonny Siaki demanded harder competition than Chris Hamrick under a crappy mask. -Finally in a moment straight out of WCW 2000 Vince Russo demanded to know whether Jeff Jarrett was with him or against him. Jarrett went to the ring....and the show went off the air. And that's what you missed on NWA: TNA. -We start this week by showing what happened after we went off the air last week. Ron Killings (who was in the ring) attacked Vince Russo and they rolled on top of each other before being broken up by the Harris Twins who, I guess, got their jobs back as security. Russo, Ron and Don went out through the crowd. -After the opening graphic we get bagpipe music and an appearance by the one, the only Rowdy Roddy Piper. This is the famous promo that you may have seen on YouTube, if you haven't you may want to check it out. The first thing he does is shill his website, RowdyRoddyPiper.com and he says he asked the NWA if he could come down and speak to everyone. Piper says he is here because the NWA is the last place Vince Russo hasn't ruined. Russo failed at being a wrestler, so he turned wrestling into sports entertainment. Vinny Ru has no talent and the young guys who have talent and dreams will be destroyed. Piper is here to answer Russo's challenge for someone to come and stop him. He shows pictures of him before his first match and a picture of his family, which was his dream. He tells Russo not to give him credit as the “anti-Christ of wrestling”, he is the “bin-Laden of wrestling”. Piper then asked while Russo was writing for the WWF if Russo wrote Owen Hart's death. That one phrase made the entire arena go quiet. Piper took off his leather jacket to reveal his new shirt, which has the names of 10 of his friends who died and dares Russo to come face him. Russo came out through the back door, through the audience and into the ring. Vince leaned against the turnbuckles while Piper asked if he killed Owen Hart. He asked how he managed to make WCW lose 80 million dollars. Piper wondered what Russo is trying to accomplish. Every time Vince tried to talk, Piper pulled the mic. Russo once called Piper, Flair and Hogan “dinosaurs” so he told Russo he's not a pimple on Hulk Hogan's ass. Piper referenced a tape he sent to WCW in an attempt to turn the company around, but Russo never answered. Piper admitted that his time was over, but he wasn't going to let Russo ruin the NWA. Ron and Don Harris came to the ring to take Russo out. His closing salvo was to tell Russo not to throw rocks at a guy with a machine gun. -Tenay and West continue to wonder whether or not Jeff Jarrett and Vince Russo are together. During the preview of tonight, it was announced that Sonny Siaki vs Jerry Lynn was postponed one week due to an injury by Lynn. Match #1 The SAT vs Divine Storm (w/Trinity) These four men all trained together, so this match has been done a time or two. The winner of this match will get a future Tag Team Title match. I wonder when Ron and Don Harris will get their shot that they won two weeks ago. This match was fine, but was a little too choreographed for my tastes. Everyone stood around waiting to do their spots or waiting patiently for their turn to dive or to catch an opponent's dive. Trinity got to do her spot, hitting a moonsault onto everyone. The finish came when the Maximo's had Divine up for the Spanish Fly. Trinity ran in and hit one of them with a low blow, which I guess was allowed, so Storm rolled up the Maximo for the win. Winners: Divine Storm Time: 7:32 -Before the next match Vince Russo hit the ring and said now it was his turn. First he told Chris Harris that he had no problems with him and was here to help him. Vince said he told Piper if he wants to use Owen Hart's name to sell his book then he will go straight to hell. Russo says the NWA does not give a shit about the fans. They consist of senior citizens trying to hold on despite that it's over for them. The NWA is run by old people more worried about wetting the bed tonight. He threatened to shove his foot up Jeremy Borash's ass, so Borash flipped him off. Russo tells the fans they want blood, violence, sex, smut and vulgar language. With that today is the birth of Sports Entertainment Xtreme. As stupid as the fans are, he will give them what they really want and they will appreciate him. Russo mentions that every week he sees signs that say “Athena”, well he is going to give people Athena and calls her into the ring. She is a brunette woman who takes the jackets to and from the ring. Russo says if the fans want her so badly, he will give her to them. The fans want to see her breasts, so he orders her to whip them out. Athena says no, so Russo rips on her breasts, saying Dusty Rhodes has bigger tits and calls her an ugly bitch. Athena slaps him, so Russo grabs her by the hair and calls her a bitch. Russo shoves and slaps her in the face. Finally Athena tackled Russo to the mat, which led to Ron and Don Harris running down and pulling Russo away from her. Russo then tells off Ron and Don for being office help. Russo gives Ron the mic and so Ron shoots too. Ron says if it wasn't for him and Don this company wouldn't be here. Jerry Jarrett sits in his ivory tower and looks down on everyone. Ron says with Vince Russo here then he cannot be fired. Ron and Don then give Athena two H-Bomb's. Finally the actual security run down and run off Russo, Ron and Don. -Mike Tenay and Don West rip on Russo. -Backstage Bullet Bob goes off on Ron and Don, saying Russo doesn't sign their checks. Ron tells Bullet Bob to shove their contracts up his ass. Bob tells them they are wrestling tonight against NWA's finest. -AMW storm to the broadcast table and asking what the hell is going on and why is this shit allowed. Match #2 Winner advances to a 3-way Bullrope Match Chris Harris (w/James Storm) vs Brian Lee (w/Slash, Jim Mitchell & Belladonna) The winner of this match and the James Storm-Slash match later on will be in a 3-way Bullrope Match with Jim Mitchell later tonight. Harris and Lee fight all over the ringside area for most of the match. Scott Armstrong, the man who cannot count to 10, is your referee. The highlight of the match saw Brian Lee leap to the top rope (which was impressive enough) only to miss a knee from the top. Harris picked up the win with a spear. At one point both Jim Mitchell and Belladonna had jumped onto the ring apron. Harris could go after one of them...so he picked the woman to bring into the ring and try to give the Catatonic to. Winner: Chris Harris Time: 5:12 -To the back where Bullet Bob and Ron Killings are arguing. Bob wants Ron to team with Jeff Jarrett tonight and once they get through the Harris brothers, then Killings can have Russo. Match #3 Winner advances to 3-way Bullrope Match James Storm (w/Chris Harris) vs Slash (w/Brian Lee, James Mitchell and Belladonna) The match started as the promo backstage was going on. The winner of this will have a Bullrope Match with Chris Harris and Jim Mitchell tonight. Slash got a very brief amount of offense, but Storm controlled most of it. The finish was the biggest clusterfuck ever. Lee and Harris ran in and out of the ring at their leisure. A chair, powder and a tag title belt were all used. Finally Storm picked up Slash for the Death Sentence and Jim Mitchell, who is the manager of the New Church AND WILL HAVE TO WRESTLE THE WINNER IN A BULL ROPE MATCH, hopped on the apron and distracted the referee so Chris Harris could come off the top rope with the leg drop to Slash, giving Storm the win. Winner: James Storm Time: 6:24 So, yes, both of AMW will be in the bull rope match with Jim Mitchell tonight. -Backstage Bullet Bob talks to both Jeff Jarrett and Ron Killings about facing Ron and Don Harris. Killings yells at Jarrett not to screw up. Jarrett told him to be ready for the fight of his life. Match #4 Double Elimination Match AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) vs EZ Money vs Kid Kash vs Joel Maximo (replacing Amazing Red) This match will be identical to the match on June 26 when AJ won the X-Division Title, that each man has to be defeated twice. Two men will start and then someone else will enter once one of the men are pinned or forced to submit. Before the match started AJ attacked Amazing Red on the ramp and hit Red with a Styles Clash on the ramp. So Red was literally carried off and Joel Maximo replaced him. Kash and Joel start. The fans were not into this at all, but Kash got the fans going with a hurricarana out of the ring to Joel. AJ decked Kash while he was on the outside. Joel pinned Kash with a German Suplex. (2:37) AJ ran in and almost got pinned by Joel when he went for the Styles Clash, but Joel reversed his weight and ended up on top of Styles. AJ then pinned Joel with the Emerald Fusion (4:17) EZ Money came in. He appears to still be a baby face this week. That makes it the first time he has been the same two weeks in a row. Face or heel, he managed to have a really good few minutes with AJ, giving AJ his first loss with the Walk Away Suplex. (6:19) Kash ran in. ECW 2000 Mid-carders running wild! They horribly screwed up a double springboard Hurricarana. I think I write that in every Kid Kash match. Kash crotches Money on the top rope, but Money uppercuts Kash in the balls and goes for a top rope power bomb, but Kash reverses that into a top rope Hurricarana, but only got a 2 count! AJ interfered during the replay and Money eliminated Kash with a small package (9:22) Styles pulled Joel out of the ring, ran in and pinned Money with a Styles Clash (9:46) So AJ, Money and Joel all have one loss and Kid Kash is eliminated. Joel runs in and has a fast paced series of moves with AJ. Joel is looking 1,000x better than he did in the opener. Mind you he is wrestling the best guy in the company and it isn't hard to improve on that first match. The story of the AJ-Joel match is AJ feels Joel isn't in his league, so he is being very cocky in hitting his moves, plus Mortimer is interfering every chance he gets. EZ Money is doing his best to keep Mortimer from interfering, but mostly to no avail. This match almost went longer than all the others put together and ended when Joel surprised AJ with a roll up for the pin! (17:58) AJ is pissed and argued with Tenay and West while Money and Joel had the final. Borash tries to get AJ to leave, so AJ told him to shut up. Why does everyone hate JB? Money hit a frog splash and almost won. We got a replay of AJ telling Borash to shut up for some reason. Joel hit a moonsault on EZ, but the referee is distracted by AJ Styles and a chair. Money pins Joel with a Dominator after AJ hits Joel with a chair, while the referee talked to Mortimer. Winner: EZ Money Time: 20:30 -Keith Mitchell talked about how the silent auction to be a Production Assistant is at $450. I know that it is for charity, but TNA is so poor that you need to pay them to work for them. -To the back where Goldylocks talks to Sonny Siaki. Goldy wishes him luck in his X Title Match next week. Siaki says “no thanks” and regardless of when this match with Lynn happens, he will win the title. He is tired of being held down like when he was in WCW. When was he in WCW? -To the front where Mike Tenay talks to Jerry Lynn about his injury that will prevent him from defending his belt this week. Lynn says that he has a partial pec tear and while he wants to wrestle tonight, the doctor won't let him. While Lynn is talking, we cut away to the ring where Ron and Don Harris has dragged Bill Behrens and a table over the guard rail and into the ring. Jerry Lynn With Partial Pec Tear runs in for the save, but he is given the H-Bomb through Bill Behrens and through the table. Ron Killings ran down and beat the hell out of both Ron and Don Harris. Why are we even having the tag match if Ron can beat them down by himself? So all three of them fight back over the guardrail and to the back. Killings picks up a chair and Don boots the chair into Ron Killings' face. Ron Harris picks Killings up and they do the same move to him twice more before dragging The Truth up the steps and throwing him off the side and through a table. So Ron and Don have beaten down Athena, Bill Behrens, Jerry Lynn and Ron Killings tonight. Is Jeff Jarrett next? -To the back where Bullet Bob asks BG James to team with Jeff Jarrett. At this point Bullet Bob will be asking Shark Boy next. BG said yes. Match #5 3-way Bullrope Match Chris Harris vs James Storm vs Jim Mitchell (w/Belladonna and a Bullrope) 92 minutes into the show. There has been A LOT of talking tonight. Mitchell says he is sick and won't be wrestling. His personal physician Dr. Kevorkian told him he can not wrestle tonight. Instead Harris and Storm will wrestle Belladonna. NEW Match #5 3-way Bullrope Match Chris Harris vs James Storm vs Belladonna (w/Jim Mitchell) TNA: We Hate Women Harris and Storm don't even put the bull rope on and throw Belladonna to the mat before going after Mitchell. What happens next will shock you. The New Church ran out and attacked AMW. Our evil duo beat down both men with the bell and choked them out with the bullrope. Referees demanded The New Church leave and Jim Mitchell get in the ring for the match. NEW ORIGINAL Match #5 3-way Bullrope Match Chris Harris vs James Storm vs Jim Mitchell (w/Belladonna) They must have gotten a doctor's release in the last 5 minutes, as Mitchell jumps in, feeling better. It's a miracle! Jim chokes them both out, clonks them both with the bell and tags out to Belladonna, which I guess is allowed. Bella quickly lost the advantage. Of course the only time AMW has the advantage in this match is when they are wrestling a woman. Storm gives her the TKO, Harris gives her the Catatonic and they team up to hit her with the Death Sentence. Storm then pins her for the win. Winner: James Storm Time: 3:34 -DW takes the mic to do the hard sell for next week: AJ Styles vs Amazing Red Jerry Lynn vs Sonny Siaki for the X-Division Title Jeff Jarrett vs Curt Hennig for the NWA World Title -Earlier this week Mike Tenay talked to Curt Hennig about his title match next week. Mike and Curt talk about wrestling history, including Hennig saying he was the greatest athlete to come out of Minnesota and not one of the greatest athletes. Curt talks about how he has nothing personal against Russo, but does not agree with actors of himself winning the World Title because he did not pay his dues and should stay off camera. Curt says Jarrett is good. Really good. But Curt is great and next week he will win the NWA Title and talks about how taking Brock Lesnar, the former WWE Champion, down on an airplane and that lit a fire under his ass. Match #6 Ron & Don Harris vs Jeff Jarrett & BG James This is the.....MAAAAAAAAAAAAIINNNNNNNNNNNNN EVENT! The match starts at the one hour forty-eight minute mark on the show BG's music stops and we go to the back where BG James has been left unconscious, presumably by the Harris Twins. So back to the front we have a handicap match where Ron and Don and beating the snot and piss out of the NWA Champion. The match isn't even a minute old and we go over the guard rail for some Main Event Brawling. Ron (or Don) Irish Whips Jarrett into the chairs and then Don (or Ron) throws a chair at Jarrett ala Sabu. Jeff gets a brief flurry, but is quickly taken back down by Ron (or Don). Ron and/or Don beat on Jeff and send him over the guardrail and then back into the ring where we continue our 2-on-1 beating. Twice Ron and Don go for the H-Bomb and twice Jarrett flips out of it. Out limps Ron Killings With Rib Tape And Chair. RKWRTAC gets cut off by Ron (or Don), but while his back is turned Jarrett pins Don (or Ron) with the Stroke. Winner: Jeff Jarrett Time: 5:14 RKWRTAC decides he hasn't gotten his ass kicked enough tonight and demands Vince Russo comes out. Ron and Don then just beat Killings down. Is this the third time tonight? Anyhoo H-Bomb to Killings. Vinny Ru hops the guardrail and tells his men to give another H-Bomb to Killings. Here comes BG James With Chair. BG helps Killings up...and then clocks him with the chair! Russo and BG hug as the Harris twins celebrate. Before the show goes off the air, the camera goes to the ramp where Paul Bearer is standing! Paul Bearer is in the Asylum! With that the show goes off the air. -47 minutes of wrestling in a show that went an hour and fifty-six minutes and it didn't even feel like there was that much. We had promo after promo with a bunch of inside references that most people weren't going to get. See ya Thursday for NXT...

WWE NXT October 25, 2012 LIVE! From Full Sail University by Emerson “I miss Derrick Bateman” Witner Next Thursday I will be celebrating the 28th Annual Celebration Of The Birth Of Me, so you may not be reading this until Friday. For what it's worth, my birthday is actually Monday. -I went off on a rant about how NXT sucks...but then still willingly watch and review the show. -A-Ry returned from A-Injury and got A-Win over A-Jobber named Jinder Mahal. -Damien Sandow was called “a dandy” by William Regal. No, not El Dandy, a dandy. -The two closest things to feuds on NXT (Kassius Ohno vs Richie Steamboat, The Uso's vs The Ascension) were merged into a main event 6-man tag. -No appearances or mentions of NXT Champion Seth Rollins, former #1 Contender Michael McGillicutty or Derrick Bateman. And that's what you missed on WWE NXT... Welcome back to the show that is less interesting and has less of a purpose than WCW Saturday Night in 1999! -Earlier today Heath Slater ran into Dusty Rhodes, who demanded a title match with Seth Rollins. Dusty turned him down, which walked in brand new Raw Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero who said she is here to look at talent. Dusty then made Seth vs Heath in a non-title match and if Heath wins he will get a future title shot. -We go from that to the ring for a match where Byron Saxton has been replaced as play by play announcer by Tony Luftman. Whatever that is. Plus it sounds like Matt Striker is doing the ring announcing. Match #1 Brodus Clay vs Camacho Haku Jr is here, but Hunico isn't. Mr. Regal implied that he got into some kind of trouble that he is not allowed to mention and won't be here for a while. Of course the most interesting thing to happen on the show in 4 months isn't allowed to be mentioned. After the first search in the history of anything for Hunico, it turns out he had surgery on his ACL and will be gone for quite a while. Great. Camacho got more offense than you would expect, actually hitting Brodus with a Samoan Drop. Camacho rolled to the outside and looked at Cameron and Naomi, which angered Brodus. Brodus regained control, nailed his Exploder Suplex and finished off Camacho with a big splash. Winner: Brodus Clay Time: 3:52 Turns out it doesn't just sound like Matt Striker, it is Matt Striker for some reason. Match #2 Kassius Ohno vs Trent Barretta #ThereIsTrent. There was an unnaturally long pause between “And his opponent” and when Trent's music hit. I was actually expecting someone important...or Richie Steamboat. Mr. Regal mentions that Richie is injured and will be out for a while. Well, Ohno can now wrestle other people. Ohno beat on Trent for the majority of the match, mockingly asking “Where is Trent” to the crowd, but that was the fuel the Dudebuster needed and he exploded with a brief flurry of offense, including a flip dive over the top rope onto the former ROH Tag Champ. Ohno shoved Trent into the ring post and took back the advantage as they returned to the ring. Tony Luftman mentioned that Ohno patterned himself after “Japanese legend Misawa”. He scored a point with people there. Trent with a jumping Inzigiri to the back of Ohno's head, which Misawa would have ducked I am sure. Trent went for his springboard elbow into the corner, but Ohno countered with an elbow strike of his own. Down the ramp came Richie Steamboat who, 5 minutes earlier was written off as injured. Steamboat carried a towel that he threw at Ohno. That was enough to distract Ohno as Baretta struck with a running one foot dropkick for the upset win! Winner: Trent “I will spell his last name right eventually” Baretta Time: 6:49 -Before the next match, I want to give myself a plug. You know what is not boring? Vince Russo booked TNA pay per views from 2002. It may not be “good”, but it is not boring. This week I look back at December 4, 2002 where we were joined by Rowdy Roddy Piper, who confronted Vinny Ru. You can read this and so much more in my review, available now at AngryMarks.com. Match #3 WWE Diva's vs NXT Diva's Tag Team Match Layla & Alicia Fox vs Paige & Audrey Marie The only two NXT Diva's left team to do battle with two former Diva's Champions. They are either here to prove they belong in WWE or are trying to prove they are better or something. Alicia Fox was the Pro for Maxine in NXT Season 3, while Layla was a co-Pro for Kaval, who was the winner of NXT Season 2. Not quite sure what Alicia taught Maxine, but she is better than she was a few weeks ago when we had a similar tag match. The audience, as always, is behind Paige. Perhaps because she looks different than every other Diva. In tagged Audrey Marie and Layla. I am not sure who is worse between Audrey and Alicia. Not saying Layla and Paige are great, but they are better than their partners. Actually I have come to the conclusion that Alicia is better than Paige. She may suck, but she is better. The finish came when Layla accidentally kicked her partner in the gut. Paige picked Layla up for a big WhatAManeuver, but Audrey tagged herself in to get the glory. However when she went for the pin, Layla rolled her up for the win. Winners: Layla & Alicia Fox Time: 5:02 After the match the Developmental Diva Duo argued with one another. Match #4 Bronson vs Lincoln Brodrick This is the debut for both men, but Brodrick got the jobber entrance. Bronson is not related to Charles Bronson. According to Wikipedia James Bronson was a Union Army soldier during the American Civil War and was a recipient of America's highest military decoration, the Medal of Honor. I think that is the wrong guy. According to Profightdb.com he is the artist formerly known as Phil Friedman of All Japan. For the rest of us, he is a bald white guy with a thick black beard. Why do so many people have thick beards on this show? Bronson with some great moves, combining brawling and wrestling. I have a new favorite guy in developmental. He picked up the quick win with a wacky Figure Four Leg Lock. Winner: Bronson Time: 1:06 I love this man. -Backstage Kassius Ohno is turning over various tables and what not. After that segment lasted 4 seconds, we cut away to... -An appearance of WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro! Cesaro makes his way to the ring and cuts a promo saying that as the United States Champion he is the champion of each and every one of us. From the way he dresses to his statuesque physique to the way he beats people in the ring. He takes the title to a level no American can reach. We should not ask what our United States Champion can do for us, but to ask what we can do for our United States Champion. With that he orders us to rise for the national anthem. No one did, so he asked us politely. Many people actually did and he ordered the anthem of Switzerland played. Turns out the national anthem of Switzerland sounds a lot like Tyson Kidd's theme. Turns out it is Tyson Kidd's theme. Tyson comes out, makes fun of Antonio's man-purse and beady eyes and demands a US Title Match. Cesaro yelled at him in some language. Tyson slapped him and it is on! Tyson drop kicked Cesaro to the outside, who ran off. -After the commercial break Vickie Guerrero sauntered out to introduce Heath Slater for some reason. Match #5 Seth Rollins vs Heath Slater (w/Vickie Guerrero For Some Reason) Last week we had Jinder Mahal, this week we have Heath. Next week will we have Drew McIntyre? Jim Ross is here and Tony Luftman is not as this is....the MAAAAAAAAAIIINNNNNNNN EVENT! So Slater was not allowed to just demand an NXT Title shot, but by the looks of it Tyson Kidd can demand a US Title shot. Not that I am complaining about Tyson Kidd challenging for a championship, but it seems to be a bit of a double standard on the same show. This was not the usual 15-minutes, through two commercial break NXT Main Event and thank God for that. This match was more of an offensive exhibition for the NXT Champion as his red-headed foe got no more than a token amount of offense. The only real story of the match was whether or not Seth would hit a suicide dive, which he did, before rolling Slater back in and pinning the former WWE Tag Team Champion with a jumping Inzigiri and that move Ultimo Dragon did very briefly were he did a backwards flip neck breaker. The highlight of the match was Rollins climbing to the top rope and Vickie screaming in his face “WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!?!” Winner: Seth Rollins Time: 6:44 And that is it for this week. Yeah, I will admit it. I enjoyed this weeks show. Give me more Bronson!

NWA: Total Nonstop Action #24 December 11, 2002 LIVE! From Nashville, Tennessee by Emerson “Yay! A hurricane on my birthday!” Witner -So I am writing this on Sunday, as opposed to Monday. As you may have read, there is a hurricane coming. While I personally am not supposed to get too much rain, we are supposed to get very strong winds that could knock the power out here. And yes I turn the ripe old age of 28 on Monday. Yippee. Contact me: E-mail: ewitner@yahoo.com Facebook: www.Facebook.com/Krazy.E.ManTwitter: @thereallyrealew Current Champions: NWA World: Jeff Jarrett (since November 20, 2002) TNA X-Division: Jerry Lynn (since November 6, 2002) NWA World Tag Team: The New Church (since November 13, 2002) Miss TNA: Vacated by Bruce (on November 27, 2002) In case you missed it, here's what you missed last week on NWA: TNA.... -We saw about 37 angles in 2 hours, all designed to get over Vince Russo and the Harris brothers. -Roddy Piper appeared and killed the crowd by asking Vince Russo if he was the one to script Owen Hart's death. -Vince Russo came out, praised Chris Harris and told Roddy Piper he was going to hell. -Speaking of going to hell, he then dragged Athena to the ring and demanded she show her bare breasts to the crowd, which she refused. -Ron and Don Harris became Russo allies and the first members of Russo's Sports Entertainment Xtreme stable. -Chris Harris and James Storm won a Bullrope Match against manager Jim Mitchell by pinning Belladonna, who is a 130 pound woman. -EZ Money won a double elimination match over AJ Styles, Jose Maximo and Kid Kash to eventually get an X Title Match. -An injured Jerry Lynn was given an H-Bomb by the Harris Twins through Bill Behrens and a table. -BG James turned on Jeff Jarrett and joined Vinny Ru. -Finally the show went off the air with an appearance by Paul Bearer, standing on the ramp. And that's what you missed on NWA-TNA -The first thing we see on screen is Green Lantern Fan, who if you believe what you read, is a douche. Match #1 Jason Cross vs Tony Mamaluke The first match this week sees the return of former ECW Tag Team Champion and manager of The Mamalukes: Tony Mamaluke against a newbie to TNA pay per view. Cross has the crowd jumping out of their seats early with a twisting dive over the top rope to the floor, which might be the most exciting thing we've seen in weeks. Cross is tied up in the Tree of Woe, but does a sit up as Tony goes for a baseball slide. Before Mamaluke could massage his happy place, Cross reached down and slapped on a rear chin lock. Cross eventually went up top for a big WhatAManeuver, but got crotched. Cross, though, hit a double under hook suplex from the top rope and then went up top and nailed a Shooting Star Legdrop, which hurt his knee. Mamaluke was given time to recover, hit a Dragon Screw Leg Whip and forced a tap out after a Half Crab. Winner: Tony Mamaluke Time: 6:30 -Seconds after the bell rings, BG James storms to the ringside area with a guitar, ordering Mike Tenay and Don West to guard it, as Jeff Jarrett will need it to successfully defend the NWA Title tonight. BG sent the Harris Twins into the ring to beat down Cross and Mamaluke. We saw how well such things worked in WCW. BG let us know that Russo is not here tonight because he is out recruiting new talent for SEX and the army will only grow from the three of them. BG says it was Russo's writing and BG's talent that made D-Generation X popular. He does not expect the fans to understand that this is good for the business. This brought out Bullet Bob Armstrong, who says he cannot believe his son would do such a thing. Bob said he used to spank BG when he was a kid and wants to know why the hell he is with Russo. BG said Russo took him straight to the top, while his Daddy did nothing for him. Bob promised to not show favoritism towards BG and called out The Truth. Ron Killings walked out with a chain around his neck, which made Bob book a Dog Collar Match with BG and Ron. Bob also threatened to knock Ron and Don on their ass if they try to run in, but made a match with the Harris Twins vs The New Church and if they refuse to wrestle, Bob will cease their pay checks. Ron (or Don) demanded a title match, so Bob agreed to it. Well they did win a #1 Contender's Tournament 3 weeks ago. BG wanted the match to start now, so all three of SEX ran after Killings, which led to The New Church attacking the Harris twins and referees and under card guys pulling them apart. -Tenay and West talk about Jeff Jarrett going on a WWA tour and defending the belt in England, Scotland and Australia last week. -Backstage Jorge Estrada is standing with Goldylocks. Jorge talks about how Siaki turned on him and now Jimmy Yang thinks he is too good to answer Jorge's phone calls. Plus two weeks ago Priscilla walked off with Brian Lawler. He doesn't know what to do, but did not answer Goldy when she asked if the Flying Elvis' were dead. Match #2 Kid Kash vs Jorge Estrada The only remaining Elvis is back to do battle with Kash. A decent battle early. Estrada, however did a springboard twisting moonsault on the outside...and landed on top of his head. Back in the ring Kash did the same move, just inside the ring and landed perfectly. They appear to be starting a Kash heel turn as the announcers make mention of Kash being angry that he is continually looked over for title shots, in favor of AJ, Red and Siaki. Kash finished Estrada off with a fucked up Brainbuster. Winner: Kid Kash Time: 5:16 Kash stormed off after the match. -Goldylocks stormed into a locker room where Bullet Bob and referee Scott Armstrong were having a private conversation. Scott offered to go talk to BG and left the room. Match #3 America's Most Wanted vs Divine Storm (w/Trinity) Harris and Storm have concentrated exclusively for the past 6 weeks on the New Church. Will they be able to focus on Divine Storm tonight? I forgot to mention earlier, Divine Storm is also a #1 Contender to the Tag Titles, as they defeated The SAT last week. Harris and Storm actually do a series of dives onto their foes, so of course Trinity goes up top and hits a moonsault onto AMW. The match proves how Harris and Storm are just on a different level than their foes. Their moves are crisper and come across with more fluidity than their younger opponents. The former champs dominate the match and are about to pick up the win with the Death Sentence when Trinity ran in and upper cut Storm in the balls. The referee appeared to have no problem with this as Divine Storm pick up the surprise win. Winner: Divine Storm Time: 6:56 -Tenay mentions that next week, December 18, will be a live show, but they will be pre-empted on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, so the next show after next week will be the January 8 show. -Backstage BG James and Scott Armstrong are talking about family. BG says to forget family and walks off. -Before the next match they show a video package which just shows how much better the production has gotten in the past few months. The shows, especially in late-July and August looked like a third-rate show, while they have upgraded quite a bit since. Match #4 AJ Styles (w/Mortimer Plumtree) vs Amazing Red Red charges the ring and attacks AJ at the bell. Last week AJ attacked Red on the ramp before the 4-way Double Elimination Match, which AJ lost anyway. AJ rolls to the outside to get away from Red, but Red tries to dive over the top rope on him and AJ catches him and drops him with a power bomb across Styles' knee. Red came up with a fine way to stop the Total Nonstop Interference by Mortimer on the outside, as he gave the dork a baseball slide Hurricarana. That turned out to not be for the best, as AJ came out and dropped Red face-first on the ring steps. Back in the ring AJ's frustration mounted as he could not put Red away with moves he has never beaten anyone with. The highlight being when AJ got incredibly frustrated after not winning with a body slam. AJ debuted a sit-out power bomb and went up top for the Spiral Tap, but Red stopped it and went for a Top Rope Hurricarana, but AJ reversed it and went for a top rope Styles Clash, but Red blocked that and hit a Trouble in Paradise kick. After a a few seconds of battle with both men standing on the top rope, Red hit an amazing Hurricarana on Styles for the win! Winner: Amazing Red Time: 12:06 Match #5 NWA World Tag Team Championship New Church vs Ron & Don Harris Ron and Don came through the back door and through the audience. For some reason AJ Styles and Mortimer Plumtree just joined the announce table for this tag title match. Not mentioned is Ron Harris used to be the tag team partner for Brian Lee, but they stopped teaming because Ron would just start randomly attacking fans. All four men fight over the guardrail and we get some mid-card Main Event Brawling. Mike Tenay argues with Mortimer and AJ, until they finally leave 5 minutes into the match. The referee doesn't even bother to enforce the rules as all 4 men brawl in and out of the ring. BG James ran in and smacked Slash in the head with a chair and Don made the cover. No! Not like this! Winners and NEW NWA Tag Team Champions: Ron and Don Harris Time: 4:17 After the match Paul Bearer waddled down to the ring to contest the decision. Scott Armstrong backed Paul up, so the decision was reversed. Winners by Reverse Decision DQ and STILL NWA Tag Team Champions: The New Church Time: 4:17 After the match Jim Mitchell took the mic and said Percy Pringle (Paul Bearer) has no business getting in their business. The Harris' went after Percy, but AMW ran in and beat down both teams with chairs. -Earlier today Mike Tenay talked to Sonny Siaki about his title match with Jerry Lynn tonight. Siaki has heard all the crap his entire four year career about how the young guys need to respect their elders, Siaki feels they should all shut up. He has waited a long time to be X Champion and tonight he will make Lynn's belt his belt. Match #6 X-Division Championship Jerry Lynn vs Sonny Siaki This match was originally scheduled for last week, but Lynn had injured his pectoral muscle two weeks ago against AJ Styles. A fast paced series of moves and counters early on. Siaki and Lynn fight around the ringside area, past the guitar that is still on the announce table. Siaki is selling the wrist, while Lynn is selling his shoulder. What isn't hurting with Lynn? The match breaks down into a brawl, as Siaki back kicks Lynn in the butt and gets a near fall with a side kick. The finish saw the ref get bumped in the corner and Lynn having the match won twice, with a roll up and a Cradle Piledriver. Some Woman who looked like what Christy Hemme would look like if she got into hardcore porn ran down and tripped up Lynn. Siaki then won the match and the belt with a Siakalypse from the top rope. Winner and NEW X-Division Champion: Sonny Siaki Time: 11:58 Don West asks the question we are all thinking and that being why isn't anyone running down to reverse this decision. Poor Don. He's too new to this and Vince Russo booking. Match #7 Chairs and Chains Match Ron Killings vs BG James The Truth is now a full fledged baby face, as he slaps the fans hands on the way to ringside. In the middle of the chain is a steel chair. BG comes in through the back door and the audience. I must say that is a nice touch for the SEX guys to make them different. BG refused to let the referee hook him up, so Truth attacked him, which gave the referee ample time to hook him up. Killings almost won the match 52 seconds in when he came off the top with a Missile Dropkick while BG was fiddling around with the chair. Truth went for a moonsault, but BG rolled out of the way and Killings gave a moonsault to the chair. BG started doing a dance after wedging the chair in the ropes, but Ron pulled on the chain, which somehow led to the chain coming off of both mens wrists. Nonetheless Truth picked up the win over his former and future partner with a front suplex on the chair. Winner: Ron Killings Time: 4:01 After the match Ron went to do a big flipping WhatAManeuver on BG, but Bullet Bob ran in and stopped it. BG recovered and went to smack Ron with the chair, but Truth ducked and BG clocked his father! For good measure BG smacked Ron and went off through the audience. -DW takes the mic to promote the last show of 2002: Mike Tenay interviews Percy Pringle The New Church vs AMW vs The Harris Twins Sonny Siaki vs EZ Money for the X Title 10-Man X-Division Gauntlet Match with CRAZY RULES! The rules turn out to be eliminations by pinfall or submission as opposed to battle royal rules. Quite crazy. -Before the main event we go to a promo from earlier today with Jeff Jarrett. Jeff talks about living his dream as NWA Champion and also Sean Waltman refusing to wrestle for TNA because of Vince Russo. Jarrett called that ridiculous for him to not work here at this point in his career and called it a cop-out. Mike asked Jeff about Piper's comments about Owen Hart last week. Jarrett said he refuses to comment about Owen Hart on a wrestling program. It is not Vince Russo's fault Owen Hart died. Well I don't think anyone really thinks that. Jarrett talks about Piper also not liking Russo and while he has his own agenda, he is still one of the biggest stars of all time. Mike finally asks Jarrett's direct opinion on Vinny Ru, asking if he is with Russo or against him. Jarrett refused to answer and will answer Russo directly when the time is right. Match #8 NWA World Heavyweight Championship Jeff Jarrett vs Curt Hennig Hennig came out to a wacky country version of the “We are the champions” song. Jarrett has his song that sounds like it goes “He ain't bad, he ain't The Rock” along with “I eat pie, along with cake, welcome to the Who's Insane!” They managed to kill 11 minutes getting ready for this match, as there were 20 left when they aired the pre-match video and 9 when the bell rang. Something tells me this match will not go the 60-minute time limit. It is an aggressive battle early on. Can they possibly keep up this pace for a whole 9 minutes?!?! Hennig seemed to really give Jarrett a few good smacks in the back of the head, so Jarrett smacked the fucking piss out of him, dragged him outside and hit him with two hard chair shots. Hey, remember when it was announced that a title would change hands via DQ? The announcers do, but both Curt Hennig and the referee forgot, as I would demand the bell ring for a DQ, but alas. Hennig briefly works over the knee of Jarrett, but the World Champion fights back. Hennig ripped off the top turnbuckle, but went crashing into it. The finish came when the referee got bumped again and Jarrett went outside to grab the guitar. Instead of using it, he put it back down and ran in and went for the Stroke. Hennig blocked it, so Vince Russo ran in, grabbed the guitar and smashed Hennig with it. Jarrett made the cover and retains the belt. Winner and STILL NWA Champion: Jeff Jarrett Time: 8:09 After the match Russo presents the belt to Jarrett and Jarrett gets face to face with Russo when he is suddenly attacked by AJ Styles! The show goes off the air with AJ beating down Jarrett. And that's the show. The show was definitely paced better than last week where they seemed to throw 3,000 angles out there in every match. It still makes no sense for AMW to get pinned this week if they are getting a title shot next week and the team that pinned them isn't. But you cannot win them all, I guess.
